This is not possible, even if the woman didnt go for scanning during d pregnancy, the midwives must av check d baby's heart beat during d pregnancy n discovered dat d heart was not beating..so since there was no odd observations during pregnancy it means all d deed was done during delivery then d midwives and d attendants on duty should explain y dey want dis woman to suffer all because they want to make it to Guinness book of record.
