It is best to mix n match. Apartments and cheaper buildings like 300k-500k for yield, while those in and around 1m for capital growth. That way you have the best of both worlds as there isn’t really a right or wrong way.

The location of your cheap property investment for yield does not matter so much but if you are buying a big property for capital growth the location and other factors come in. Those ones bought for capital growth are the ones that can lead to financial distress if the market crashes, but if you are in for the long haul the market will always rebound.

I think you are talking about Ona Batlle. She is one of the ones that came in to replace the mechanical/unintelligent players.

Apart from her attacking play she is also very good defensively. Our defense is actually our strongest point. World class GK, 2 very solid FBs in Blundell and Batlle(with Batlle probably world class), CB partnership of Turner (tall, experienced), Le Tissier (young athletic).

What I meant in my initial post was that Zelem, Toone, Galton are the key players that came up from the lower division with the club. Millie Turner at CB too. The other key players have been added over the past 2-3 seasons replacing inferior players.

It is mainly about stadium capacity. Camp Nou has been able to increase attendance this season because the capacity is there.

The average EPL attendance is higher than the average La Liga attendance.

A bit of both. The new coach is good but we also dumped a few mechanical or unintelligent players over the past 2-3 years.
The only crucial players that have been there from the start are probably Galton, Zelem, Toone, and the CB Turner.
