Getting married and staying married to raise a stable family is an achievement. There is a whole multi billion dollar marriage counselling and hookup industry built around marriage as an achievement. Nigerians are not the only one. It's like that all over the world. Yes, marriage is an achievement.

Respect for husband. Abroad gives the average Nigerian woman the illusion that her husband is more like a glorified houseboy. These women throw caution to the wind and go all out to oppress their partners. When the man can't handle anymore, he comes back to Nigeria or quietly leaves the house for the woman. If he makes the mistake of fighting for his right, the woman kicks him out. At the end of the day these women end up sad and frustrated.

However, the women who travel with respect for their husbands end up with a very happy and prosperous home.

Please, I want to know if its necessary to have a degree or just working experience to be an HMO Officer.
Currently I work in a hospital that doesn't deal with HMO and as it stands, pressure is coming in as patients that patronise our facility uses one health insurance scheme or the other.

I happened to be the person they call manager with small pay, but I am learner daily on the Job.
I handle most of those jobs related to HMO.

Currently, I need to claim funds from the Police NHIS which I have gone to the Zonal office in Lagos. I have been given all the necessary details and how to go about it.

All I need is , guide or template to write to the Police NHIS for formal relationship with them as well as others.

Please if anyone has any guide, assist me.

So, if I learn on the job, will I be an HMO Officer or I need an extra course or training for it?

I know I can do well as I have learned lots of skills wrt that recently.
I am an Engrr.graduate.

I'll advice you to stick to selling land. If you try studying artificial intelligence, you'll end up wasting money and time.

This post is misleading. You need to be extremely good in these fields for employers to run after you. I studied Artificial Intelligence and I can tell you for free, if you are not a Computer Science, Maths, Engineering or Physics major, you'll literally be walking a camel through the eye of a needle to understand the subject. Forget all the flashy adverts and stick to what you know.

Sad! The police officer needs to be prosecuted with everything at the disposal of the law. He MUST NOT go scot-free.

Furthermore, apart from getting Ukiwe's position wrong, you have stated, without any evidence, that Alex Ekwueme, who you admit was a member of the group you talked about, was wrong in his description of how the idea of the South-South was created.

Dr Ekwueme was detailed in his description of how he created the idea and how the only other person that contributed to the idea was Bisi Onabanjo (read the interview). Can you provide proof and evidence to show why we should believe you over Dr Ekwueme?

Here is an excerpt from the original article written in 2010:

At the Mkpoko Igbo pre-Conference summit in Enugu in April 1994, a document that called for the creation of six geo-political zones, the zoning of top political offices (especially the presidency) and rotation of power among the six zones was fashioned out.

There would be three zones in the North, including a separate zone for Northern minorities, and three in the South, including another separate zone for the Southern minorities.

The Igbo elite mandated former Vice President, Dr Alex Ekwueme, to lead the presentation of this agenda at the Conference, with Chief Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu and Dr Sam Mbakwe as his able lieutenants.

Ekwueme did a fantastic job, but the North, which opposed the geo-political zones and zoning of the presidency, accused him of trying to break up the North and whittle down its influence, which was not far from the truth, anyway. This was one of their reasons for dumping him for Olusegun Obasanjo in 1999.

It was also due to the efforts of another group of Igbo intelligentsia led by retired Commodore Okoh Ebitu Ukiwe that led General Sani Abacha to create Bayelsa and Ebonyi states on October 1, 1996 , while also approving the geo-political zones, even though it is not (yet) in the Constitution as the Igbo recommended.

Ebitu Ukiwe was removed from office on October 1st, 1986, long before the 1995 constitutional conference. I remember that day very well. I even remember what Taiwo Obileye said during the national broadcast and what Babangida wore.

Yes, but that does not change the fact that he was the highest ranking Igbo military officer at the time. Serving or retired.
