SmooshCHN: My nigga how far?? If I had said this last season, you'd have cut off my head. OKC can do with a new coach. Westbrook needs tough hands and tough mind honestly. Trading him would be a very funny thing to do. He is Russ!!! You'll lose the franchise and fans forever. Wait!! Have you seen his contract? They need a tough coach who can force him to buy in into being a leader for the team. This one is non-negotiable...So I didn't even need to mention it...Sorry,I didn't copy you in the debate. .As per rivals wey we be, I think say you go shun me.. |

A40: I don't even know what a new coach can do to save Westbrick. How do you coach a player to not miss his last 10 shots or fail to score a bucket in the second half
There is little you can do when Westbrick goes Bricko Mode Bro,i hate to say this but i think its time to trade Westbrook.... What do you think?? and which possible trades could materialize for Westbrook Cc Roland17 |

ReysonDrabek: Fvck Paul George. We have bigger things in mind. He made the playoffs but hes about to get bounced in the first round. He deserves OKC and westbrook. If he had signed with the lakers they would have made the playoffs because in lebrons absence he would have stepped up in some cases and would have at least made the WCF. He can enjoy his first round gentlemans sweep while we plot how we will put the whole league in a head lock. Not even hating, just speaking facts. Its way bigger than him. Mr Plotter....

ReysonDrabek: I like to make fun of westbrook but i have to say i feel bad for him. The players voted him as the most overrated player in the league and hes proving them right. And hes not the only brick layer, even though hes the mechanic OKC as a whole is a well oiled brick machine.
As for Paul George!
You chose perennial first round exits over potential chips with Lebron. You chose Oklahoma over LA. You chose to stay in no mans land over going home. You deserve to perish in Playoff purgatory! I now see where your hate is coming from..Cos you guys didn't get P.G. Well, at least he made the playoffs.. |

Roland17: That has been sad to watch. Adams is a liability on offense and now defense for you guys and on the other end the Blazers are putting a lot of pressure on him with Kanter. Your big guys and that includes Noel have to offer something on the offense. Gotta huge mountain to climb now... If we lose this series, get ready to take the saddle on as our new head coach once we fire Donovan... |

Roland17: Billy Donovan is reading this thread. Lol. He has added Felton to the combo. That is his best choice to compensate for the lack of scoring from other positions. Kanter really torching Adams whenever he is in...So lucky Nurkic is out... |

A40: Yeah credit to him for toughing it out with that shoulder injury. Still think the numbers are really poor but they are understandable.
Brodie still shot bricks yesterday but the key difference maker was that all the role players stepped up. (Grant, Schroeder, Ferguson) role players typically play better at home. They are also losing the battle of the bigs. I thought Stephen Adams was supposed to be an elite defensive big. Appaz I was wrong because he is getting torched by Enes Kanter in this series So true concerning Adams and Kanter..Adams has been poor for me..So lucky Nurkic is not around |

Sorry guys. .to derail a bit. .
With this Tiger Woods Master's win, I believe nothing is impossible...Just want to use this win as a source of encouragement to those (including me) that may feel downcast. With sheer determination, faith and continuous belief in yourself, you will still achieve that goal of yours which for now looks like it's unattainable. .. |

SmooshCHN: All I know is, LeGM didn't force Magic Johnson to resign. He also didn't make Luke Walton quit. It's just the normal pressure LeBron brings. Those guys including Rob Pelinka owe it to themselves for not doing anything. Anyways, Bron and the players as well have their faults but the front office was a mess to begin with. Magic's job ended when LeBron signed with the Lakers. These days, you just dey speak my mind dey go... I don't need to type plenty. ..LeBron will always be LeBron. .The pressure that comes with handling LeBron will always be there. . I remember once during an interview, Ty Lue don tire for the questions and he said shebi(literally speaking) you people (referring to the media) said LeBron is the coach, Why not ask him yourself... |

Eruditor: It was KD himself who said he was tired of the good boy image. He will be fine. The media want to force him to leave because he is an easy target- mentally. I am suspecting peeps like Draymond that gingered him and told him to put away that good boy image so he could look and sound tough |

SmooshCHN: Woke up this morning surfing IG then I saw this. I almost ran mad. This dude Stephen was the last person to ever drag with thief. Always cool and easy going. He was in the nephrology unit in LUTH when I joined them there. I spent a month in that unit with this guy and two other House Officers (Dr Ike and Dr Damilola) they all were perfect like siblings. We would tease him when he's getting tired and asks us when ward rounds or clinic would be over. I'd be the first to lie and tell him we still have like 4-6 patients to see. His reaction was always priceless. He couldn't live without his glasses, the SR would make fun of it and we would all laugh about it. Even after leaving the unit, I'd see him and he wouldn't recognize me from a distance until he was really close because of his eye sight. I teased him about looking so tired from working last week Friday and talked about his glasses 2 days ago. He was to finish his House Job in few months. He was young, calm and collected and worked hard like many Doctors who are never appreciated because no one sees what's happening behind the scene in this damaged healthcare system. And this morning, I'm hearing he was stabbed to death by armed robbers. I left the hospital around 9:15pm yesterday and it never looked like anything dangerous would have taken place outside the hospital where he was stabbed. One thing I know is, this country is f*cked. The government is f*cked up, Security including police, SARS is f*cked up. After stealing from the innocent man, you proceed to take his life. This is f*cked up.
I pray for his family. If you have the opportunity, leave Nigeria. The most useless statement I keep hearing is "if you all keep running away, who will fix Nigeria?". I don't totally regret deciding to come back but I regret every single minute I spend each day and won't hesitate to leave once I'm done. If the government policy isn't against you, poverty stricken people are against you. People have been so damaged even a perfect government right now won't fix it.
Tomorrow is never promised to an average citizen even when you live diligently. Such a promising young man...This is sad!!! |
