The 2nd goal is damn crazy
Yeah. The guy is a very good finisher which is why he scored all those goals when he was at Man City.

Apart from his finishing I have not seen much evidence of his footballing ability though.

I won't be lying if I say RLC can also claim generational talent and claim everybody should work for him otherwise he's not doing again. Pure talent wise, RLC is by far more talented than most midfielders including Havertz. Talent is not hard to find, na the laziness be the issue.
I have heard so much about RLC talent. But I am not sure i have seen that much of it to justify the hype. What exactly are RLC’s talents?

We were being lenient and patient with the passenger, but his fanboys would not rest and want to down the whole club and blame other players. Some even want us to lose every game till the manager gets sacked and they feel they'll get a manager who will turn every other player into workhorse to accommodate the passenger who will be given freedom to stroll as he wants.

Therefore it's open season on the passenger. Just because we have been keeping quiet does not mean his performances haven't been disgusting right from day one
Reminds me of Pogba fans that time.

Harvertz was an unnecessary buy it seems. If you are not going to play him as a 10 in a 4-2-3-1 it likely won’t work.

Has Lampard tried him at CF/False 9 yet? That might be the saving grace.

I wasn't always a freak until my folks introduced me to gaming...

I once stayed a whole night gaming with my friend...I still tap now but not quite often...
I have played a whole weekend without sleeping from Friday to Sunday before. Done it at least twice.

No sleeping. Just stopping for food and toilet break. Final score was like 80 games to 65 games. cheesy

One of my guys had a game centre. Na there we polish our skills. You will see Sec school boys leaving their homes to go to school but instead they will stop by game centre and play all day. End of school they go back home.

Video game don wreck plenty lives.

Harvertz is struggling with the physicality and aggression of the league and the relative lack of high lines in the EPL.

Players like Harvertz are all or none. It is either they are hits or flops. No middle ground.

I actually didnt see that post.

In any case, what is Havertz doing in the pocket of space that he ran to? Is he wet cement? is he a needle and thread? Is he loose change?

A playmaker is supposed to be on the ball.

Telling me about off-the-ball movement in a playmaker, is like talking about a surgeon with no eyes, a singer with no lips, or a barber with no hands.
Gospel truth. Has to be, because nobody knows more about barbers than you.

If you want Nigeria to get better.... Look beyond Apc and PDP
Nigerians dey funny. I personally don’t believe in donating my money to all those businessmen of God but for those naive enough to donate to them you can’t start dictating to them what they should do with the money.

You can’t leave government whose responsibility it is to provide physical and social security and start dragging churches for not building refineries.

Personally it is the sheeple who are naive enough to make billionaires of these businessmen of God that I blame. I don’t blame the businessmen of God themselves, cos after all there is a sucker born every minute.

Do you have anything positive to say about him ?
In terms of pure slide tackling I am not sure i have ever seen a more efficient player. EVER.

A player that slide tackles as often as he does should be getting yellow and red cards regularly, but he is just too good in terms of his speed, timing and technique.

We are starting to see AWB’s defensive weaknesses
His weaknesses were always there and i think I commented on them last season.

It is difficult to be a great defender based purely on physical attributes without the mental side of things.

Decision making and ability to read the game are the most important characteristics needed.

The ironic thing is that the style of play for both player contradicts and neutralizes Arteta’s tactics and offensive scheme...but he keeps picking them...

I can bet my left opposable thumb that he would have picked Xhaka on Wednesday if he was suspended...
Another shame is Bellerin who didn't developed his technique and decision making earlier in his career because of his insane speed and acceleration.
Now that he lost both post-injury he has become a liability.

How bad your junior defenders are that Arteta keeps playing Holding is another question that needs to be answered by oracles.

You can't keep playing misfiring oldies and think the fan base will trust you that you are building for the future. If you want to lose it is better to lose while playing the youngsters.

Before we forget, this past summer, Hertha Berlin offered to take Xhaka for 25M, the board was okay with it but guess who pleaded with and convinced Xhaka to stay? Arteta!

That decision meant sending Torreira/ Guen out of the team for this same Xhaka that offers this team absolutely nothing!

Yet, I should not critique Arteta? Or question some of his irrational decisions making?
Xhaka is an activity former. His passing motion looks good but he never goes anywhere with it. Same with Willian. If you see the way Willian moves around the pitch like a gangster you would never believe that he has scored only 60 league goals in his 14 yr career.

Xhaka red card is a blessing in disguise. Nevertheless if we lose this match, Arteta should start packing his bags. For all his tactical noose, he is a poor decision maker. I was a staunch advocate of him becoming our manager but he clearly doesn't understand the job. I can now say he is worse than Emery.

have you noticed that when we go behind in games, we suddenly get our press right and the coordination limits spaces for the opposition and put them on the back foot? far too often this has happened this season and I don't really know if this is a fall back tactic in Ole's armory or just reactionary, given the level of quality on parade in our squad.
It is because when a team goes a goal down the reflex reaction is to push forward and this of course helps our press. The problem with our press is that not enough people move forward. They leave the pressing to the front 4 who are usually run ragged by the opposition.
