I ate that masa or what is it called yesterday.

Didn’t even know what it was. It just looked like a poorly shaped puffpuff. Albeit sugary, with some banana flavour or whatever.

Akposy can you make it? grin
Good afternoon ma. No I can't make it. I think they use yeast in making it

Ketchup, honey, stock vinegar, soy sauce

This is white vinegar, you also have the dark /malt vinegar, white wine vinegar, red wine vinegar and cidar vinegar etc. As long as you got it from somewhere authentic it should be good to use.
Thanks. I made mine with this, and it was delicious

Hi. sorry I’m just seeing this.

I don’t know that there’s any specific recipe for barbecuing. It’s basically just marinating your meat in seasonings of your choice and cooking them in open charcoal or fire.

When I’m looking for that signature barbecue taste, i use barbecue sauce from the store .
Okay. Thanks
I made the barbecue anyway....I'll upload process and steps soon. I did my own barbecue sauce

This is the end result... Coconut rice and barbecue chicken/gizzard.

My visitor was happy I did justice to his chicken

Dedicated to Cococandy! Best wishes on your glorious day

Hello. Please has anyone here made Barbecue Sauce from scratch? Please help with your recipe. The recipes i saw online are different and confusing.

Also, I bought the below vinegar for 100 box. I'm kind of scared. Is it a good one? Has anyone here used it before?

Thanks

Why is this place silent today?

I got some freshly harvested Rosemary and Oregano. I'm thinking of drying them.......the scent of the oregano is very strong.

So I visited a herb and spice store/farm today.....I found different exotic spices and herb I never knew were available to the open market.... Fenugreek, fennel, coriander, black seeds, real black pepper seeds (not uziza seeds o), white zobo leaves, sesame seeds (I even bought 50 own for my next baking adventure), sunflower seeds among others. Local boy is in awe

Imagine adults behaving like a kid..you can do it in other thread but not in this peaceful loving thread.

I don't wanna give my age, but I know most of them are my seniors. Maturity really is not by age.

Leave those adult babies alone. The trolling go tire them

The best trick to getting a good food picture is to work with natural light.
It works to an extent with whatever phone you have.
Try it and see
I agree. I've been doing this but I don't actually get full natural light so i supplement with my rechargable lamp
