1. Only answer Yes to #1 if you've submitted an application to IRCC post-ITA. That is , if you've gotten AOR after getting an ITA. 2) You don't need to add any other ID. It's optional. Denerystormborn: Hello my people. My profile expired and i creating a new one. I have two questions:
1. In the place they asked if i have applied to IRCC before, should i choose yes or no?knowing that i was previously in the pool but my profile expired?
2. I only have a passport and i already answered the question where they asked if i have a passport or natoonal id. But they asked again if i have another government issued id. I only have voters card. Is it safe to say yes? |

Each of those kids will need to file individually as they're all 18 and older. At this point, they're all adults. But to even begin the application process, they need to have at least one degree and at least one full year of work experience. The 24 year old can apply now if he/she meets those requirements. The others should finish their first degree and get at least one year of work experience and apply on their own. The 24 year old can "sponsor" their parents if they get PR and settle down. They can also give sibling points to the other 2 when they're ready to apply. saskatoonguy: Good evening Seniors in the House, I overheard a conversation between an agent now and his potential client who is interested in Canada PR processing either through EE or other pathway. The man is 55years and wife is 51 years old. Children - 24yrs, 21yrs, 18yrs etc. Now the agent told the man that they are not eligible due to their age but one of the Children can stand in as Principal Applicant PA especially the 24years old child, The child will be PR and after the application is successful, the father, mother and other family will be dependent.
Abeg, is this information True? |

For your reference letter, put the exact title as when you worked at the school. The person reviewing your application is more concerned about your job duties than the title you put there. Tolzzzzz123: Am presently working on my employment reference. I actually work as a marketing and public relations manager in a school. And my NOC happened to be 0124. I want to know if I should just put Marketing Manager or Marketing and public relations manager. |

As long as you're not banking on claiming points for two or more certificates. You can only claim points for the HND. If you eventually evaluate the ND, you can get a boost in points and claim 2 or more. If I were you I'd find someone around the school to help. Godtemi: Please can I evaluate only my HND transcript? Getting my ND transcript is not possible for now due to lockdown and I did my ND in far North East. I will register for my IELTS in Europe |

He should put his work experience in personal history (no need for reference letter or other proof of employment) Tolzzzzz123: Please house, a friend of mine needs to know if her husband needs to add his job to work history or he can just add to his personal activities. She is the principal applicant |

If you have a Masters, no need to get an ECA for Bachelor's or ICAN. Just evaluate the Master's. Also, read up on the points you can get for each type of degree. ehix89: Please to verify ICAN as 2 or more certificate do one have to attach ones Bsc or Msc to it. Or is it possible to get Max score for verifying just the ICAN alone. |

As I just said, you can't directly apply for OINP. They select profiles from the pool, and only selected profiles will then be able to apply. ocheezie: Thanks amaya21. However, I saw Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program on the IRCC site, and was viewing how I can apply under foreign worker option. |

You can't apply for Ontario PNP. They pick from the pool. ocheezie: Hi Ednut1, I don't know much about how PNP works, but since I have a sibling in Toronto, what if I withdraw my FSW application and put in for PNP in Ontario? Is it a better shot? |

There is a key difference between applying as single and applying with an unaccompanying spouse. If someone is married but wants to go alone, they should select non accompanying spouse and NOT single. tombeck: Please if the wife state that she is single, what is the requirement for the husband to join her and the kids too
[qquote author=Rifkiz post=91986172]
I'd advise you use to CRS tool to check your wife's total score as unaccompanied. If it's higher compared to when she adds you, then she can apply as non accompanied. If it's the same score, after she has added you, there's no point changing it. |

Why would you claim a distant relative as a SIBLING? Sibling means what it means, brothers/sisters from the same parents. Half siblings/step siblings are also allowed but you need to share at least one parent with them. Bankkydarry: Good morning please I want to ask that to claim the 15 points on siblings must the person be only your brother or sister born by the same parents as you? Or some other distant relatives |

You have to submit at least a day before your IELTS expires...don't play with this. Age doesn't matter after ITA. markmp01: Thanks for this insight. With this in view, would I have to submit my application before my IELTS expires or is receiving ITA before my IELTS expires the condition? Thanks. |

Therein lies the problem tysaxmalomo: please i have filled all i can but anytime i click on save and exit i get an error message stating that i have to fill for 10 years or from 18th birthday whichever comes first, and i'm not sure what the error is as i have filled it all, save for a couple of missing months when i was at home waiting for Law school to resume and when i waited for NYSC to start, apart from that all other sectors are covered month to month
Don't know what to do? must the dates be sequential ? |

You didn't say what your CRS is. If you're exactly at 478, you won't get ITA in this draw with a June 3 profile creation date. If you're higher than 478, give it 24 hours and it will come. charlione: My profile expired June 2nd and I created a new one June 3rd so this means I won't get ITA with the tie breaker rule? |

Minimum of 6 in all modules is required to enter the pool. If you have your ECA as well, you can enter the pool now. However you won't get good points with that - you most likely need to retake it. oyukuwife: Can I create express entry profile when I have 6 in one of the ielts modules? |

Accompanying spouses don't need to prove work experience. Pre-ITA, the accompanying spouse shouldn't add any work experience to the profile. Post-ITA, accompanying spouse work experience should be in personal history section only. No reference letter required. oginnite: will evidence/proof of Spouse Work experience be require after ITA? since the Principal Applicant's proof of work experience is already given? |

If her work experience isn't eligible, then it won't matter if her IELTS is perfect. The problem with her being the PA is that some of those entry level teller / executive trainee roles at the bank are classified as NOC type C, which is NOT eligible for Express Entry. She should still take IELTS, but it is better if she takes it to add points to the application with you as the PA. Also you don't need a background in education to use your teaching experience as eligible work experience. oginnite: Thanks to everyone that responded to me on this.
My concern now is that i might not really have enough time to thoroughly prepare for IETLS exam, so i don't want to keep wasting time and money. she has been preparing now for more than a month and i am hoping and confident that she would MAX out the exam at one sitting. so, what if she max out in the exam and we were able to get a reference letter backing other job role in the two years other than Teller. cos she worked in the Customer service and at a point as a Marketer in that same Branch of the bank. Can we still go ahead and make her the PA?.
My work experience is Teaching(3years)2014-2017 but i am not with education background, currently i work with a Travel company and January will make it 2 years with the Travel company.
So, my dillema is that i dont want to Gamble with IELTS as i can still vouch for her to do well in the Exam than me. |

Show documents of ownership, documents of sale, proof of payment into your bank account, everything related to the sale etc. I don't think this needs a gift deed because the land is already in your name. awo666: please, I am asking this question regarding proof of funds. My dad bought a land in my name two years ago. the land is valued today at around 3.5m and we plan selling it to finance the proof of funds. please, will I need gift deed for it or I just attach documents showing ownership with my bank account statement? |
