The guy is a great coach. I have him in my top 20 all time NBA coaches. He has always been unlucky though, man has always faced some juggernaut in his career.

He's a great coach no doubt but peeps (including me) have questioned his ability to tweak his style to adjust rather than sticking to one style of play wether lose or win.... I mean before any match, you already know what to expect from his team in terms of style of play..His tactics do not change.

Looking at Melos career it kind of justifies some of the desperate moves players make for rings. Even makes me empathize with the serpent a little. Melo is one of the greatest scorers the game has ever seen but he's been turned into a joke and a meme. I can't help but think if he had at least one ring people won't disrespect him like this. Imagine if LeBron hasn't won a ring at this stage of his career? Damn! But I guess it's better to live through the sort of criticism the serpent is going through than end up like melo. The NBA is really cruel.

You gotta give Melo some props...Arguably the best thing to happen to the Knicks....He got me upset tho when we suggested he comes off the bench cos of his dwindling performances and he strongly refused...I don't think he's that bad tho just that the NBA has moved on from his strong point which is iso ball play...
