Politics › Re: Governor Dauda Lawal Of Zamfara State Defects To APC by Akpakomiza2: 4:03pm On Mar 09 |
LagosOrigin: It will be a big disgrace if after all this defections, APC still lose to Peter Obi in 2027.
Peter Obi defeated them all in 2023 till Wike rigged the final decider in Rivers state to tinubu.. I trust Obi will deal with this thieving politicians again in 2027 and this time, no amount of rigging will save tinubu because Nigerians are tired of him and his failed government. So without rivers votes, obi would have won? |
Politics › Re: PDP's Suspension Of Anyanwu, other National Officers in order - Appeal Court by Akpakomiza2: 12:46pm On Mar 09 |
fergie001: Primaries commence April 23 and ends in May, it depends on how fast or slow they want to go. That's if they won't go to supreme court. |
Politics › Re: Appeal Court bars INEC from validating PDP's Ibadan National Convention by Akpakomiza2: 12:43pm On Mar 09 |
fergie001: We have seen the Court invalidate adhoc members by virtue of the fact that they are not aspirants. Are they not also Party members? They are aspirants but where not allowed to buy forms |
Politics › Re: PDP's Suspension Of Anyanwu, other National Officers in order - Appeal Court by Akpakomiza2: 12:41pm On Mar 09 |
fergie001: 1. Court invalidates Turaki 2. Court affirms suspension of Anyanwu & Ors 3.;Court validates Damagum 4. Damagum's tenure has expired. 5. BoT will take charge of the Party. 6. BoT will call for a NEC meeting. 7. The NEC will appoint a Caretaker EXCO. When will they use and do primaries |
Politics › Re: Appeal Court bars INEC from validating PDP's Ibadan National Convention by Akpakomiza2: 12:38pm On Mar 09 |
fergie001: with or without locus? My argument has not always surrounded the internal affairs,, I know Kekere-Ekun in one of her judgements dealt with this.
My argument has been that all 3 plaintiffs at the lower court had no locus to institute same. They are party members, exco members and would be affected by the decision of the court or party |
Politics › Re: Appeal Court bars INEC from validating PDP's Ibadan National Convention by Akpakomiza2: 12:35pm On Mar 09 |
fergie001: They didn't because Abdulrahman or the Caretaker were not parties to the suit.
For Abdulrahman, his case is before the Appeal Court in Ibadan. Again, his Secretary's suspension has been validated meaning anything he is doing or has done with Anyanwu's signature is null and void. Who suspended Anyanwu? The Turaki led Nwc or NEC |
Politics › Re: Appeal Court bars INEC from validating PDP's Ibadan National Convention by Akpakomiza2: 12:18pm On Mar 09 |
mrvitalis: PDP should make sure they go to supreme Court so this becomes a law
We all know now u don't need 25% in Abuja to be President that one has ended We knew since 1960, no be today |
Politics › Re: Appeal Court bars INEC from validating PDP's Ibadan National Convention by Akpakomiza2: 12:17pm On Mar 09 |
fergie001: The Appeal Court also upheld the suspension of Anyanwu, etc who were earlier suspended by the Damagum-Executive.
This invariably means their own leadership who has these suspended leaders are also not in-charge. Party will likely be headed by BoT/NEC. Once again, I keep telling you that a court can adjudicate on matters of internal affairs where a party disobeys it's own rules |

seunmsg: At 56, he’s too old for that role. They should look for a younger and more vibrant officer to be the image maker and face of the Nigeria Police Force. Yes, I think he had delayed promotions. He is supposed to be an Aig by now. It's good that another zone produced PRO so that opposition can rest |

fergie001: Who will vote them in Ibadan? Go ask why all the Governors since 99 save for Alao-Akala who was incumbent due to Ladoja's impeachment, have been from Ibadan. Ibadan is becoming cosmopolitan and enlightened. If Okeogun can get the buy in of non ibadan areas comprising 22 lgas and isolate ibadan, they will win. Akala almost did it in 2011 but unfortunately he neglected Okeogun and ibarapa... |

fergie001: So this failed Power Minister has support? He will still end up in Accord. That's why I said it is either him or Fatai Buhari or someone else. There is a big clamour for Someone from Okeogun/Oyo/ Ogbomoso to emerge |
Politics › Re: 2027: Four Ministers To Quit Tinubu’s Cabinet by Akpakomiza2: 10:36am On Mar 07 |
fergie001: He isn't bringing the Speaker. The next Governor will be Muslim, the Speaker isn't. Was Adelabu not Ibadan, when he was beaten blue-black twice? He was beaten by makinde and makinde votes and support aren't transferrable. It ends with him. His popularity is just like that of Obi, Otti, Fayose... |

This Power Minister, I have no words. He would likely bring The speaker or Dotun sanusi and both can't match Adelabu or senator Buhari |

The real result says otherwise.
Mind you, some of the Northerners that helped Tinubu do the job in 2023 have been singing and confessing. Did they vote obi |

But again, Hope is Hope ...he might flip it to Okigwe. Whomever he picks, unless there is serious division will win. Yes senator Ndubueze, theo Ekechi, sir Best Mbanaso, Hon Miriam Onuoha are capable |

fergie001: Nah..... Akarachi too young and easy to be disloyal. Madumere, he might not have the stamina of the Governorship He helped Hope become APC Candidate but he is a really stubborn guy.
But he might still go Mbaitoli ... He will need to counter what's coming from Ihedioha's Mbaise/Ngor-Okpala. Akarachi reminds me of Uche nwosu... Mbaitoli/Ikeduru bloc votes( Mbaike) is awesome. Owerre can also give bloc votes. I think Doris Anite will be running late, she has over suffered |

The man just moving like he wants to go for third term... Kudos to him.
He is also constructing same park at Naze - Owerri/Aba Road. I think he is eyeing something 2031 |
