Food combination like eko and moimoi, or eko and efo
Beans and eko or ogi (pap) without sugar
Akara with ogi or eko (pap)
Local rice or yam with plenty efo (vegetables) or fresh tomato stew
Fresh fish
Chicken


Fruits like green apples, cucumber, watermelon will be good for her also.

In the pics below, some of my windows (all facing one side of the duplex), have water patches all below the windows.

This happened both upstairs and ground floor.
The water dampness is not seen above the window and this came up during this raining season .

Any thoughts...?

Someone said it could be poor window installation.

I am lost at what to do about it as it has stalled screeding works.

@Adeedward he is good guy,I dont live in nigeria so it's hard trusting people so i asked him to do my aluminium windows with condition that he use his own money while I pay after job is completed,he did a nice job and afterwards I gave him d staircase and balcony railings ,he did not disappoint me on those also
