You cannot sack this kind of police officer. Their rank no dey pass sergeant, they no dey disturb anybody and nobody dey disturb them. They are jolly good fellows, loved by the civilians and their fellow police officer. They may appear lazy to you, but they know where to get any kind of information that you need in this world.

Building a township stadium for Oji River may not be a good project. Oji River would have benefited more from dualization of the old road from Wonderful Market bridge to Awka. This is a very inaccurate statement. The Calabar,Ibibio and Efik people are naturally clean. It's in them. Their educated and none educated ones all have the habit of cleanliness in them.

Here's a video of the Chairman board of governors, Dowen College, Dr Olumide Phillips, advising graduating students of Dowen College to come back to Nigeria after studying and learning abroad.

At the 2021 Dowen College Lagos valedictory and founders Day ceremony on Wednesday 6th October 2021, Phillips told the students to always remember that no matter where they found themselves, Nigeria was home.

He actually gave a good speech and offered them fatherly advice. It's unfortunate that the actions of some bad students are dragging the man's hard works on the school though the mud.

No. This is a studio apartment. We also call it self contained apartment here in Nigeria.

Here is little bit of personal finance advice on renting an apartment. Your house rent for a whole year should not be more than what you earn in a month. For instance, if your annual salary is 1.2 million, you should be looking for a 100k apartment. In most cases, you'll end up with a self contained apartment in a relatively decent neighbourhood.

When you do this, you'll notice that you have over a million naira to spend on furthering your education, getting certifications, investing in a business, investing in properties, investing in stocks and planning your settling down. You'll also have lower chances of developing high blood pressure and stress related illnesses.

I wish someone had told me this a long time ago, as I had to find this out the hard way. Anyway, I thank God that I am applying this in my life today and it's very helpful. I hope it helps someone else.

Na waa oo. IPOB's biggest mistake was thinking they can dictate to the Igbo man when to come out and when to stay inside. The Igbo man loves his Freedom more than anything. The moment IPOB started infringing on their freedom to choose when to do their business, they lost the people's support. Nnamdi Kanu was smart enough not to dictate to people what to do.
