No ma. I don't know any professional counselor but am sure other mama here may have idea of one or two. See mama, he still has a lot of love and respect for you that's why he came out of his shell to tell you what he did in secret. A lot of men Can not kiss and tell. It's also not easy to combine motherhood and wifehood(if there is any English like that) together but we need God grace to do it. At least our mother did it successfully so WE CAN TOO. What he did is wrong but for the fact that he told you, you have to find it in your heart and let it go(Not easy though). Always knows that men are babies and they need too much attention. It is well with us

Good day mums. My hubby confessed to me some days ago that my live in maid that left last month, they both had some things going on, that they never had sex but they romanced countless times in the midnight when I was asleep. He said it started when I refused him sex so the girl in question started seducing him with her dressing. I have a 6 months old baby who wakes up in the midnight a lot to breastfeed. I trusted my hubby so much that I can't believe such a thing would happen, am in so much shock and so angry.he also confessed that that is the main reason she left cos web our sex life improved he wasn't going to her again.i asked him why he didn't tell me immediately all these started since I thought we were close, and he said he didn't know how I would react. Right now am not just talking with him anymore and I don't respect him again cos I remember how he yelled at me a lot when she was around. It's still as if am dreaming. Please experienced mothers advise.I have not being myself since he told me. What is holding me back from reacting is because he confessed and I didn't catch them in the act. At this stage I don't trust any man again.

Hmmm!!! This is somehow serious. He still fear you that is why he came out to tell you about his escapade. Please don't keep malice with him because that can send him out more. I will advise you go for counselling(Not church oh)Professional Counselor because of respect issue you have for him now. The lord will have its way in your household

I support you because i do not see any reason why you will wash their mouth at those tender age. I do not wash my own baby mouth too. I just started at six month now just using wash cloth with warm water.

Gr8fulHeart, God healing on your son in Jesus name.Dont mind those quack doctors jare that's how they will be using google to treat patient. Giving baby bread milk and formula has been a longg thing even the oyinbo sef no tell us make we no do the mixture.

NO ma, I dont express at work.

My daily plan is this. When i get home like 5:30pm, i let her suck from anyone of the breast, either left or right but its only one side then put her down on playmat in front of me, plug my breastpump( I use lansinoh-for manual, Tommee Tippee-Electric) So most of the time i use Tommee Tippee) Pump 180ml for that evening then store in the fridge. Woke up 5am in the morning to repeat the same thing. That i have my 360ml. This is what i do for Monday- Friday

Mama, let me say this; Its not a MUST you do EBF, some babies dont really like sucking for long, talking from my neighbor experience. her baby stop sucking at 3 month and my neighbour didnt even try to do EBF thing. Immediately she introduced formula and it worked. Maybe you should try and introduce formula for your baby. That weight is quite small. Also, try and pump and see how many milk you produce.

For me, Similac was introduced to my baby at second day despite the fact that i wanted EBF too but i think that was the best decision my doctor did for me. I can tell you confidently that i gave my baby more breastmilk than formula.

To cut my epistle shot, TRY and introduce formula to your baby if you dont mind.

PS: My baby still carry 360ml of breastmilk to creche everyday. May the lord help you in whatever decision you make

I have a baby of 5 months plus, right from childbirth my baby refused my breast milk, up to this moment he refuses to suck. Have been feeding him with NAN 1 ever since. My qst is this, I want to start feeding him with cereals nd normal food nd I don't know where to start from or how to go about it. Madam, Biko no vex... I dont have answers to your question thats why i didnt reply. But other mama have shook mouth. Also, its better you take doctor advised as some of this traditional remedy may be too strong for 2 months baby. All the best!!!

So since yesterday, my ds has been vomiting while eating.
First was when I was giving him formula yesterday evening. After a few sips, he vomited everything plus breastmilk he had taken an hour before that.
Then this morning, after he woke up, while breastfeeding, he threw up again

Ds is 6 months old

I made a complain like this last week that my baby vomitted during creche visiting time. When i got back to the office, i read about it and i saw that its constipation that caused it. So what you will do its to let him be for some hours like say 1hr( after that feed him water so that he can digest all hes been eating for past hours) Then burp him until he belch.

Continue giving breastcmilk as breakfast or as refreshment if you are not going to creche then after that you can give solid.

Note that starting solid does not mean you stop breastfeeding or giving formula because LOs still needs all the nutrient from Breast milk to develop.

Sorry, this sha pass soon. Dont worry yourself, most babies have catarrh or cold at least eight(times within a year which make their immune system stronger. My baby has catarrh too, although i pass it to her because my own nose sef was blocked.

All i did was bath with hot water, use shear butter to her chest, then i have this Mentholatum i used too(mom bought it for me) its not strong at all... and i use Vitamin C. When i took her to hospital they prescribed drugs for me but when i checked the drugs i saw that its meant for 1-6 years old so i just pack them at one side.

I do not think there is anything wrong with your meal plan. Just make sure she gets loads of water and fibres in her diet. Her body will adjust

My issue with pap-pi meals are they contain no fibres whatsoever, so they are not great for digestion and the bowels, because the fibres are strained off and only the starch is retained.

So keep giving her a good mix of different foods and give her water whilst she is eating. After every few spoons, give a few sips of water.

Or you can always make sure you feed solid first and then give a small bottle of milk. This is what i did between 6 and 10 months.
After i feed my baby solid, i will give a small bottle ( 200ml) of milk as final course. The milk was also made with bit less formular for the amount of water. And that worked for us, never had constipation issues.

You can also add some prune puree to her diet, however i would say do not feed her the entire pouch in one go. Spread it out over 2 -3 days... it will help her poop.

So I'm thinking... U can reduce the banana to 1ce a week, except ur daughter drinks water well.
