shortIGBOman: Let me surprise you. These days, it's the married Women that chase after men. Married women now cheat more than men. The reason why they hardly get caught is that, they are very smart. Unlike men who easily get caught while cheating.
Have you ever joined any married People's groups on WhatsApp? I've joined 3 in the past. I was wowed at what married women do on public groups. Married women try to outshine one another on such groups, to be noticed by men on the group. They become more popular by being the most naughty.
On Friday's, they call it Naughty Friday. That's when you get to see pictures and videos of married Women's pussies and breasts live. All member post their nude pictures and videos every Friday. And it's compulsory. Some married ladies who want to impress the male members, will post pictures of their pussies daily.
They organise get together in hotels, where those married ladies get to freely hangout with their crush/toasters on the groups. Most of them end up having sex that day. They freely take provocative pictures with their male members, during the get together. Where a married woman will openly lay her head on another man's laps. And majority in all those groups are women.
Let me suprise you. Most of the owners and creators of such groups are married women. The 3 groups I joined in the past were created and owned by married women. The same married women added me to such groups. I still have their pussy videos and pictures on my phone. And most of those ladies are happily married women. One of the ladies husband is one of the richest men in Anambra.
Na married women cheat pass these days. I'm not surprised. |

Highlandgee: A Canada-based man, Erico, has disclosed that some Africans with resident permits often snatch the wives of others without one.
Erico, a Ghanaian disclosed that many Africans living in Toronto sleep with other people’s wives and girlfriends, especially those without a residence permit. “Many guys do it even if they know she is your wife or girlfriend. Especially when the guy is not yet a citizen, and you can’t do anything to him because he is a citizen.”
“Some borrow money from them, and they never pay. You don’t have papers, so you can’t make a case. They will scare you off with police.”
Erico warned Africans who wish to start life in Canada to avoid making too many friends. “The most important friends who you need are a lawyer and an accountant. A lawyer for any immigration or court case and an accountant to help you file taxes every year. Maybe, one or two friends, and also avoid spending lavishly,” he stated.
70% of our marriages in America are not for love but to pay bills – US-based lady
In a similar interview, a US-based lady claims that 70% of African marriages in America are not for love but to reduce the cost of bills
Adwoa Manfo, A Ghanaian who lives in the US has stated that about 70% of African marriages abroad are to support each other and pay rent and bills, but not for love.
Adwoa disclosed that most marriages in the US is just a means to an end. Many people only choose marriage as a means to settle their bills. According to Adwoa, she never loved her ex-husband, but she married him anyway. She indicated that she did not want to give birth to a different man after her first child with him.
“It is for paying bills, rent because the cost becomes less. Many of us get divorced because we don’t go in for love. For me, I didn’t want to give birth to different men, and living separately is expensive. So why don’t we live together, pay bills and take care of the kids?”
Moreover, Manfo mentioned that their marriage came to an end because she did not have any feelings for her husband.
However, “my husband loved me dearly, but I cared for him. There is a difference between caring and loving somebody. It didn’t last because the love was not there.”
The single mother of three added that she would have been happier if she had broken up with him after their first child, but she does not regret making such a decision.

Highlandgee: Tope Awotona, a Nigerian-American entrepreneur has grown his startup to a billionaire tech company, now worth $3 billion.
The CEO of Calendly — a modern scheduling platform designed to reorganise calendars; scheduling appointments, meetings, and events — has been named “one of America’s wealthiest immigrants”.
Calendly which started with a $200,000 life-saving investment, has grown tremendously and has made more than $100 million in revenue, especially after its popularity spike during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Awotona is potentially tapping into a $20 billion market. With this, Awotona’s majority stake rises to at least $1.4 billion, even after a 10% share discount.
Tope Awotona’s story Awotona was born into a middle-class family in Lagos, Nigeria. At 12, his father was killed in a hit and run. And, he moved with his family to Atlanta in 1996 where he grew up.
He studied Computer science at the University of Georgia but later switched to Business and management information. His reason: He became a salesman for tech companies and his frustrating experiences of setting up meetings ignited the idea for Calendly.
After maxing out his credit cards to launch Calendly, Calendly got its fund liberation with the half-million-dollar seed investment led by Cummings.
Calendly started in 2013 and has grown to over 10 million users. Some of their customers have been Lyft, Ancestry.com, Indiana University and La-Z-Boy among others.
Tope could be the most successful African-American tech entrepreneur of his generation.

WhyNa: Now Turkey was going to be a little bit more expensive but I couldn't go to SA.
I had set a timeline for myself to leave Nigeria in February 2020. I didn't want to be 30 here so I pushed.
I joined the Turkey visa group on nairaland and started familiarising myself with the visa process. By then, I had decided to apply for a study leave at work so that if in 3 months, I didn't get something, I would quietly return back to work.
Note that all this search and decision making took months. Trust me when I said I lost sleep. I did thorough research. The good thing was, I was saving up during this period.
Now in all my search, I always looked at the prospect of staying back after CELTA, the immigration laws and the job market.. It was going to be my first time outside Nigeria and I sure as hell didn't want no hiding or illegal stuff.
I found out that the job market in Turkey wasn't so much. I was discouraged but willing to give it a try.
Again, I had just one issue..... staying back after CELTA and how fast I can get a job Insightful. |

Travel › Re: Two Ghanaians Arrested In Amsterdam For Pounding Fufu In Their Flat On 7th Floor by AlphaTaikun: 6:09pm On Jun 01, 2022 |
HungerBAD: Amsterdam would pass as second Kumasi—with several Ghanaians having made the place their first home because of the high standard of living and countless economic opportunities the capital of Netherlands presents.
Of course with such great opportunities and order come the laws which make the country attractive; and everyone living in Netherlands, even if from the Amazon forest or Tuobodom must abide by the laws of the land.
But Ghanaians love their fufu and light soup and though the Dutch do not really have a problem with Ghanaians eating their local dishes, the cooking/preparation must all be done within the laws of the land.
The people of Netherlands are extensive liberal and that explains why for many years, places like Bijlmer Arena with a huge Ghanaian population, literally and metaphorically constantly filled with the aroma of ‘Prekese’ still has several whites living there.
In spite of the liberal mindset and the immeasurable hospitality of the Dutch, they do not joke with their nuisance laws—the reason why Holland is peaceful, clean and orderly.
For two Ghanaians living at Bijlmer Arena in Amsterdam, the Neat Fufu which almost every Ghanaian abroad have to eat in place of the actual pounded fufu Ghanaians enjoy back home is not enough—to be frank, it does not taste and feel like the real fufu.
So after many years of struggling to eat Neat Fufu and their Prekese soup, the satisfaction kept depreciating and the hanker for the real pounded fufu kept growing.
Therefore, during their recent visit to Ghana, they managed to bring fufu Mortar and Pestle via KLM to Amsterdam—and around 10pm last week after they returned from work, they started their fufu pounding in their flat on the 7th floor.
According to police sources, about 15 neighbours who were being disturbed by the heavy pounding kept calling to report the nuisance.
Eventually when the police stormed the apartment, the two had finished pounding their fufu and were settled, ready to eat.
They were arrested for nuisance—a warning was not enough, because these same couple had already been warned 3 times, 2 for playing loud Amakye Dede songs at night—and the other, for unnecessary car beeping when they drive pass their friends.
During the arrest, ScrewLife.Com is told the couple begged the police to allow them to at least finish eating their fufu and Prekese soup, with crabs swimming all over in the soup.
But the police refused because they did not have time to wait around. The two will soon appear before a judge with a short prison sentence and fine hanging around their necks.

otipoju: I thank God that the words you used were upgraded. The roads were in existence and already tarred. Now compare the " upgrading " of roads with what Buba Marwa did with the Direct Labour Agency in terms of road construction.
Now . Tinubu was not a bad " Administrator " per sey considering he belonged to a generation where government administrators feel they are doing the people a favour by doing what they were elected to do.
But trying to market Tinubu as one genius who did wonders between 1999 and 2003 is just damn irritating. I remember Tinubu for MOT and Jigi Bola and for augn boards on the road saying "this is a Federal Road, we cant fix it."
Now we face the real reality that Tinubu has been converting public property to personal ownership all over Lagos and is getting 10% of the sweat of every Lagos worker via his Alpha Beta company...there is no way on earth that you would tell me to like him.
It is just not possible. I dont hate Tinubu but any man that behaves like he does wether Rochas, or Bode George, or Ibori or Alayemesiagha, or Goodswill Akpabio or Ganduje, I simply cannot like them. Its not about tribe.
Now when i hear a former Governor like Obi saying you can" go and verify " i did not steal money and after four years nobody has been able to bring any tangible proof that he stole public funds, you CV an understand why men like me are drawn to men like him. The Lagos roads I mentioned were UPGRADED by Julius Berger from very bad pot hole-riddled roads to high street, dualised roads. Tinubu wanted to fix the very bad FG roads by using Julius Berger but the FG stopped him so as not to take the glory! That was why Lagos State placed those billboards reminding everyone that the very bad roads were FG roads. I was an adult then, and witnessed these things in the early 2000s in Lagos before some of us moved to live abroad. |

otipoju: [s]I dont remember seeing anything like this during Tinubu's tenure.[/s] Good paved Roads are the bare minimum that government should provide for its citizens. Roads automatically bring physical development and economic activities to any location.
Steady Power supply is next on the priority list. Otipoju, I see you registered in 2007 and I originally have been a member of NL with an older account from 2005. I take very strong exceptions to you saying you do not remember seeing any roads like this during Tinubu's tenure. 'Bola Tinubu upgraded a lot of roads using Julius Berger and I remember that Prince Adeseye Ogunlewe who was a Federal Minister under the PDP from Ikorodu in Lagos State kept preventing Tinubu from fixing the Federal roads in Lagos even though the roads were very bad. Broad Street was upgraded by him and the entire Business District axis around Tinubu Square. You should not mislead folks here as a veteran member of this forum. Period. I must commend Udom's Government for a job well done. Akpabio did a lot of great things to transform Akwa Ibom too to a state to be proud of. |

Throwback: You are obviously speaking out of ignorance.
I remember seeing roads like this during Tinubu's tenure.
He started the cobble stone roads all over Victoria Island in a road resurfacing drive, to help cater to the beach soil condition in that area. I remember Akin Adesola Str, Adeola Odeku Str, Ajose Adeogun Str as some of those touched. I remember how marveled I was at the quality of the job done while internship hunting in 2007.
On the mainland, he also revamped Oba Akran Road in Ikeja which was my daily route to school in the early 2000's, Oregun Road (Kudirat Abiola), Ijeshatedo Road in Surulere where I sat for my JAMB UME in the early 2000's also, are some of the many roads that featured in his achievements leading to re-election in 2003.
Funny you should mention Power as a priority.
Guess who tried to overdo himself to ensure there was private power generation in Lagos when others still waited on the federal government?
It was Tinubu who had that foresight and engaged Enron to come into Nigeria to develop Power generation for Lagos State, but the Obasanjo/PDP led federal government would not allow an opposition party Governor ridicule the federal government by succeeding where they had every intention to fail. So they frustrated the initiative.
Tinubu had many firsts that went beyond roads and power, but also simple governance initiatives like returning all missionary schools siezed by the 1979 to 1983 class of democratic state governments and better manage the true public schools, to initiatives and ideas about State vs Federal Government power separation.
Lagos State under Tinubu became the template to be copied by other states who needed to setup State agencies to better deliver and manage public service to the citizenry.
All the mentioned and more are the reasons why I wholly believe that Nigeria should give the city boy a chance to lead Nigeria. @Throwback, You're absolutely right. The person you quoted is obviously being economical with the truth. 'Bola Tinubu upgraded Broad Street into a high-street and I remember the road leading from Mushin to Oshodi was upgraded to a dualised road by Julius Berger during his tenure.
I don't like to get drawn into back-and-forth convos but I CANNOT stand misleading info from those who come online to manipulate others. Cc: Otipoju |

Tinubu was in Ikoyi, Lagos all along and did NOT escape to France as alleged. Absolutely correct... Ishilove: I am a fan of old music, because the cacophony of sounds that passes as music today has never, and will never appeal to me. One of my all time favourite bands is ABBA and till date I have their playlist in all my devices.
Swedish pop group ABBA is considered to be one of the most popular and successful musical groups of all time. They were one of the best-selling music acts in the history of popular music, topping the charts worldwide from 1974 to 1983, and in 2021. (Wikipedia). The group consists of Agnetha Fältskog, Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, and Anni-Frid Lyngstad. Anderson and Lyngstad were married, same as Agnetha and Bjorn, but both marriages suffered under the strain of their careers and massive popularity, and in the course of time crashed within a short time span of each other.
Eventually, the group unofficially split in 1982, and despite efforts from producers and other music heavyweights, the band refused to reform. Björn Ulvaeus said in 2008, "We will never appear on stage again. There is simply no motivation to re-group." (Wikipedia).
However, in 2017 it was made known that there were plans for a "virtual" concert using digital 'life like' avatars of the group members. This concert, nicknamed the 'Voyage Concert' held on May 27, 2022 in London and was attended by members of the Swedish royal family. The 90 minute performance received a standing ovation from the crowd after it ended.
And, for the first time in 40 years, the four members of ABBA showed up on stage and gave a curtain call.
This is what they look like now. "Take a Chance on Me." "Super Trouper." Two of my timeless tracks from back in the 1970s. Ishi, a nice and nostalgic thread. |
