To answer your enquires

1, the English test isn't compelled, however, it might do your application some favour if you have it, as it is a prerequisite for NSE which helps to fast track application (according to IRCC, but many NSE qualified applicant have been waiting for months without verdict on their application)

Type of English test could be either I.e Academic or General test

2, BVL means Biometric Validation Letter, while NSE means Nigerian Study Express Program ( NSE explained above)

currently the NSE route isn't fast at all

You guys really need to see the alarming rate at which indians are getting PPRs on daily basis, once review starts, within/before 7 days PPR don land. Most February applicants have gotten theirs and few March applicants too. Truth is, these people don't take nonsense, their morale is out of this world walahi. They make me laugh at some of the things they do, imagine planning to protest at Canadian High Commision's office on 7th April simply because of few January applicants that havnt received theirs.

Abeg who knows the visa office that handles indians' application, maybe I could lucky if I channel my enquiry to them

Honestly, I dont understand how this IRCC operate especially when it comes to Nigeria matter, everything about Naija get k-leg. Indians are just getting PPRs anyhow including those that applied this month. It's well, my hope is still very much alive, my PPR must arrive soonest in Jesus name, Amen!!!

When my recent application status was still showing "submitted", I'll always look at the previous one that was refused and immediately I'll always say a word of prayer and positive affirmation.

Logging into my account now and seeing approved after getting a refusal before gives me so much joy.

Please I need some help,

I started my Canadian student Visa application in February and my course starts on the 3rd of May, I got a request letter for NSE on the 1st of March and I've submitted my IELTS results on the 17th, I had to quickly write the exam. I have not gotten any response yet, but I tried to book for an upfront medical and the next available date for the Lagos centres are after the 20th of April. I am worried that the process will extent pass my resumption date and I am not sure what to do, can I still request a refund after resumption if my VISA is not approved?

Please I need advice on what to do.

why ask for a refund when you can defer your admission to fall semester?

i guess your uncle didn't swear an affidavidt of sponsorship. Did he?
