Are we still required to fill NITP form from NCDC before traveling to Nigeria.
I got a message from Wakanow that says I should but the site has not been opening.

You have to provide more information. Are you schooling in London or outside?
How many months do you have left in your program? You mentioned you are already in the UK.
You have to show the money has not been recycled. Best to have more than the balance you used in your application and provide an updated SOA.
Add your rent receipts, tuition fees receipt, and any legal patent you have made since your arrival to prove that the money in your account has not been recycled.

Good evening everyone
I had planned POF for 3 people (Myself, the MA, my wife and daughter) in my visa application, however, my wife didn't join in the application.
Now she wants to apply using the same account.
I had 20million Naira during the initial application but now have 10million in the Account.
1. My school is outside London
2, I am already in the UK (my visa granted)
3, My school fees is £12,450 and I have paid £7725
4, I have already secured accommodation for the 3 of us
5, My daughter's visa is not decided yet as they are awaiting my wife's application
The question is if the 10M is okay. If not, I need guidance on calculating the POF for her

Hello

You are aware your daughter is likely to be refused if you don't provide sufficient evidence as to why you applied for her without the second parent,so get ready for an NSF on that

2. Back to your question, you can use hers but make sure the funds are not recycled and be prepared to provide your own evidence again if the ECO requests for it

Thank you for your response. Indeed my daughter got an NSF mail. My wife has a tourist visa and was in the UK at the time of the application. It was not convenient for her to be back in Nigeria to be part of the application.
Well, we have explained this in our response to the NSF and pray it's convincing enough.

I had applied for visa a student as the Main applicant. The Initial plan was for myself and dependents (wife and daughter). But due logistics, my wife did not apply.
Mine was granted while my daughter's is awaiting decision. Now my wife wants to apply
I am wondering which is better, to use my account (that I used) for POF or she uses her account.

Got my student visa. Shows valid from 16/12/22 and valid until 16/03/23. I don't really understand. Is it supposed to be so, or there's a mistake?

I got a CAS used mail 2 days ago and I was expecting a BRP mail. However, today I received a collection email from TLS. I thought BRP mail should come before collection email at least from what I hear. Should I be worried.

From my point of view
You have you use an account that shows your name and mostly there people that does pof. So I will advice you use that means. And each time you want to submit your account statement for visa applications do no add the day the money was deposited into your account as the UKVI already has the information of the pof.so if the money was deposited on the 2nd submit the account statement from 3rd and endeavor to run the account as well. I did not reapply due to work. Reason for my refusal was that I did not provide evidence of my financial state. (My pension account was used instead of my regular account. I wasn't really around during the application)
This year I decided on going for a short vacation to UK during my annual leave. My plan was to use the opportunity to assess the 3 universities that offered me admission for a Master program. Had planned the trip for the 3rd to the 10th of October this year. I did my biometrics on 23rd August but a refusal email was sent on the 19th of October. Reason is that I did not explain funds that entered my account. But the fact is that I did.
I don't know how these may affect my application for my student visa which I am processing now. I'll love advice on how to go about my application. My offer is for January 2023. I have passed my PreCAS interview waiting to process my CAS.

Hello

Study visa is point based , as long as your documents are authentic, and you meet the required points it should be fine

Please declare your refusals and the reasons in the relevant section during your application and apply normal.

Writing a cover letter to explain previous refusal is completely optional and tbh doesn't add much to your application

Hello, I did my biometrics since the 23 of August, and yet to get a response. Standard. My agent says it is a general issue. It is even past my planned travel date. Any cause to worry?

Non of these presidential candidates has given details on how they'll solve the myriads of problems in the nation, rather, their supporters have taken to the trenches throwing frivolous innuendos at one another. We have continued to do this and I had thought that this time around we would do differently.
We are not asking the right questions, not to talk of getting the right answers. You don't tell me to vote a candidate without telling me why I should vote for him. You simply assume that I'll vote your candidate because we belong to the same religion, ethnic group or whatever. To me it is absolutely stuupid to think so.
For now, I'm yet to align with any of the candidates until I am at least given a fair reason why I should do so.
Propagandas from the different sides are not going to help someone like me make a choice but the candidates telling me HOW they'll do what they claim

My experience comes to mind.
I took my wife to the park to board a vehicle. Later in the day when she had gotten home, she called that she saw someone's ATM card in her bag. The suspicion was that it could be from one of the co passengers. She gave me the name on the card.
The following morning, with the inconveniences, I dutifully went to the park to see if I could reach the owner. Good enough the motor company was helpful and I found a number to call.
Now when I called, it was someone who said she was a friend to the owner that picked. She coldly told that the owner had blocked the line and dropped the call.
At that moment I regretted all the efforts I put in the whole thing. The response really hurt my feelings. I told my wife to discard the card immediately.

People by the wayside are talking about their difficulty doing online transactions with First bank but there has been this silence about it on the news platforms

I regret to say that up now, I'm yet to be credited any of the money's people paid into my account since the 24th.

First Bank has gone mad. I can't believe a Bank of that magnitude can go days with silly network issues. This has become a reoccurring thing and they never send any messages to their customers just line Stanbic to apologise for the down time. Very bad of them and I am considering closing that account. Frustrating.

Really I've not experienced this with them. This is a period people need their money to sort things out and to not get access to money is most frustrating to say the least.
My surprise is that there seems to be this silence about it in the various news outlets. I was even a bit curtious bring it up as a topic.
