Please check out those videos,

Just thought i would bring everyone here up to date on where technology is going. Apart from all the different applications of this sixth sense. I personally would see how it aids the gaming industry. And i hope people will see that the PS3 Move and the Nintendo Wii will eventually have no option but to scrap their figurines and go with Microsoft version of future gaming.

Have fun.
GamingRe: Project Natal Vs Playstation Move With Demo Videos by alleno: 9:35am On Mar 20, 2010
@Kosovo.

I am really surprised. I have always known that some people here are just plain lazy dudes. You obviously are very confused. In reply to my post you have told me to

Get a nap
Find something more creative
get some friends and go out with them
talk to people or something
or go to a gym
and then finally you tell me to just go and sleep because you are already tired of typing. After typing "174" words. Dudes, you are just a plain lazy a**

Pick your lazy "bahind" and type project natal in google, you get ( Results 1 - 10 of about 14,000,000 for project natal. (0.18 seconds) ). You cannot tell me you cannot find a simple video in all of that to post and give a fair trial, than posting some st*pid italian looking woman and man playing with their fingers. You need to realize that spoiling the other person to gain an advantage is a childish affair. Only those who went to school in the days of Okin biscuit and Nasco will understand that.

Dude you are just wrong so wrong. Talking about someone being lazy. Underneath all of your big grammar and internet doctor attitude, i am sure you are just afraid of a challenge. So whenever you are ready, we can start a new post or just easily continue from here.

Now back to the issue. What is it with people and "This person copied this person", It has been happening before you were born(apologies to married old men here), and it will continue to happen till we all die. If Sony copied Sega and Microsoft copied Family Com, deal with it. Who are you to say someone copied someone, were you part of the group sent to copy the idea. How does that affect your bones?

Sony came up with the eyetoy, Microsoft copied them. Really have you really thought about it. If they really did a good job, how come we all don't have an eyetoy on our PS2 boxes now. Plain simple, Microsoft did a better job on that than they could have ever done. If sony is complaining about that, let them come out and say so. They have come out with the Move, if its really a good toy, it should sell itself not spoil someone else idea to give your product an edge.

As far as i am concerned, Sony messed up when they refused to go a step further. Let them keep coming up with ideas for people to steal, maybe thats what they will be remembered for. Microsoft will keep copying and Wii will stay ahead of the game by bring the product out first. Stupid move gadget, looks like a tennis ball on a Wii stick.

@Kosovo, i am waiting for you o!
GamingRe: Project Natal Vs Playstation Move With Demo Videos by alleno: 5:01pm On Mar 19, 2010
This happens to be one of the dumbest post i have seen on nairaland, Who the h*ll is this poster. You posted some dumb silly video on Project Natal and then use some messed up PS(Apple Ads oriented video) for PS and then you just talk rubbish.

If you hate Microsoft, go back to primary school and start learning MAC or LINUX but don't come here hating and talking rubbish without learning or even knowing anything about what something does.

And Mr Kosovo, one would expect that number of post should signify age or maturity in talking and gisting on here but ii have to say, looking at your number of posts and arguments, i am disappointed(at least on this topic).

And if anyone wants to do this post any good, please post sensible videos and let the public decide. My o my, look at the st*pid video the guy posted and he is talking.
IMHO Natal is a dream and its the future, if PS want to show they have balls, lets see more. Not some copy, Wii already does great in that field. Duuuh

And can i please note here that having a PS, Xbox or Wii does not give you Ultimate Knowledge of games. It might be a good idea(even though may not be possible) to give us a collection of your favourite games here before talking so we can better understand you. I would not want t get into an argument with someone who plays only Wii Sports here.

I guess we are all weaklings in Nigeria then. Why can't someone actually call a press conference and say, We would like to see our president. is this woman OK. Did we vote her. Why should the Acting president be receiving orders by civilian proxy?

MAGA, i don't know what this people want to achieve with this. eventually we will elect this dead man for second term the way this thing is going.

O jeeeezzz, i cannot believe this. Did we elect Turai. Why should she be the one controlling things. Telling us who should see the President and who should not. If he was seen jogging or in the gym, why can't people speak with him. Is it not human beings working in aso rock. Even if everything is controlled by computers, isn't someone on the CCTV base Station. Not one picture, not one video, searched Youtube nothing, FB, nothing, Twitter, nothing, Nairaland, nothing.

See when they said Asa was caught, with speed someone provided pictures of her eating and gisting on a dinning table. Why not give us a photoshoped image of our President current picture,it cannot be that bad.
We have seen worse in Niger Delta hospitals after a pipeline explosion.

I cannot believe this. Minister of Information consulting with presidents wife. Ministers getting scared of being sacked by Presidents Wife.

Well for one the fact that everyone just assumed that he actually came back yesterday. And now everyone seems to be saying now that "he's back", like they actually confirmed it.

In my own opinion, Saudi Arabia made a mistake by not telling us he's dead, now they shipped him here only to make it look like he did not die in their land when he was being treated there.
Everyone is just assuming the man has actually returned and continuing the conversation from there, isn't that worrying?

Are you telling me the News Agency there and even Nigerians in Saudi Airport did not even see him at the port, and why did they sieze the Soldiers phone and switch out the lights?

When did we become so dull in Nigeria, we are all saying we know what is happening but imagine just a handful of old men are holding almost 150million people to ransom?
How do you prove someone is alive. When the Nigerian Officials refused to announce that the President is dead and Saudi accepted it, thats when the problem began.

Why would some officials from Nigeria be denied access to land in the capital and only land somewhere else and then when they were 1:30minutes from the hospital, they were told the President is on his way home. Can't anyone smell something fishy in that?

huh
PoliticsHas Anyone Actually Seen The President? As in "SEEN"? by alleno(op): 5:29pm On Feb 24, 2010
Really, all i want to know is if someone has seen our President. BBC, CNN, Aljazerra etc all show a plane landing and an ambulance going to it in very dark environment. Please when was the last time anyone in the public arena actually saw the President. We have been to Igbobi, LUTH, UCLA, and even some terrible hospitals, we have seen people go from present tense to past tense. even if he is hanging upside down with JUJU all around his bed, anyhow he is we just want to see him.

I am one of those who seriously believe he is dead. Please someone should please prove me wrong. PLEASE
PoliticsRe: Yar’adua: Saudi Authorities Deny Ministers Landing Clearance by alleno: 1:00am On Feb 23, 2010
Sooner or later, Nigerians will realize that the President is DEAD, as in DEAD. Saudi will keep posting us and so will all those involved until the day they will come out and say he is dead. Why else would you deny a whole nation access to a person, seeing the effect it has had on the people, the economy and all.

Its just plain stupi* and the reason why no other country/nation/government seem to be interested in such a matter as this is because they all know the truth, He is DEAD, May his soul rest in peace.

And whoever that his wife is, She is trying and i do hope all the things i have heard about her are untrue. May God give his family, friends and relatives the strength of character to bear his LOSS
ComputersRe: The Apple Ipad - Awesome Device Or Just A Waste Of Time by alleno(op): 8:29am On Jan 28, 2010
Here are the facts again for those of us who don't know it yet.

Apple's just-announced iPad looks like an iPhone on steroids, and it boasts a price tag that's a lot lower than people feared. But many of the enticing rumors about Apple's new tablet—such as chatter about a built-in camera, monthly TV subscriptions, and support for Verizon's 3G network—turned out to be dead wrong. Also: no iPhone for Verizon, at least not yet.
You can check out the details on the new iPad right here, and don't get me wrong: judged on its own, away from all the gargantuan hype, and considering its $499 price tag (for the 16GB model), Apple's new tablet is certainly one sexy piece of gadgetry.

But , is it a category-changer, like the iPod and the iPhone before it? That'll be hard to judge right away, and I still need to see the thing in person before I start making any sweeping generalizations.

That said, some of the coolest would-be features that had been rumored for the iPad failed to materialize Wednesday, starting with ,

No 3G support for Verizon
One of the earliest rumors about the iPad (which I'd still rather call the iTablet) was that it would come with embedded 3G support in addition to Wi-Fi. Well, the 3G part was true (monthly pre-paid plans will start at $14 for 250MB of data, or $29/month unlimited), but alas, no Verizon; instead, we're stuck with good 'ole AT&T (which is either a good or a bad thing, depending on how you feel about AT&T).

No jaw-droppingly new user interface
One of the most amazing things about the original iPhone was its ground-breaking touch interface; just pinch to zoom into a Web page! Tap to turn on the speakerphone! Swipe to flip through your photos! So maybe it was only natural that many of us gadget hounds (myself included) that Apple would come up with some new, "Minority Report"-style interface for the iPad , perhaps some cool haptic feedback for the virtual QWERTY keypad, or maybe (as outlined in some recent patent filings) the ability to sense a finger that's hovering near the screen but not touching it. What we got, instead, was , pretty much the same touch UI as on the iPhone, except with a lot more room. Not bad, but not all that revolutionary, either.

No built-in camera
The iPhone has a camera, the MacBook has a camera , heck, even the new iPod Nano has a camera (well, a video-only camera, anyway). So, what about the iPad? Ahhh , nope, and that's especially disappointing given the chatter from the Wall Street Journal that Apple has been toying with facial-recognition software that could potentially be used to, say, identify the various members of your family and deliver their own, customized iPad interface.

No Flash support
When, oh when, Apple, will you let us view Flash videos and Web modules on the mobile version of Safari? Who knows, but it's definitely not starting with the iPad, which is just as bereft of Flash support as the iPhone and iPod Touch are.

No user-replaceable battery
Steve Jobs claims that the iPad will come with an impressive 10 hours of battery life and a full month of stand-by time. Pretty cool, but as with the iPhone, the iPod Touch, and the latest MacBooks, the iPad battery comes sealed in the case, and there's no way to swap in a new one yourself.

No TV subscriptions
One of the more intriguing recent rumors was that Apple was going around to all the TV and cable networks, trying to sell them on the idea of monthly TV subscriptions that viewers would be able to watch on iTunes, the iPhone, Apple TV, or , the iPad. Word even had it that Disney's Bob Iger was in San Francisco today, all set to announce a new content deal with Apple, but , nope, didn't happen. (The writing for this non-event was on the wall, thanks to a recent New York Times story that reported that TV execs looked over Apple's subscription proposals and said "thanks, but no thanks."wink

No iPhone software 4.0 announcement
Yet another interesting rumor had it that the reason that there hadn't been a big iPhone software update lately was that the new code was too intertwined with the iPad OS, and therefore we'd get a big announcement today for iPhone software 4.0—complete with full-on app multitasking, UI enhancements, and other goodies. The rumor sure sounded plausible (and hey, the part about the new iPhone software being closely interwoven with the iPad may well be true), but the Apple event came and went Wednesday, with nary a sign of iPhone software 4.0.

Last but not least , no iPhone for Verizon
Besides the iPad itself, the Apple rumor that seemed to generate the most excitement was the possibility that Steve Jobs would announce the end of Apple's exclusive iPhone deal with AT&T , and announce an iPhone for Verizon at the same time. After all, most believe that the Apple-AT&T deal is set to expire this summer anyway, so why not get a jump on the news? But as with the talk about the iPad coming with support for Verizon's 3G network , well, maybe we'll get a Verizon iPhone in June or July, but we didn't see one today.

So, what were you hoping for Wednesday that didn't quite happen?

People, why are you so like this, why not just go into the dictionary and look for another name to call yourself. Atheist don't believe in God, so why would you be asking about His whereabouts? Na wa for you. And for those of you who still do not get the logic in the childbirth thing, wait till you have one.

@9jaganja, ok so let e get this straight. Your own god is Nature. Ok, have you been to Chicago before or crossed the borders of other countries. How would you answer for the destruction that nature has done so far? I do not need to mention names here. We can attribute, Tornadoes, Katrinas, Volcanoes, Earthquakes etc to your own god abi. Or are you referring to butterflies and roses when you say Nature is your God.

The rest of you will get your answers soon o, i have to go now.
Christianity EtcRe: Where Was God During The Rwandan Genocide ? by alleno: 7:19am On Nov 28, 2009
You guys are really missing the point here, An atheist is someone who does not believe in the existence of God. For the poster to be asking where God was during the Genocide simply means he his now looking for the Savior. Could someone volunteer and meet up with him at a restaurant and lead him to Christ. After that buy him a drink and discuss how to find God. Atheist my foot, its really just joblessness and lack of activities on Sunday mornings. A large percentage of the "roaches" that call themselves atheists have no idea what it means, they only do that as a fashion and because they think it makes them look unique or probably helps start a conversation amongst a group. Show me one Atheist, who is married and before you miss the point here, an atheist who has witnessed LIVE the miracle of birth. I mean see your wife carry your baby for 9 months and was beside the doctor when the baby popped out to say HI. "Bloggars, Bunfors, Blattars", No wonder you hardly ever see a doctor call himself an Atheist.

Show me one Atheist who has never called on God, funny because they will claim otherwise, we will know soon, when on that day your secrets are projected on the largest screen you can imagine. Showing you, how you secretly called upon God in your time of need, not claiming Atheist skillz. And 9jaganja, "Nature is my God", i bet you can repeat that statement amongst literate people or intellectuals. Just repeat it after me "Nature is my God", doesn't that sound just plain Stu**d.

The poster and his colleagues here don dey vex me sef!

Obviously from the number of posts on your profile, it would be right to say you were here when Nairaland started. I did do a search and found your link, but Cactus did not put a description of what Google Wave is all about and OmniPotens did not have the patience of copying just a section of the link he referred. Well i did both and i also feel that Google Wave is to big for it to have such small publicity has it does on this forum so far. Not to sound like a know it all, but i think it will be the next big thing. If it is, i see no reason why a new post cannot be created for it.

Once again, my sincerest apologies as dividing your number of post by mine results in 67 (2347/35), this is a clear reminder that you have "ENU" in this matter. Wish i could contact the administrator to remove the post, but pending that time. Stay Alive

I really am completely disgusted with the Super Eagles. They are all chickens. Their lackadaisical attitude is annoying. Who the hell do they think they are. Even Yaradua in all his mistakes and disasters does not shatter our hearts ever so often. 60,000 spectators cheering them did not provide any passion for them. Diving, no midfield, no defense.

Now to answer all those Mikel Supporters. Is he a footballer at all, with all the hype around him filling the shoes of the GREAT JJ OKOCHA, what has he brought to the table setup for the eagles. Absolutely nothing.

Nigeria, once a mighty tree in the forest of football, has now become a shrub. Common Tunisia who were completely discouraged after the second goal. I hate to even mention it here that i live in the same area with that Adelelye guy. A basketball pro could have replaced him today.

What good can this things deliver us, are these the players that will represent us in the World Cup. If Messi and Argentina should eventually qualify, he alone will  dribble the Nigerian defense and score everytime he touches the ball. Its painful to see the expectation of the entire nigeria shattered everytime these guys play.

Lets even assume that the Coach is just an illiterate, is it difficult of players of class to distinguish themselves and singlehandedly take us out of the mess. I feel disappointed to be a supporter of the super eagles now.

Watched the match via web streaming, spent so much to increase the bandwidth to show on a projector, placed a sign outside so other nigerians could join in watching the match. 34 guys and girls, families, left their activities to see there hopes dashed against some stupid displays by proud idiots (Forgive my insults, the match just finished, still angry).

When will our guys learn, playing for Nigeria is not doing the population a favour. Even if it is, will Chealsea buy me as a player because i watched the match. Playing for the National team is like going for an interview, its more important for them that it is for us.

I will stop here as am doing my best to remain dignified and not destroy my reputation on nairaland or spoil my future political ambitions.
Have a great day
