Stop trying to sound clever. The Director DPR wasn't part of GEJ first appointment. Aliyu Giusau NSA(North) was among the first prominent appointment of GEJ in March 2010. Attahiru Jega was appointed in June 2010,

George Osahun was appointed Dir DPR in 2013. The first DPR di®ector appointed by Jonathan is Mr. Osten Oluyemisi
Olurunsola from Kogi state. He serveved between 2011 and 2013.

Ibrahim Dankwambo(North) was the Accountant General under Jonathan until when he left to contest Governorship election.

Mohammed Jameel was GEJ's chosen State Chief of Protocol, Olutola Onijala was not appointed by Jonathan
These ones that have been appointed by PMB may still be replaced later on so there isn't a problem. If PMB factored in the competencies of those under him, he would remain unruffled by the negative perceptions of some Nigerians... Humans see only what they want to see. At least I still remember Dr Dora Akunyili for her achievements at NAFDAC. The day she indicated interest in the senatorial seat of Anambra was the very day I got to know she was a native of the state.

So you wanted the CSO to take orders from a mere ADC(someone who performs the same functions as a PA)?

Òga Federal Character may or may not be enforced by the government in power except where speccified (eg min number of Ministers per state). How many of GEJ appointees were from his Bayelsa state? how many are Ijaws? Which key sector was the North marginalised? What GEJ did was to give fair sharing of office. In fact only the Yorubas can complain of "not getting enough" among the r majority ethnic groups.
Okay I think we are speaking of the appointments of PMB in his first 30 days, if you did check the holders of these posts under Jonathan you will find just a little difference... PMB has made just 9 appointments since the 29th of May. He made replacements in the DSS, INEC, DPR, Slot of Accountant General, CSO, State Chief of Protocol, ADC SSA on media and publicity and SA on media and publicity. Those who occupied these slots under Pres. Jonathan were
DG DSS- Ita Ekpenyong(South)
INEC- A.Jega(North)
DPR- George Osahun(South)
Accountant General- Jonah Otunla (South)
CSO- Mr Gordon Ogbuah(South)
State Chief of Protocol- Olutola Onijala(South)
Aide de Camp- Adegbe(North)
SSA on Media and Publicity [GEJ didn't have this but had SSA on public affairs(same functions) ]- Doyin Okupe(South)
SA on media and publicity- Reuben Abati(South)
-So of PMB's nine appointees 8 are northerners, 1 is a southerner.
-Of PGEJ's nine appointees 7 are southerners, 2 are northerners.
So how does that make PGEJ detribalized if PMB is being accused of tribalism for having 8 out of 9 appointees as tribesmen?

GEJ can be accused of anything but not marginalising the North. The only people that can complain is the SW but it wasn't that bad. It is a shame that some people in the North are poised to rewrite history that we all witnessed.
But Oga most of the appointments you have up there were made based on the Federal Character stuff na.... When you even compare the appointments PMB has made and those GEJ made they don't look different if you consider the zones of the appointees

True words...when you ignore something..that doesn't mean you forget about it.....NO WAY!!! what i meant in this article, http://www.roviarsguide.com/seo/ignore-seo-and-improve-your-search-engine-ranking Is that bloggers should concentrate on writing more annd more quality content.....because doing SEO with content is wack....remember the saying that "content is king"

thanks for your comment. wink wink
Great post Op
Well content is king but... Content without marketing is just lame! I don't think anyone wants to write great content just for the fun of it. If you are interested in making a living off your writing you can't ignore SEO(don't mean shady SEO though). And I think most of the techniques you highlighted are SEO techniques. I'll say have a touch of all cause funny enough when we say we are ignoring SEO, some things included in the content make up SEO we never knew

If Saraki can be "elected" by only PDP members, I expect APC members to reconvene and impeach him. I doesn't have to be with a 2/3 majority. Buhari should learn from Obasanjo and stop being too democratic. It may lead to problem that may even lead to the closure of the House. It won't stop Buhari from having his ministers. The "principle of necessity" will be adopted.
This your principle of necessity will set the nation on fire o!

2)What's the content of the link I gave you if those are not facts...what again is fact to you?...

3)You're really dumb...so the link I gave did not show you that all the SE states are leading in all indices of economic development before any other region in Nigeria...and it is just the most recent study....smh...

4)I would not engage you any further if this show of ineptitude and crass ignorance even when being spoonfed with facts from verifiable sources are staring you in the face....Open those links I sent to you and see the contents boy....Stop all these empty rhetorics...
You can keep deceiving yourself-this is an excerpt from your hypocritical piece
" Ebonyi state is still healthy economically, why should Osun state be dead already? If Enugu is still forging ahead strong economically, why should Oyo state be bleeding?"
And this has been trashed severally here, you now shift the goal post to economically viable states to suit your stinking hypocrisy. I've said it, when you're done advising the man in Abia,Enugu and Ebonyi then you can do same to others. You posted Imo as a backward South East state because it's APC when it is even the most economically viable state in the SE. Keep deceiving yourself again I say.

Sometimes, it is good you marry your bed when u don't understand a thing...

Does the fact that those SE states are owing make them any less viable based on the ingenuity of their leaders as compared to their less fortunate brothers elsewhere...

Ebonyi is owing but is viable compared to Osun...Enugu is owing but more stable compared to Oyo...These are states I know both on paper and in reality...

Did you even care to read the vanguard link you provided?...hehehehe...nawa
You know nothing about these states! You said Enugu and Ebonyi weren't owing, that was trashed here with facts, now you run around claiming Enugu and Ebonyi are more viable than Oyo and Osun yet you still do it without facts but you claim APC uses propaganda. My stand on this is simple, if you can't denounce the incompetent governments of the SE then you have no right to give your political and unsolicited advice to others. I posted on this thread that as at 2007 only one SE state made the list of top 10 economically buoyant Nigerian states, I expected a rebuttal and a 2015 report showing the position of the 5 SE states, none provided yet you speak of viability and your supposed claims of ingenuity of the administrators of these states. I don't know if Martin Elechi and Theodore Orji pass as ingenious to you, if they do then I'm sorry to say you have a bigger problem than the governments you intended demystifying with this thread.
You need to deal with that and save your ponderous attempts at wit for some other day.

Egbon, I hope you're not living in the past like Buhari. We're in 2015 and you're quoting 2007 figures. Between then and now, we've had three presidents... One served for 3 years and died in office (may his soul rest in peace). His success served for 6 years and has left office. The current president recently just returned from West Germany.

Eight years is a long time bro. You need to dig up current (and valid) data.
You are funny though- you never read where I asked to be provided with recent info on the economic buoyancy of states only to give a reply stating the same thing I said. I knew things had changed that's why I wanted recent info

When you're done reading them, try and go back to the topic of this thread and remind yourself what we are discussing bro...
No matter how nebulous you try to be, what your post says is simple "The people of the SW, the APC have veiled you with propaganda, look at how your SE/SS brothers under PDP are doing, don't you want to be like them?"
And my reply to that is simple all the PDP states you mention are owing salaries and other arrears, Abia, Ebonyi and Enugu the supposed model PDP states are sunk in debt, Enugu is even the most-indebted in the SE
