Not even worth the time and energy responding to seriously, so here are bullet points

- Denel only used the Italian breech of the gun for development
- Tracks are a hinderance on the African battlefield.
- Unita and the Cubans had amphibious vehicals... we did not... yet we defeated them every time we met in battle
- No "developed from" does not mean that
- Rooikat gun is accurate up to 2km-2km
http://www.army-guide.com/eng/product956.html
- I have allready shown that Nigerian armor doesnt stand a chance against the SANDF

The nigerian arsenal is a hodge-podge of half aquired obsolete weapons systems that are nothing more than a logistical nightmare.
NA Cobra, VBL, BTR-3U are more modern than SANDF 1980s Ratels, 1990s Rooikats.

SANDF is a dry land only army 'standardized' to fight only at home on very dry and easy terrain

Show me one that Nigeria has.

Show me any war in hsitroy that nigeria has faced enemy tanks, sam systems, fighter jets etc
We are not interested in ancient wars where 95% of those who fought are dead, retired, kicked out by ANC, or run away to Australia before Zulu revenge slices their throats.

Current war 2014, Nigeria is fighting alone with over 30,000 soldiers, batalions of tanks, APC, IFV, artillery, jet fighters, helicopter gunships, ISTAR aircraft, spy balloons, satellites, automatic grenade launchers, mortars, etc.

Show we where South African military is being tested to that level today 2014.

SADF sank Russian ship fully loaded with weapons which were meant to be transported to Angola. It is not safe to put away weapons to another country since the ocean is too deep to consume all of them.
Is South Africa at war with Nigeria or Ukraine today?

Try sink Ukranian shipload of arms and see how Ukraine will use South Africa for shooting practice, their anger with Russia will be diverted against your country .

Anyway last news on T-84 OPLOT-M tanks about to be shipped from Ukraine to Nigeria was by air, they were parked on the airport grounds.

Boko Haram said to seize another town in northern Nigeria

Niamey (AFP) - Islamist extremist group Boko Haram has seized control of a Nigerian town near the Niger border, leading soldiers to flee and adding to its expanding reach in the region, an official said Saturday.

The insurgents were said to have taken control of Malam Fatori in Nigeria's northeastern Borno state after fighting on Wednesday and Thursday, a senior official in the Niger town of Diffa near Nigeria told AFP on condition of anonymity.

The fighting killed dozens and wounded about 30 people in the a commercial hub known for fishing and farming, the Anfani radio station in Diffa reported.

"The town of Malam Fatori was taken by Boko Haram after violent fighting with the Nigerian army overnight Wednesday to Thursday," said the official in Diffa, where thousands of refugees from the conflict have fled to.

According to the official, 315 Nigerian soldiers fled over the border to Diffa. Thirteen who were wounded were treated in a Diffa hospital, while the others have been repatriated.

The official's version of events differed from the one given by a Nigerian senator, who on Thursday spoke of the attack but did not say that the town had been taken.

Senator Maina Maaji Lawan said the insurgents met stiff resistance from soldiers from a multi-national task force in the region that includes troops from Nigeria, Chad and Niger.

Lawan however also said that soldiers were later forced to flee after being overpowered by the insurgents. He said that 21 civilians were killed.

You see the reason why I call you a fool. Mokopa has long been integrated into Rooivalk tested and fired. It was tested many times on Rooivalk starting from 1999 http://www.army-guide.com/eng/product869.html. It was specially designed for Rooivalk, but now can be launched from different platforms, Fighter jets, Vehicles and Ships or boats.

Do you think Denel is that stuppid? DENEL is committed to give SANDF training of any kind of weapon in their stock.

Nigeria has zero weapon in Ukraine. They are in war as current and very desperate for weapons, yet they cannot get their weapons in Ukraine. That's ironic!!

Funding for air force soars
Date: 1 March 2014
THE SA Air Force has been given a R342 million
boost over three years towards strengthening its
helicopter, transport and maritime capability.
According to Budget documents tabled this week,
the money was shifted from the Special Defence
Account because of “an increase in deployments
and presidential commitments”.
There was also a projected increase in spending
in the force employment programme for border
patrols, anti-piracy
operations and peacekeeping missions.
Defence analyst Helmoed-Romer Heitman said
some of the funds for the helicopter capability
related to the deployment of Rooivalk combat
helicopters to the DRC, where South Africa has
sent troops as part of a UN peacekeeping
mission.
“We’ve gone from having two Oryxes at Goma to
having three Rooivalke and five or six Oryxes.
They burn more fuel to get there, they burn hours,
which uses up consumables, and there’s
maintenance,” Heitman said.
It was also possible the military was finally
acquiring the Mokopa anti-tank missile for the Rooivalk

http://www.saairforce.co.za/news-and-events/1282/funding-for-air-force-soars
Possible is NOT = Done.

Nigeria too can possibly buy the Akash SAM with 35km range from India as published in world news last year, get it?

Even if intergrated, SAAF has NEVER ordered ANY Mokopa missile, because of lack of funds and the fact I posted, that your then air force chief said the 10km long range is useless because the Rooivalk will not see the target grin grin

DENEL engineers are just dumbo domingoes to design a missile that is useless, named Mokopa ATGM.

Nobody can kill peoples's religious faith with a gun and bullet, you kill one, and two will replace him

Your own soldiers can also become religious terrorists and secretly betray your army.

SANDF has never fought a religious group in battle, all we see is photos of training to fight a non-existent enemy.

There is no point arguing with you. DENEL (state owned company) has the responsibility of developing arms for SANDF at a unit price as well as to international community. At peace times SANDF is obligated to pay for every service or weapon acquired from DENEL so that it should sustain its business and continue to pay its employees. During war, SANDF is empowered to use whatever weapon that DENEL has at no fee in order to defend the interest of the country.

SO BEWARE!!!

What DENEL has is what SA has.
You cannot use what you did not integrate, it is a technical issue, Mokopa is NOT integrated on Rooivalk, and SAAF has none in service.

Prove it ! Show us source where Mokopa missile entered service with SAAF grin grin

"Mokopa is a heavy, long-range, precision-guided, anti-armour missile. Due to budgetary constraints, the SAAF decided to stop integrating the weapon onto the Rooivalk."

Now read news analysis reports on Mokopa missile from your own trusted South African source Defenceweb :

"It is not clear if the funds are still available and the Rooivalk is currently being operationalised with just its 20mm chin cannon and unguided rockets as armament.

Wessels adds the SAAF is interested in the system for Lynx “but want us to succeed somewhere else first”, as it does not have the cash on hand to pay for the integration costs. This is in line with comments made by SAAF chief Lieutenant General Carlo Gagiano on that subject."

South Africa CANNOT afford cash to buy it's own DENEL weapons, SANDF is broke....proved what we have been saying grin grin

"On the other hand, SAAF chief Lieutenant General Carlo Gagiano saw only limited short-term opportunity for Mokopa with the land services. “Most armies won't use it optimally, he noted. Land-to-land targeting at 5.5km, as with Ingwe, is already a very long range for target acquisition. You cant's see much further in the dust and glare of the battlefield. With Mokopa you go over-the-horison and then your communications and command-and-control has to be very advanced."

The whole 10km long range idea of Mokopa is actually a foolish project idea of Soweto mumus, it cannot work on battlefield, I have always said South African's noise about weapon range like artillery and etc in land battle is foolishness that will fail in battlefield realities, now South African air force chief of staff agrees with Agaugust grin grin

Didn't you read the words "Developed from"?

The Galil ARM was developed from the AK-47, does that make it an Russian weapons? NO!! It is an Israeli rifle.

The T-50 Golden Eagle is developed from the F-16 does that make it an American product? No.

The Saeqeh was developed from the F-5 does that make it an American product? No.

The GT4 76mm is a Denel gun. It was designed during the sanctions era, Italy have nothing to do with it.

The idea for its caliber is influenced by logistics, you wouldn't know that with your un-standardised army would you?
I have been keeping quiet about this 'standardized' army talk for months, but today I will answer you.

Will an army be able to k.ill if they have 5 different types of rifles ? Yes, they just need to put the bullet in the head of SANDF

You cannot standardize an army by restricting types of equipment, you will have an army with many weakpoints.

SANDF is so 'standardized' that your whole nation has no single all terrain tracked APC, no tracked IFV, no tracked tank destroyer, no tracked battle field ambulance, no all terrain tracked light tanks, NO SINGLE ALL TERRAIN TRACKED AIR DEFENCE SYSTEMS AND MISSILE LAUNCHER !!!

Nigeria has all these with our Styer APC, 4K Mortar carrier, Plamaria artillery, MT-LB multirole APC, Storm APC-ATGM launcher, Scorpion tanks, Roland SAMs.

South African army became a dry land only army with major weakness and ZERO ability to fight on all terrains of battlefields, that is standardization? No, that is the weakest army in Africa in all terrain warfare, stuck and helpless sitting duck SANDF in wetland war zone.

Also, South Africa has ZERO amphibious armoured vehicles that can cross rivers and lakes to go out-flank the enemy, Nigeria has has fully amphibious Cobra APC, VBL APC, Sagaie Tank Destroyers, and BTR-3U IFV etc.

What you call South African standardization is actually a proof that South African army is very far far far below Nigerian army standard.

SANDF will be 99% grounded and immobilized in an ALL TERRAIN battle theatre, your military will be wiped out by Nigeria !

Developed from Italian gun means Italy sold the technology wholesale to South Africa, and DENEL changed the colour and the name to fool people that it is South Africa.

The gun is naval, and cannot shoot straight on your Rooikat IFV, show us where Rooikat scored hit in a battle with it's inaccurate gun grin grin

Galil is Israeli made rifle, the technology was sold to South Africa wholesale, and to change name as usual and claim it is South African made, you changed the b.utt or stock and the maganize container to plastic and called it R4 rifle South African product, FRAUD !

"The weapon is a licenced variant of the Israeli Galil ARM assault rifle[4][5] with several modifications; notably, both the stock and magazine are now made of a high-strength polymer and the stock was lengthened, adapting the weapon for the average South African soldier."

Nigeria builds for our jet fighter, air to ground attack rocket pods which South Africa does not

We build some of the most advanced missiles in the world - why would we waste our time with such trivial things?

Nigeria builds spy balloons which South Africa does not

No, you purchased the spy baloons from Isreal
http://allafrica.com/stories/201211060900.html

So that is a lie

Nigeria builds modern stealth warships which South Africa does not

No, Nigeria assembles stealth warships that are built in China... like Lego

So that is a lie

Nigeria builds all terrain tracked APCs which South Africa does not

This is just a lie

Nigeria builds heavy machine guns at DICON

No you dont. You assemble foreign designs.

South Africa on the otherhand has developed and built a 100% indigenous machinegun - the SS7

So that is another lie

Nigeria builds mortar artillery at DICON

So does South Africa, and so do Syrian rebels... this is nothing impressive.

Nigeria builds sniper rifles at DICON

No, you assemble foreign designs.

So this is a lie

Nigeria builds 3 different types of UAV / Drones

No, you build one which is a direct copy of an Isrealy drone

So this is a lie

South African missiles are built with Israeli help because you cannot do it alone
Really? Which one? Makopa? Ingwe? Uhmkonto? A-darter? Raptor 2? Please, show us some proof of your claims.

Until you do, this remains a lie

South Africa does not build datalinks, they import from Europe

2014 and you still are unaware of the Tiger FCS, composit armor, gun-stabilization, enginen et al that we developed for it

Nigeria does not upgrade any of its equipment

South Africa does not build radars, they import from Europe

I will dedicate a post to this childish statement

So Augugbgugu... anymore lies you wish to tell? You petulant troll.
Rocket pod is trivial thing? It is the only powerful weapon on SAAF Rooivalk, the other thing is a mere gun made in France grin

NAF makes rocket pods, SAAF imports them. There is no defense against NAF rocket pods, they cannot be jammed by ECM.

Abuja spy balloon is for civilian use, and what you posted is different from Nigerian military made spy balloon.

Show me proof that Nigerian army is using the civilian Israeli balloon.

https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/133308-nigerian-army-announces-hi-tech-device-to-tackle-boko-haram.html

We built Amebo I drone, Amebo II drone, Amebo III drone, Gulma drone, Icheokwu mini drone....ALL PROUDLY NIGERIAN, show me where Israel claims to be involved, show me proof of your false claims.

Stealth OPV, China have given Nigeria full technology transfer, we can build it anytime we want, according to Janes Defence info..

"F 91 was launched by state-owned shipbuilder China Shipbuilding & Offshore International Co (CSOC) in January 2014, and was taken for sea trials by affiliated shipyard Wuchang Shipbuilding Industry. The second OPV, F 92, is being built by CSOC in China but will be outfitted at the naval shipyard in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, in a technology transfer arrangement."

http://www.janes.com/article/45252/china-completes-sea-trials-for-nigerian-opv

Your other claims also affects South Africa.

You don't produce your main assault rifle R4, you paid Israel to give you licence to copy Israeli Galil rifle and give it a new name grin grin

Same way Browning heavy machine gun and mortar artillery are produced under licence by DICON Nigeria.

Both of us are in the same boat grin

Olifant tank forever remains British product, South Africa only upgraded it, same way Nigeria also upgraded British Scorpion tanks with new armour, new engine, and new 90mm gun.

South Africa is in very same boat with Nigeria.

South Africa does not make data-links, your Reutech company is another of your import agents that imports European products and gives them South African names. Reutech is amalgamated with Ruenert.

"During the first part of the twentieth century Reunert and Lenz continued as agents for international firms such as Babcock & Wilcox, Bellis & Morcom, ASEA of Sweden and the North British Railway Company. Products included almost every aspect of engineering from ploughs and steamrollers to locomotives, tugboats and trams. By the mid '50s, Reunert & Lenz had supplied over 2 500 mainline locomotives from North British to the SAR.

In 1914 the company converted to a private limited liability company known as Reunert & Lenz Limited. The Great Depression of 1929 hit the company hard but Reunert & Lenz survived thanks to their sole agency for Babcock and Wilcox Ltd boilers. Power stations continued to need equipment and spares when all other business was halted.

In 1997, major disposals include the mechanical engineering division Reumech OMC that was sold to Vickers and the 50% stake in Alstom which was sold to its parent company Alstom France.

A decision in the 60s had brought overseas associates into South Africa to operate jointly controlled companies with Reunert & Lenz on the basis of 50-50 partnerships. Five such "company marriages" were made with European companies ."

http://www.reunert.com/about-history.php

Also, in 2013 Swedish company SAAB was invited from Sweden to come and join Reutech and you imported engineers and equipment from Sweden then gave them South African names to steal glory from Sweden.

South Africans are glory thieves from birth.

Your South African data-links company is an agent of American and European exporters who ship parts to you, and send you engineers to do project design and implementation, imported white brains and white technology imports.

South African data-link is imported and given a new name at the sea port on arrival. PROVED grin grin

Rooivalk is 90% French made, only the body metal welded and tyres added in South Africa, vital components came from Europe and they have refused to sell more to you, such that you CANNOT make anymore Rooivalk helicopter, white-men still rule South Africa from Europe, and the rocket pods are imported, ALL Rooivalk weapons are improted, and the only gun on the Rooivalk is French made GIAT cannon imported by DENEL, your Rooivalk's destiny is controlled by France.

Show us a real military aircraft made in South Africa, all you did was assemble Hawk jet with pieces and parts imported from Britain.

AHRLAC is a backyard toy anybody can build at home, proved already.

If assembly of aircraft means South Africa builds light planes, Nigeria too does it very well
