I am sure he is fine. Sometimes they fight infection by letting us know with high temperature. Good that you have giving him paracetamol. Just watch out. 37.8 according to Master and PHD google is Definitions of fever vary, but generally a temperature above 37.8-38°C is usually considered abnormal. So you are OKAY

Please take her back to hospital. I hoped before they admit drugs for her she was tested. If not, tell them to do urine test,malaria test and NC count (whatever they call it) for her.
Recently my DD temperature suddenly rise in the middle of the night and I got to know that it was ear infection and high they gave us drug to it.
So always tell them to carried out test. And also for the Food, she may not have appetite as other mama have mentioned. Just try and be feeding her various food.

The finger brush is rubber own, so even if she’s biting me I can’t feel it and it’s also long.

Does your baby have teeth? If yes get a brush and paste appropriate for his age (there's colgate and macleans for babies) and brush at least once I a day. Oyinbo people say twice but if you're lazy like me once isn't bad. Make sure you wash the tongue as well. You may need to fight/bribe cajole baby to open his mouth but don't give up

Hmmm this is not easy.... I use rubber brush but it’s always war to even wipe the tongue...

If you think she took after you for the catarrh then there's a good reason to believe it's allergies, slight ones. It's most likely the dust or even AC.
Give her Daily Dose of vitamin c and drinking lots of water helps to make the catarrh less yellow and mucous-y

Lol, I don't think my baby's nose has been dry for up to 10 days straight since he started crawling. We take vitamin C every day now and steam every 3 days. Mentholatum on his body everyday, nasal drops for when his nose is blocked. I've accepted it as dividend of development

Yawning one I don't know oh, does she yawn like that when she doesn't go to creche on weekends?

My son started having runny nose when he started creche. I've just accepted it as one of those things. Cos I know say one or 2 pikin go get runny nose for creche so I'm not surprised

Give her vit C religiously... this is catarrh and cough season. You can add a drop of silverbird oil on her dress; it will help the catarrh . Also try to keep her warm.

Mama Biko help me ooo.... I don’t want to go to hospital because my pediatrician always see me as to curious human being . My baby has been having this catarrh that will be going and coming. Although I usually have catarrh too because it’s once in a while that my nose goes completely dry. Secondly, the way she’s yawning nowadays is alarming. For example I picked her up from crèche dis evening, although the aunty told me that she just woke up but she yawned up to three times before we got home. Please has anyone experienced this. Is it a growth spurt or what? And what can I use to clear the nose once. Just bought another nasal drop sef. She’s fine o but na me dey justdey worry up and down.

Good morning mamas,pls kindly come to my aid.My 17 months old daughter is stooling,this morning alone she has pooped 3 times n am seriously bothered cause she looks lean and shes also teething n drooling but no temperature so I suspect its because shes teething.Pls mamas ,what can i use to stop the stooling?

Firstly give her ORS to replace the water she has lost during stooling.
Watch out for whatever she ate last night or likewise she maybe teething
Give paracetamol to reduce the temperature
Be watchful and if it persist please take her to the hospital. God protect her

Mamas how are we doing long time oh. I'm trying not to get upset. Our pastor has asked us not to bring babies to choir rehearsal. Other mamas that don't have help has left the choir its so sad. He said we should put them in creche or get a nanny. I asked him what creche works frm 5pm weekdays and saturday. Now hubby has gone off shore nobody to take care of my baby.

This is so sad because some pastors just behave as if they are God!!! My dear, You are working for God not for him and children are Gods Gift so take care of your baby and anytime you have someone to leave him with go for rehearsal if not stay at home with your child. For me, I left workers because I noticed it may make me commit more sin and go to hell especially the way these pastors behave nowadays is so annoying

Recently in my church they say every nursing mum should leave church and go to nursing room then you will be watching sermon through projector. So most time I kuku stay in my house. One day I saw pastors wife if you see the way I para for the woman en.... was surprised to see that last Sunday they have changed the rules again by allowing us to enter the church. I just don’t understand Africa. Oyinbo that brought religion sef no dey do like us. Na we dey pray for pikin we com get am we no wan hear deir cry. #Justangry
