To think i that was pampard in my first pregnancy is left to do omugwo alone this time, so unfair ooooo,i have to figure out how to bath a newborn 3days after CS,take care of the umbilical cord and still make sure elder bro doesnt jump on baby out of excitement. I hardly close my eyes.

Pls what can i do to make this umbilical cord fall faster i need to circumcize him?

Hathor and the other woke people above,you guys are very funny.i see you using words like torture while talking about the mother.ho are you to judge the mother? Does she look like someone who is about to flog that child?,sometimes my kids do crazy things that whenever i tell people they think i am exaggerating so i keep my camera nearby.do you know if it was the father that uploaded the video?
African way of training up a child remains the best way as far as it is not abusive,a little spanking here and there while telling the kid what he did wrong is the best approach.if you people like keep on forming woke.

It usually goes after birth but u need to reduce carbs and eat more protein . If u cn get a monitor and be checking . It would help you so u can know which food to avoid. Here in the UK , they give u a blood sugar monitor and tell you to check first tin in the morning and 1 hour after ur meals . You record these readings in an app and they use this to monitor and when your levels are high they can increase ur dosage of drugs ( metformin or insulin ) but first reduce carbs to the barest minimum. If u must take carbs you need to pair them with protein.
I would check where they gave examples of meal ideas.
I have attached some pix from the leaflet i was given . You can use this as a guide .

is the compressor not shutting off intermittent?

Does the condenser gets hot/cold and has no leakage?

Nothing is wrong except the gas,it just take like a day to cool instead of hours,the repair guy said is just gas but i bought a deep freezer.
