The doctor was first abducted and gruesomely murdered, I suppose the assassins didn't want to carry out the murder act at his residence so this qualifies the kidnapping Abi? The NDA is actually organized and sensible. The fact that they don't kill or kidnap innocent people in their fight has endeared people like me to them. the government also wasn't expecting them to be aware of the strategic installations to blow up. anyway in this kind of situation the government has to soft pedal and listen to them.
