You have my permission even without the mention.. I don't have Instagram account cheesy you're very free my Brother... Thanks

Your plating skill is perfect and you also know how to cook and bake.. All you need is a good camera. Try a camera with 18 or 24 megapixel to snap those food you always upload and see how Beautiful and different they are.

Most of the food photo you see on Instagram are edited to give that perfect and attractive look..
Thanks Chef!

Yes...camera and lights does the trick. I'll get one Isha Allah and master the art of food photography.

For this good deed (permission), take this freshly squeezed orange juice.

I didn't squeeze nor pluck the orange o....na give them give me, na drink I drunk grin

Pocopoco, remember that "kindness" you showed me the other day? The "golden" fried plantain? Yeah, that one. Well, here's me returning the favour wink
I even spiced it with yaji specially for you 'cause you know, I'm such a sweetheart kiss grin
This is tempting. How did the yaji go with the dodo?

I made rice and beans combo today. The highlight of the meal is the orishirishi (roundabout, shaki and kidney). They were so juicy and delicious especially the roundabout and shaki. I can't help it. Comman eat foodies

I will advice you to get a hand operated mince meat machine, I angrily got one as well for 3500 Naira at Jankara Market on the Island , it will solve the problem because you will even be able to buy fillet steak or beef for as little as 1Kg or even half KG and grind it.

you should find it at Old Bukuru Park by traffic light in Jos.for about N5,000 though.
you can also order online
Thanks
I contacted Felak, they said it's 1,000 naira

I'll get this meat mincer when I'm capable. It's a better alternative. Gracias!

Most of these pageantry are very useless and have no impact in the life of an average human. Especially those organized by those sex starved and morally bankrupt organizers in Nigeria.

Success to the contestants. May the best take the crown

the only store selling mince meat in Jos is right beside Photo World called Ferak or something, opposite Afrione .
very expensive though! I once got shrimps for fried rice there long in 2012 , that was the first and the last time I did with shame as it was too expensive, i think the store is still operating the last time i visited Jos.
Even in Lagos its hard to get real mincemeat as what they are selling are best suitable for samoza fillings and not meatpie, but there is a store around Mega Plaza around Kofo Abayomi in VI called Hartney , painted in white and green selling for #3,000 per KG.
but in PH , you can get in Out Food Butchery and Groceries around Rumubiakani Junction , Mangolyn at Ogunabali , Zartech and so many places. Thanks
Thanks! I passed there today. They are still in operation. The place is always filled with big people and whites. Fear no lemme branch ask abeg....I no wan shame like you cheesy
I enjoy those ShopRite own. However, I will ask them via their Instagram page..I mean Felak meats. Thanks again

MariaAngeles. Yes...I remember how I made mine from beef then. I may try that alternative

Thanks Cococandy!

Teespice... This is the first time I'm hearing about meat tenderizer. I'll Google it. Does the corn beef stuff actually work

You could also use it to marinate your meat/fish/chicken and leave for some time. The taste will come out well.

Is that fish egg on your macaroni? Your fish was pregg before it was caught from d river. Lol

Nice meal.

Really? I will use it to marinate soon.

That was hiw the guys scammed me and my husband 80k buy selling us 2 bad batteries. He told us its fairly new and collected 80k from us. We called.him after installation that the battery lasted for 2 hours with only 1 fan on (No tv, No bulb) and He had the mind to tell us that its the person that installed it that did not install it well. My husband then told him that if that is the case, He should come and re-install it and He will pay him for that but for where, he banged the phone on us and spoke to us rudely on top of our money. That particular incident almost caused issues between myself and my husband as He wanted to save for new batteries, I was the one that convinced him to let us buy it after I have pleaded with the Kiekie guy that if He knows the battery is not good, He should let me know but He assured me its fairly new. Very arrogant and full of himself.
The day he came to deliver the batteries, my husband was not at home so I begged him to assist me by joining my neighbour to help bring the batteries upstairs, He told me that is not part of his job amd that I should leave them downstairs till my husband comes back which I could not to avoid stories that touch. He watched me carry the heavy batteries up twice, panting heavily and even my neighbour was surprised how a man with conscience will watch a woman carry something that heavy. Would have brought his case here but my husband told me to let it go.
Is he resistant to arrest. You guys should lock him up. How can one being be scamming people with half truth and plenty lies. This is unfair!

Lol @ normal. It might take some getting used to or you didn't add enough to make it taste abnormal.

Add enough to make impact without drowning the taste of your dish. I'll personally use it to stir fry my vegetables. Not like I use it most times. I also see nothing special about it.

Nice pasta. I am team spag not macaroni.
I'll add enough when I'm making the remainder (pasta). I want to see something special about it. My money must not waste o..else

Thanks. I prefer both

to make brown sugar, go to any supermarket and ask for molasses. its like syrup only darker and thicker.

combine this with your normal white granulated sugar, whisk thoroughly and that gives you brown sugar.
Thanks! I'll try this soon

If you're in a zone were you can't use firearm, your Axe and knife should be beside you or in a position you can easily reach.

The Axe is for front attack or back, while the knife is for close range if someone is at your back..

If your enemy is at your back while eating, the first thing they gonna go for is the knife close to your boot, because they can't bring their hands forward to take your Axe or knife at the table. If is a kidnap case

Another reason is for the internet, to make people understand that you're in the jungle cheesy
