I took a trip to Okrika last month and all through the boat ride, all I could smell was diesel. The water its self had something like diesel floating on the surface and giving it a rainbow reflection.

Some No-Good Naija delta people have been destroying their own land since time immemorial. When I saw the mess, I asked myself "How can they fish?" IMPOSSIBLE!!! The indegenes on the boat told me that "I ain't seen nothing yet" and I'm complaining.

I was astonished at the folly of the region. They will never learn. Tomorrow another pipeline will be destroyed and some will cheer; calling out the FG. Look at Warri and Portharcourt today and compare these cities to what they used to be. Everybody is now crying Lagos is monopolising commercial activities in the country. SHAME!!!!! I believe the robbers fortified themselves. The boldness with which the driver strolled in and out of the car even in the presence of close range gun fire is astonishing. The guy at the backseat should normally have taken some bullets as well. The glass and door are not bullet proof and cannot stop bullets from an AK47. The bullets would normally go through.

Easy to say. This was real life and not a movie. You have one gunner facing 3 shooters; there's no time for rehearsals. He had poor visibility, was too close and probably was almost expending his bullets; hence his decision to bail from the security post. From the way he was "Running & Shooting", you can tell he's had reasonable training. Unfortunately, in his line of work, death is always in the equation.

Very sad! The man was an experienced officer having being in Yobe and other Boko Haram hot spots. I wonder why he panicked when tackling the robbers.

I saw the video and I was like he could have first demobilized the car by shooting the tires, take out the driver who was walking out of the car majestically.

After taking out the first robber, one was about coming out of the car to attack him, he could have waited to take that one out too, leaving just one who will be forced to flee and the policemen would have been a hero.

I guess poor training and welfare caused him to panic.
