Good evening everyone, please my Nigerian passport will expire on November 2023. I went to Nigeria Immigration office today to renew my passport (capture) and they refused my request on the ground that my passport must have less than 6 month validity before I can renew.

Please is this supposed to be so. I'm quite worried because I will need it to travel by September 2023. Won't it affect my visa application and stamping if I wait till May to apply for a renewal bearing it in mind that it takes months to get the renewed passport in Nigeria?

Reacting to Osuntokun’s appointment, Arabambi in a statement made available to newsmen on Wednesday, opposed Prof Osuntokun’s appointment due to his membership of Zenith Labour Party ZLP.

He said “In my capacity as the National Publicity Secretary of Labour Party, I am opposing the announcement of Prof Akin Osuntokun as the DG Labour Party Campaign Organisation because at present, he is the Senatorial candidate of Zenith Labour Party, ZLP, Ekiti State and in the February 25, 2023, National Assembly election.

Skyeyeye:
Yes, he was convicted of rape. If you were the experienced type, you would know 1 in every 20 incarcerated sex offenders in the US are actually innocent.

As for the case of this 13 year old girl, I am saying there's still possibility he didn't commit the crime.

Lastly, there's a difference between doubting a rape conviction and supporting rape. But I guess your brain power is too low for that. The same me that feels he might be innocent might as well suggest he gets burnt to death if I later discover he's guilty.

Skyeyeye:
Then he's an animal. A real animal!

Saying my final good bye to this thread

I know two of my town guys there. One is an English teacher and he rolls in money and the other is a club bouncer and swims in money. It is a country where Russia has much of it's space stations. I don't know much about there but I am so sure it's better than this herdsmen country.

Compliments of the season everybody. Please help me out with the best Ac gas to use for my Nissan versa 2007. I have changed like three compressors under 2 months. Once i fix and refill the gas,the following week, the gas inside the system turns black and the next thing is the compressor noise will start and once i encounter Lagos traffic, that's the end of that compressor. Unless i drive only at night when roads are free. As i am typing this now i avoid using the AC in traffic because it will pack up the compressor. I have tried different brands like cheb, lobocool and tekacool (SON) But can be this issue be gas or another thing? Because i am getting frustrated already.

Good evening
My generator(medium elepaq) was running for about 30 minutes before the electricity went off. On getting to the generator house,I saw that it was still on but it wasn't supplying electricity. I also found out that the circuit breaker was switched off,and I tried to switch it on but it kept on automatically switching off.

Frustrated,I turned off the gen and it immediately made a deafening pop sound. Can someone tell me the issue and how to fix it?

Obrotcho:
Good day Experts in the house,
Yesterday night while running my generator, I heard a loud sharp noise from it as it went dead. It could no longer start as the pulling rope became stiff.

A Little History
The generator has been ringed 3 times within one and a half years due to oil shorting. Each mechanic promises a good job. The last ringing just latest barely 3 months.

The bizzare Story of Tarrare

Charles Domery (c. 1778 – after 1800), later also known as Charles Domerz, was a Polish soldier serving in the Prussian and French armies, noted for his unusually large appetite. Serving in the Prussian Army against France during the War of the First Coalition, he found that the rations of the Prussians were insufficient and deserted to the French Army in return for food. Although generally healthy, he was voraciously hungry during his time in the French service, and ate any available food. While stationed near Paris, he was recorded as having eaten 174 cats in a year, and although he disliked vegetables, he would eat 4 to 5 pounds (1.8 to 2.3 kg) of grass each day if he could not find other food. During service on the French ship Hoche, he attempted to eat the severed leg of a crew member hit by cannon fire, before other members of the crew wrestled it from him.

Guys, my company bought 25kg rice for staff . I believe the sizes is the usual size everywhere, because I have often wondered why our 25kg looks small due to the fact that it's not filled to the top. So I decided to Put it on our scale. Lol and behold the 25kg rice turned out to 18.63 kg rice. This means we have been short by 6kg.
Has anyone notice this differences in kg or we were just unlucky?
