Thanks a lot, I just came online now to see the post from her, I sell on Nairaland, Jiji and other sites and when I encounter people like her, I quickly refund fast before it get to this level, but this woman took the first tab, cracked the screen and I still changed the tab for her because she won’t accept refund and keep threatening to come and dent my image on here on Nairaland even after her kids bite the pouch, they are innocent kids and should not be dragged into this, this is something she and her husband examined together because she took the picture of everything and send to her husband and the husband told me the Android version was 5.0 and 4.4 which can still do WhatsApp.
This is Acer Iconic Tab of 2 GB RAM and 15GB internal Memory with space for memory card,
But she kept on calling me and threatening me to change it to android version 8.0 and above for her, she knew I take my image seriously and do not want any negative comment.

I understand we have different experience with every individual, but I must say I have done deals with him at least on 2 separate occasions. I'm not blaming you outrightly, but I must say. You failed to do the due diligence of buying any item online.
He knows me very well and for all the times I've bought from him or anyone anywhere even online stores, I get the product name and model number and then do my research.
I'm not trying to defend him, but I've seen scenerios where folks selling things do not even have the full details of what they're selling, considering I sell things too and I'm also guilty of this and in my experience, imagine when you have several items to sell at a time. You may not necessarily be able to keep all the details at your finger tips.

SinceI started buying things from nairaland this is the first time I have come in contact with a dishonest person like futurefocus,the man that sells the second hand phones.

My husband suggested getting new tabs for the kids and I convinced him that instead of going for new once they will destroy let us go for second hand,I remember seeing this man ads on nairaland and I suggested contacting him,I did and told him I wanted a phone with sim card so I can be calling when I am at work then the other one can be only WiFi enabled,we agreed after back and forth we met at Kilimanjaro where he presented the phones with educational apps,I told him that my older kids are not interested in this educational apps they want only YouTube(the educational apps are literally for toddlers) this man in no where told me that YouTube don't work in those phones he collected 25k for the big screen and 19k for the other one with pouch.

I got home only to discover that the 19k tab have charging port issues I told him he tried convincing me I was wrong I kept telling him that I used close to five chargers no one worked he told me that he would get another tab for me,I met him up the next day he exchanged it but his time without pouch claiming that he couldn't see a pouch that would size it,he still collected extra 2k from me I didn't have an issue.

I had an off day and decided to set the phones up only to discover that YouTube and thousands of apps is not supported on the phone (4.2) I chatted this man up and ask him why would he sell an outdated phone to me that is when he revealed his dishonest nature and wickedness.

Pls when doing buisness with him especially on tabs know that some of his tabs are outdated,
-- he won't tell you the truth just to sell

---he would purposely install crap apps to distract you from trying to download real apps
- Google play store hardly works on the tabs because it is a lesser version.

All products are made in china but transsion phones namely Tecno, infinix and itel fail to meet the Chinese market standards so they are not sold in China or most Asian countries. You can't go to Hong Kong and ask for Tecno phone in a shop. Or in Thailand or in Singapore... Those phones are so low quality they are only sold where transsion can bribe the government to allow them sell . Prepare to cry in some months time when the so called fast charging starts to slow charge .. when the camera is some how magically downgrading itself to 12 MP

as a TV technician, I'm quite certain that you have to replace the screen, looks like a technician messed up the cof on that part of the screen.
No cof bonding machine in Naija to the best of my knowledge, also, having a cof bonding machine doesn't guarantee a fix for a fault like this.
