He has never surprised me. Still the same Russell Westbrook I know since his horrible performance in that playoff vs Spurs where that old man called Tony Parker proved how overrated he was. Same vs Warriors in game 6&7 after they were up 3-1 when he was laughing at Curry's defense, vs 4-1 loss to Utah when he had Paul George. He never changed and doesn't want to. But his fans will tell me "but he averaged a triple double". To his defense, he doesn't deserve all the blame. The kind of coaching he has had through his career never helped.

Until he is saddled with such a responsibility and he actually fails this is not a truth statement. And the Beal that seems to a better leader, where has he led his team to? Canaan?

This is not remotely close and the difference is by a gulf..Klay is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better than Beal, infact there should be no level of comparison on both ends of the court. Klay is a tier 1 or 2 superstar, some may argue tier 1 conclusively and they will be absolutely right in my books.

If you even ask me to choose between Bradley Beal and Klay Thompson, I'd choose Beal. That guy is a legit scorer.

It's only 2 games but I'm impressed with the Spurs. However, will they be able to handle young athletic teams like OKC, Bulls or the Heat come playoff time? With a very thin front court (Only Timmy) surviving a grueling 7 games series against any of these teams will be tough.
