Fixation on GEJ will do us no good. We have to sit down as Nigerians and ask ourselves whether the current government is fulfilling its obligations and promises to us. Can you do a rom dump with manufacturer's recovery? If a custom recovery is required to do a rom dump then I'm just gonna download a custom rom and copy it to an SD card and install via the custom recovery. My opinion is that with Android (Linux) you cannot securely lock a misplaced phone. There's always ADB to fork d phone up

Too expensive to do. Imagine paying one HR staff Xmillion naira just to specialise in recruitment. Not cost effective as recruitment is not most businesses primary operations (except of course a HR firm). But there will be super specialised cryogenic engineers in say NLNG because they are needed in operations

Specialisation and experience. No matter how good internal HR is they will not be as skilled/experienced as a consultant recruitment firm that has honed and fine tuned it's skill by recruiting for a variety of firms
