Beans and eko or ogi (pap) without sugar
Akara with ogi or eko (pap)
Local rice or yam with plenty efo (vegetables) or fresh tomato stew
Fresh fish
Chicken


Fruits like green apples, cucumber, watermelon will be good for her also.

I have a challenge and would like to get your professional views on it.

In the pics below, some of my windows (all facing one side of the duplex), have water patches all below the windows.

This happened both upstairs and ground floor.
The water dampness is not seen above the window and this came up during this raining season .

Any thoughts...?

Someone said it could be poor window installation.

I am lost at what to do about it as it has stalled screeding works.

I will like to say this, All deal or contract should be well annotate, i think this will also help.

In any deal or contract, there should be an agreement between the 2 parties. And this should put into written form,so it can be enforced @ any points ( contract agreements).
This will also save pple from quack parading as professional. Where marketer/ block maker wouldn't be claiming to be An Engineer all bcus of stomach.

I think this will save pple from being cheated or scam
Because i observe most deal here are like PAROLE!
Let change how we deal, professional here knows what talking about and also some Homeowners.
Then the agreement not necessary prepared by lawyers, if we want to save cost or for small deal
But it good we consult legal practitioners for better format! Let alway do it right.
