If Buhari were irresponsible, he could move questionable loans into the country, mortgage our future and destroy the future of the silly person posting this or his children. On top of everything, Nigerians own resources equal to about ten times the GDP of Nigeria and the Nigerian diaspora sends more foreign exchange than oil earnings as at last year. There is a lot that endurance, hardworking and patience can do but little that "flash" ideas can do.

You stole the money in 16 years and you expected Buhari to have replaced it in 11 months. It is because most Nigerians are dumb that you can even get away with this statement.

Go and ask people who know the industry. It was under Dieziani that no extra barrels were added to Nigeria's oil and gas reserves. Exploratory activities dropped and they were not even paying joint venture partners.

On the downstream side
They did not build new refineries in spite of all the oil money Nigeria was making. The woman herself knew nothing about the industry. She is an architect who worked in community relations in Shell. A lot of you are very very ignorant.

On the retail side.
The only interest this woman had was importing petrol and diesel through a few marketers and doing sharp practices. In all her interviews her main claim to fame was that there were very few petrol queues in her tenure... LOL. Few petrol queues of an imported product that we should be producing for the local market and exporting. Very big disgrace.

Simple common sense dictates that the current problem a country faces is usually the result of bad things done in the past. So why are people being cowardly in saying the truth about this bad woman?.
It is not all negative for Nigeria. Nigeria currently has more trained manpower globally than all the other third world countries except India and Iran but this is not Buhari's achievement but the result of things we did right as a people. Nigerians suffered a great deal to train their children so we are enjoying the 21 billion dollars that these people working abroad post home. In the same way your current power and fuel problems are due to the mis management of PDP ..face the fact and accept it.

If we had automatic no the remittances from NNPC, the monies would have been looted anyway. Please let me educate you. The budget document is actually just a document. Expenditure will go on. They have already released money to cover some liabilities. Capital votes that are strategic are not being hampered. The US government had no budget for years but they have been spending money and have largely recovered from their economic woes.

Abuja, Lagos, Portharcourt, Benin, Uyo, Calabar have thousands of empty mansions rotting away without being occupied. This is prime evidence if stealing on a mass scale by civil servants and politicians. Obj was fighting corruption but he got cynical and wicked trying to fight Atiku and do a secind and third term. Yaradua was too ill and Jonathan was too weak a pwrdon to be President. These are the reasins why these practices were nit checked.
