CodeTemplar: Labour market is a open market and your idea of tying the wage of labour market to school fee is beggarly at best. Govt does not give birth to children, people do. wat i mean is dat der are things to put in place first before copying the kinda fees students pay in doz countries. Like, for instance, do we have a proper student loan system in place in nigeria? Datz just one aspect o. The wage i am referring to der is minimum wage. |

Zooposki: Yeah, you are right. But in the interim, maybe make the Federal Universities expensive and the state universities cheap for the indigenes and cutthroat for out of states students. almost all state unis in nigeria are terribly low standard. Now, remember dat most of the promising students in nigeria are from poor backgrounds; putting d federal unis out of dia reach would be further underutilising diz potentials whic is very detrimental to both the students and the country as a whole. Unless a very extensive and transparent scholarship scheme is put in place. bt wat can be truly transparent in nigeria? |

SirToothBrush: for a man, some of the challenges that comes with living alone are. 1. You get to pay your light bills, water bill health bill and security expenses yourself. Unlike when you lived with your parent and it was all free 2. If you are not married, you may end up feeding your unemployed friends who show up at to your crib to play Playstation. 3. If you are an eligible Bachelor, female folks will trove around you. (very few men knows how to handle this situation) 3. It becomes very hard to pick and hold just a single female. And it's always hard to know the genuine one. 4. The urge to start building your own house arises in the 9th month into your rent. Since your landlord had hinted you on increments in rent Lol... are there ineligible bachelors? What determines eligibility abeg? Now as for all those bank managers that help yahoo Boys sorts out the withdrawal of their loot, your time is coming as well. Nigeria go better when the time of all politicians come. That should be the primary target of any anti-graft agency that is sincere to itself. What is being done now by this anti-graft agencies is like ignoring the root cause of an illness, and then focusing on its symptoms. We must be truthful for this country to stand a chance to make any reasonable headway. Peace! |

TheAngry1: Why don't we just allow a referendum? Let us split this country jejely and let all man waka. The Igbo nation has spent the last 50 years blaming other regions for their inertia. Even when their 'adopted son' GEJ was in power, they did not move an inch forward. This is not a tribal shot, this is a movement. Let it be known that the rest of Nigeria is not holding the East. Some of us actually support the movement.
Whoever wants to go, can fuuuuuck the hell off!!!
FG, please, grant us a referendum. You be man! U have faith in God and ur Godgiven abilities to be able to survive and thrive. Unlike many people, you are not afraid of a level-playing field. If every Nigerian can have this kind of autonomous mindset, we will make progress as a nation(s). |

EngrHumble: The Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Mr Sunday Dare has relocated his office to the MKO Abiola National Stadium, Abuja.
Dare stated that the move was in line with his promise to ensure that the nation’s sports facilities are restored to become fully functional. He made the disclosure in a statement by Mr Ramon Balogun, Assistant Director, Press in the ministry.
He said that with the move, he has made good on his earlier promise to keep a close tab on the revitalisation of Nigeria’s sporting facilities. “It is also a sharp departure from what has been regarded as the norm in the past,” he said.
The Minister indicated that he will be working sometimes days of the week from the stadium. He asserted that the Youth and Sports ministry was a critical artery to Nigeria’s human capital development, adding, that 13 Ministries have youth development as part of their budgets and mandate.
The ministry according to him, will leverage on the pivotal advantage expressed in the National Youth Policy for the socio-economic empowerment of our youths.
He emphasised the importance of communication to youth and sports development while urging the press unit of the Ministry to improve on its professionalism by reporting events timely and accurately with authentic and approved facts before disseminating to the Nigerian public. He also reemphasised his determination to give the youth component of the ministry’s mandate massive attention.
