Malawian:God in His wisdom has made all things beautiful. Like my people will say, "all cutlasses will eventually end up at the blacksmith's hand". Both the killer and the killed will all end up in the dust. Why kill when you can neither create nor live forever? |
Tinubutoto:hahahaha...children everywhere. |
Tinubutoto:In other words, you are telling Wike not to spare you, your friends, and family members too when he goes on his killing spree. I wish you luck bro. |
Today, on a live broadcast on AIT, I found it difficult believing if it was actually Wike that spoke the way he did. How can the number on chief security officer of a state ask people to write their will before coming to conduct elections in Rivers? Even if you have the intentions to kill and cause mayhem, must you say it to the world as a governor. That was so disappointing. Had I not watched it myself, would not have believed it. |
Some people just wake up and the next thing that comes to their mind is to spew some thrash without thinking. I pity those who like dog, dives at everything thrown to them. It is highly impossible for anyone to islamize a multi-ethno religious country like Nigeria. Besides, before anyone can think of doing that, certain sections of the constitution have to be duly amended. For God's sake, Nigeria was not islamized during the era of the military juntas, how possible is it now that we have a democratically elected government? Think and jettison your gullibility. |
I watched and listened to gov Wike talk this afternoon, during PDP's campaign at Elele in portharcourt. I could not only but ask myself two major questions: Is Wike really a lawyer by profession? Does he really understand the dictates of his office as a governor? Not even a tout will talk the way Wike talked this afternoon. Even if Amechi made some derogatory remarks about Wike, the onus lies on Wike to apply some sense of decorum and maturity as the chief security officer of the state, in dealing with some issues. When a sane person is busy running after a mad man, both are quickly adjudged as mad. |
People who criticise Buhari now are either illiterates or pretenders. Change goes with sacrifices and pains. That's the simple truth. Nigeria before now, failed to diversify her economy and so depended hugely on oil. Now, the price of oil (which we made the mainstay of our economy) has nosedived worldwide and yet, we expect things to remain the same. All we want the government to do now is to perform some kind of magic, forgetting that planning precedes success. |
If the ethics and rules of advertising are to be strictly followed, Airtel goofed. I expect MTN to react accordingly. |
Corrupt fellows...men after their own belly. Stooges everywhere. |
Hahahaha...Adeyanju or whoever it is that lays this claim should look elsewhere for another cheap propaganda; definitely not this. To prove he knows what he's saying, what stopped him from giving us the name of the shoe and probably, where the shoe was made. This claim is a joke of the year. |
Nigerians and hypocrisy! In Nigeria, it's ironic to know that the poor fight and die shamefully for the corrupt rich, while the rich shamelessly kill and maim the poor who fight for them. Many people rather chose not to know that in saner climes like the USA and UK, leaders both past and serving, see it as an honour when there are called to give account of their stewardship. But over here, it's a "crime", courtesy of our youth. If Jonathan's hands are clean, why should he be scared of probe in the first place? |
I've heard some PDP clowns call on Buhari to also probe people like Tinubu, Amechi and others APC stalwarts as a way of proving that the fight against corruption is not a witch hunt exercise. Now, I ask, was The past government of Jonathan barred from probing the likes of Amechi, Tinubu or other APC members during their regime? Is it Buhari's fault that the immediate past PDP government choose to get busy syphoning our common wealth instead of probing corrupt government officials? Besides, I've not seen Buhari probe any body who served at the state level yet except those who served at the federal level during the last administration. So what's these noise all about? For me, Jonathan's probe should have come earlier before now because it's impossible for the legs to move perfectly without the eyes. |
[quote author=Remii post=43680733]even saraki knows he will be convicted, reason is playing politics with budget and other executive requests at senate [/quote Saraki will not be convicted my bro. Just watch and see the turn of event. |
Anytime I see this Saraki, he reminds me of the biblical wolf in a sheep's clothing. Saraki and his likes are the reason Nigeria will never get better. He's secretly working with enemies of state to bring this government down by all means and ensure that their looting spree continues. |
I bet Saraki will never be convicted, not in Nigeria. After all these hullabaloo, he will bribe his ways out and go Scot free and the masses will not do anything. No be naija we dey again? |
See IPOB and hypocrisy. Why were names of people from Ijaw, Urhobo, calabar, Akwaibom etc not included in the list of credible individuals chosen to negotiate on their behalf or are those areas no longer part of Biafra as they claim. This is why I said that Igbo will subject the south south to slavery should Biafra be actualised. All they want is their natural resources. |
mindtricks:If you've been following Bruce even before he became a senator, you'll attest to the fact that he's nothing but a shadow of his real self since he became a senator. I am not against people criticizing the government but I particularly think that people like Bruce who gave us hope before being elected, only to dash it later, do not have the moral justification to spew thrash against others. Among all the changes Bruce promised to effect in the senate, none is yet to be seen except that he has queued into the usual PDP way of "chop, I chop". That's my grouse with him. |
Till now, Mr Bruce is yet to explain to Nigerians why he left all the good publishers in Nigeria only to travel to far away America to publish his 'backyard' book. How else does he justify his common sense mantra other than living in hypocrisy and deceiving gullible Nigerians |
when PDP was busy destroying the country for 16 years, where were People like Bruce? Now, he wants APC to perform magic and right the 16 years wrong orchestrated by PDP in one day. Shame on hypocrites like Bruce. |
Ben Bruce has joined the league of political jobbers. Suddenly, he thinks Nigerians have forgotten all the noise he made before he was elected. Now, he uses 'common sense' as a political gimmick to distract and deceive the gullible. Bayelsa East needs your help, senator. |
"Only cult clashes?". God, why do we keep electing clowns as leaders. Can't believe Wike made this statement |
This is no news because I never expected them to say otherwise. |
Dino Melaye has shown that he has nothing else to do at the senate other engage in childish and irrelevant talks. what has Oshomole's foreign wife got to do with his duties at the senate? I think he's interested in that woman else he should shut up and do the job his constituency pays him for. |
...yet tomorrow Dino will say he's representing some people at the senate. The people u represent wallow in poverty while u are busy acquiring things that u barely need. that's madness, Dino. |
The truth is that our Nigerian coaches are so lazy. They don't want to discover new talents, always dependent on already-made players. Imagine Oliseh coaching the team from far away Belgium and now Siasia is begging tired Emenike to come play for eagles. What happens to the abundant talents in the country? |
saliukadri:Sorry sir. I can see you are one of her aides. |
The Igbos, we can never be united for once, always washing our dirty linen outside. The saying that "Igbo enwe eze(Igbo have no king)" is what is playing itself out here. In Igbo land, everybody is a king and so no one wants to bow for anybody not even constituted institutions like Ohanaeze, yet we want a separate nation. The way Nnamdi Kanu is going, it shows he is arrogant even to elders and I dare ask, is Biafra going to be for himself, family and friends when actualised? |
Revolution is the answer. Kill them all and stop them from recycling....mtchewww, I don even forget say our youth no get mind. |
what about when you travel on the Enugu-Onutsha express road? |
The rate at which this woman travels overseas is alarming. That's how they launder our money, using their wife's and cronies. #watchSaraki. |
With all due respect, I dare say that Nigerian youth only make noise on social media but do nothing in real life when issues like this come up. That's why people like Saraki will throw caution to the wind and call you bluff. I know that some of us criticizing Saraki now, will jump to his praises should he appear now and spray so cash and the begin to him afterwards. The youth are the problem of this country because we can only talk while they go ahead to do what they want. Until we learn to stubbornly do what we want, these politicians will continue to ride on our asses. |
