This case is tricky.

This is where this man's medical records comes into play. If this has been bothering him for 13 years,then he should have a medical record somewhere,but according to him,he could not afford one so resorted to Panadol and Amplicox.

So unfortunately,this is how and why this man will lose this case. Nigerians needs to be informed about proper documentations,especially if it will lead to a lawsuit in future.
