Thank you for your input. Its the care taker that gave the quick notice and i accepted it even though it is verbal.
Am not interested in staying in the apartment as well. All self contain been seeing are above my budget and the care taker keeps calling me even when i told him my challenges of getting another apartment.

My question now is, does the law give a 3 month extension after the 6 month notice before legal proceeding can be effected to an occupant

My caretaker is giving me issue. He gave me verbal quick notice which i accepted cause the compound is nothing to write home about. My 6 month expires yesterday and before now, before my 6 month expiration date, i have been looking for another accommodation but all the ones i have been seeing are above my budget.

This is my issue with him. Even before my expiration notice, he has been calling me to leave the apartment. He even flashed me yesterday morning.

Was enlighten that even after the 6month expiration if am yet to get another apartment, I'm entitle to stay for another 3month before legal actions can be taken against me.

Please i need more clarification on the above.

nennnie: The issue of love has been one of the most perverted topic ever. People each day fall prey to different unimaginable situations in the quest to find love and be loved (who doesn't want that?).

However, in all of these, in between is another issue that has also been so abused-sex. Now, sex is a beautiful thing, matter of fact one of the most beautiful and amazing things in life, but not when it is being perverted.

Love and sex therefore can sometimes be misunderstood. "I love you" and "I want to Be Intimate with you" becomes a sentence that most people can't properly define which they want. Is it "I want to Be Intimate with you because I love you" or "I love you because I want sexhuh?"

Unfortunately most times, in the middle of this dilemma is the woman. It is said that the woman gives sex to be loved while the man wants sex to love. That seems to be true, but imagine if that is the case. Will the woman go around giving sex in her quest for love to every Joystick and harry she meets? It is to such ladies I tell this: He is not going to love you because you give him sex if he doesn't find you lovable in the first place. Let your heart think first before that consuming lust sets in. If you know you have no plans for her, I mean long term plans, like marrying her (is that so impossible?) then let her be!

Like I said, the sweetest sex (love-making) is in the marriage environment(don't abuse me). I'm married and so I truly know. So can't you wait?
So girly, the next time he's putting that pressure on you to "give it to me if you love me" be wise. Think about what you can loose should he dump you. I went through this scripture, i did not see where God said, a man should work and the woman should just come and eat,sleep and shit?? woman are meant to be man's help meet just as the scripture said, if a woman she is waiting for ready made man, she should be ready to wait till eternity and the book of the prophecy of Isaiah chapter 1 vs 4 will come into effect:
