Okay. As they continue with the revocations and approvals, the state government needs to discourage people from building family houses in city centres; any home built in city centres should be for rent. They should make sure that houses in new estates, in the city centres, are standard (spacious and well ventilated) three/two bedroom flats of two storeys. Similar to what we have in Achara layout. This will reduce the unnecessary land grabbing in Enugu.
