ActivateKruger:All we see in your photo is SANDF soldiers doing demo, pointing rifles at open empty space with no single enemy to shoot ![]() SANDF drama team, Movie Magic ..... DSTV ![]() . |
ActivateKruger:You won't even get a chance to fire half of one tube of the disabled crippled handicapped and decapitated South African Ingwe missile . |
ActivateKruger:Typing in big fonts won't save you. LOL, Nigeria has the Stormer APC, they are used as launchers for Swingfire when the army does not want to launch Swingfire on tripod by hand. Nigeria's Swingfire was produced up till the 1990s, SANDF Ingwe entered service in 1987. A bomb made in 1960 will k.ill if it explodes on you. Ingwe is laser guided and smoke grenade from Nigerian Cobra or other vehicles will block and blind the Ingwe guidance system to make it more useless than a bushman hunter's bow and arrow. QUOTE : "Despite their impressive capabilities, laser weapons do have some significant downsides. These can be taken advantage of to give the battlefield soldier a measure of defense against them. Because lasers are basically light, a number of everyday means can be used to diminish their effectiveness. Their performance can be significantly decreased or negated altogether by phenomena like fog, rain, snow, smoke, and so on, which can disperse or refract the weapon’s beam to ineffectualness, depending on how thick it is." SANDF cannot fire one single Ingwe on Nigerian army, our infantry anti-tank guns have 7km range against Ingwe's 5km range. Keep wasting your smoke blinded useless Ingwe missiles. EVarn:Need to be sure it's true, but I know Chad now has oil and it's close to Nigerian side. I think Nigeria will be arming up to subdue (without war I believe) Chad, Cameroon, and Niger Republique in the next 5 years. Boko Haram will be decimated, it's only a matter of time. Nigeria is already angry, and any President that does not show it can wipe out Boko Haram will lose presidential elections for sure, year 2011 elections proved Nigerians no longer vote for a party at presidential level, they vote for the individual contestant based on their perception of his ability to perform well in office . |
ActivateKruger:Mongoose, is not yet in service with SANDF, and it is hoped to stop missiles, it won't ever stop a recoiless anti-tank gun high speed shell Keep fooling yourself, your Mongoose defense does NOT exist today ![]() . |
mzilakazi:80% of SANDF weapons are R4 rifles and some easy to delete MRAPs . |
mzilakazi:Ingwe gets defeated by smoke grenades blocking off it's laser guidance system and thus disable the Ingwe missile. Nigeria too anti-tank missiles called Swingfire, launched by our Stormer APCs The swingfire is wire guided and swings around to confuse the enemy, it cannot be blocked by smoke Nigerian army will roast SANDF rag tag hollywood photos-only army like suya meat .

PatriotZAR:Source of above story is South African, your usual war propaganda lies. Post us insider source from independent United Nations MONUSCO and FIB that own and led the whoe war in Congo DRC against M23. The whole world defeated M23 rebel You are a glory stealing Jankoriko . |
ActivateKruger:Ingwe missile will not win you a war. The most powerful weapons in South African military are imported, Gripen jet, Hawk jet, Valour Frigate, Type 209 Submarine, and Olifant tank, IRIS-T missile, Starstreak missile, Milan missile, Paveway Guided bombs....and the list goes on..... . |
mzilakazi:Show proof of those Nigerians in your garden. You are more like a South African living on ANC government free cash handout support. I have proof of Nigerian doctors sucking South Africa dry because you need them desperately . |
DieVluit:We are fighting a religious war against Islamic extremists, and we have about 100,000 Nigerian military men and officers who are faithful to Islamic religion, what do you expect, trust every soldier? No. . |
DieVluit:Good you admit South Africans are finding better life in Nigeria. Nice one. Nigerians too are living off you and repatriating earnings to Nigeria. Simple . |
ActivateKruger:Your Ratels and Ingwes missiles with only 5km range, and with all soldiers loaded inside the APC/IFV are all k.illed by Nigerian army anti-tank infantry recoilless rifles from 7km away. Our 7km range is superior to your 5km range, SANDF is gonna R.I.P Case Closed .
|
DieVluit:All the South Africans in MTN, Stanbic Bank, SASOL oil, Shoprite etc all ran away to Nigeria to live a better life with us . |
DieVluit:Show Nigerian army superiority over SANDF because.... South African army has NEVER and will NEVER be able to celebrate what was theirs in the first place .
|
mzilakazi:Ingwe missile maximum range is only 5km. Nigerian army infantry has anti-tank recoilless rifles with 7km range. SANDF Ratels won't even be able to fire one Ingwe, they just get deleted by Nigerian army .

ActivateKruger: Nigerian army Scorpion tanks armour-piercing shells will eat all your Ratel IFVs for breakfast including all the soldiers you packed inside or outside it .

DieVluit:Nigerian army Islamist officers who are fifth columnist traitors steal our weapons, army uniforms and vehicles then smuggle then to Boko Haram, insider betrayal. Well, great NAF destroyed 100 Boko vehicles last week. The town of Mubi is occupied by both Nigerian army on one side and infiltrated by Bokos on the other side. Problem is the Bokos entered Mubi in Nigerian army uniforms and opened fire on our soldiers, and the army's only way to separate friend from foe is to withdraw from that part of Mubi and leave only Bokos there so that they don't have friend and foe mixed together and they begin to kill colleagues by mistaken identity of same uniforms with Bokos. Hardest battle in the world, it is against the international laws of war to wear your enemy's uniform, but this is an unconventional war and so hard to fight, we have the might to wipe out Boko in few weeks, but you need to identify them first and map them out to a cut off area, or else you kill your own soldiers and innocent civilians. This is the hardest war in Africa . |
ActivateKruger: Soweto fool. look at the head of the dead body, a big dent on the top of the head, it has been crushed with a blow, and the bumb in the middle of the forehead shifted in the opposite direction of the dent on the head due to pressure of a blow. Does the facial structures of a man's face maintain same position after the head is crushed and the contents of his skull have shifted position putting pressure on the flesh ? Newton's third law is: For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction South African Physics and Biology is = ZERO as usual. Olodo .

mzilakazi:That's no ordinary rocket, it is most likely a guided missile, it flew horizontally meaning it's controlled to a landing point. If it is vertical (then returns down by parachute to same launch pad) or parabolic, I will say it could easily be unguided rocket. Epe rocket project base has always been in a town with people, desire for secrecy is making the government move it to an Island, Epe is a coastal town http://www.theguardianmobile.com/readNewsItem1.php?nid=17349 . |
GreenandGold:Photo does not say it is South African made radar, show me it's name and source web link . |
GreenandGold:Small land mines only, bigger mines will tear your Ratel into pieces, Ratel is NOT an MRAP . Nigerian Cobras too have protection against land mines. Don't compare your ancient 1980s outdated Ratel with our year 2008 Cobra. Your Ratel cannot even swim across a small river, SANDF is outdated and lacks all terrain armoured vehicles ![]() .

GreenandGold:Mokopa Anti-Tank Missile 10km long range is useless : South African air force chief confesses to Defenceweb in Johannesburg Denel’s Mokopa PGM ready for market Written by Leon Engelbrecht, Wednesday, 26 January 2011 "This is in line with comments made by SAAF chief Lieutenant General Carlo Gagiano on that subject, he saw only limited short-term opportunity for Mokopa with the land services. “Most armies won't use it optimally, he noted. Land-to-land targeting at 5.5km, as with Ingwe, is already a very long range for target acquisition. You cant's see much further in the dust and glare of the battlefield. With Mokopa you go over-the-horison and then your communications and command-and-control has to be very advanced. Many armies are not yet confident enough to use such a weapon. The Ingwe is still very much on the sweet spot for most applications,” he said. " SAAF confirms Mokopa missile is useless .

Henry120:You are right . |
GreenandGold:All your Ratels will be destroyed by Nigerian army Motorized Infantry 7km range recoilless anti-tank guns, you won't even get a chance to launch one single Ingwe missile before you get deleted .
|
mzilakazi:Same way all SANDF Ratels and Rooikats won't stand landmines . |
GreenandGold:SANDF Ratel is a 1980s IFV Nigerian army BTR-3U is a year 2000 era IFV You drunk with local gin ? . |
mzilakazi:Show us radar made in south Africa. Nigeria has acquired technology to build ICBM from North Korea . |
Patchesagain:Mokopa is actually the worst anti-tank missile ever made, the 10km range is useless because it goes over the horizon, so useless that South Africa that manufactured it has REFUSED to buy it, especially with SANDF now broke, why buy a useless missile with bank loans ? SAAF chief of staff used his own mouth on Defenceweb magazine to kill the Mokopa ATGM....call it homicide ![]() . |
Patchesagain:Mokopa missile is NOT in service with SAAF. Mokopa has been rejected by SAAF because the 10km range is useless, too long for real battlefield realities according to your country's air force chief. DENEL is a foolish weapons developer, I have always warned you South Africans that too long range is useless on real life battlefield practically, you won't see the enemy target. Mokopa missile na wash, so your air force refused to buy the homemade wash ! Rooivalk helicopter has NO SINGLE guided weapon, it has ended it's career as a 1960s generation attack helicopter with world war II level of weaponry, Rooivalk too na wash ! . |
