It was not Alex Ekwueme that created the idea of the South-South zone. The South-South zone was created by the Igbo intelligentsia, a group within the Ohaneze Ndigbo. Ekwueme just happened to be a member of the Igbo Intelligentsia. Also being the highest ranking political office holder alive at the time (serving or retired), he was asked to lead the group at the Constitutional Conference. He did a good job at the constitutional conference, but the Northerners voted it down.

Ebuti Ukiwe, I believe, was the one who eventually executed the plan, being the highest ranking Igbo military officer at the time (serving or retired).

These kids have no business learning how to quench fire; they are minors. They should be teaching them how to escape in the event of a fire outbreak. The fire chief just exposed his incompetency on a national level. What the government should have done was to construct muster points or fire assembly points in schools, then they can teach the kids how to activate and follow an evacuation strategy.

Sorry! About 90% of mouth odours do not come from the mouth. They come from the stomach and point to an underlying illness like Diabetes, Chronic Kidney disease, GERD, etc. With that said, you may want to visit a dentist first to check for holes in the teeth or tooth decays. Later you can go and see a doctor who would run tests to see if you have underlying illnesses like Diabetes, CKD, GERD etc. Most dentists may not bother to tell you that the the odour is not from your mouth. That's why you need to see a doctor (Physician) after going to the dentist. After the tests, they'll most likely refer you to a specialist who'll handle your treatment.

Once the underlying illness is treated, your mouth odour will disappear like it was never there.

PS: Don't waste your money on mouth wash and mouth odour powders that people sell online, that promise quick relief. They can only mask the odour for a few minutes, and you'll waste a lot of money.

Nigeria's electricity problem is not with generation. Our problem is majorly transmission and distribution. The transmission and distribution infrastructure was built in the sixties and seventies. They are quite old and it will require a lot of money and a lot more discipline to bring it to par.

Every programming language is structurally the same. The difference lies in what they can do and the level of abstraction that it can take. If you know Pascal and C very well, learning a truly object-oriented language like Java will be a walk in the park for you; you only need to learn to start thinking in Objects and Classes.

I won't advice anyone to learn C, if you are not an engineer or do not have an understanding of computer architecture, pointers, stacks and stuff. Just go with Python and PHP, if you are a mere mortal.
