So I logged on MobileNig.com yesterday, 31st if May and initiated a airtime to cash transfer there by sharing 5,000 and 800 airtime respectively to find my mobileNig wallet. After about 15 min of waiting for the balance to reflect , the transaction on the website reads “failed”, Note that this isn’t my first time of converting airtime to cash on MobileNig and the last airtime to cash transaction I did on this same took me 48hrs after hours of complaints.

One thing that annoys me is there CC agent handler their WhatsApp. He would keep on demanding for unrealistic proof when we all know that the only confirmation text you get after a successful share and sell is the “777” confirm text which I’ve share with him severally to as a proof.

I checked their twitter page and saw recent customer complains about this same issues. And it is very clear to me that MobileNig is having the intent to scam. Please do your self a favor by avoiding that site for now if not you’ll loose your airtime to them. I’ve learnt my lesson anyway

I have been using the site for years, though I hardly do airtime to cash stuff, only data and airtime buys mostly. If it has been servicing you for months or years without any issues and you didn't tell how good they're, Don't you think it unfair and counterproductive coming here to tarnish their image just for a transactional delay which is not up to 72hrs? . We all know the sort of issues we sometimes have with our networks /banks/atm card in Nigeria, do we say because they fail us once then we boycott their services or will not bank with them again?
