Buy chicken and goat meat.

There are other soups like Edi-kang ikong but what is all the noise if you end up eating all the soups with garri. Then there is one horrid broth they call ''white soup''. Avoid it! As the name implies, it is colourless, odourless and tasteless.

Atimes they put in periwinkles with the shell and you have to suck it out, it tastes bitter and ghastly.
