Politics › Re: My Experience With SARS Operatives In Ibadan; Another SOKA In The Making! by Amhappy(f): 12:08am On Aug 30, 2014
I live close to these SARS people and do avoid them like plague. I have never encountered them and pray against such. There is always a lot of seized cars in their office, like the owners decided to unclaim them for God knows why. They like shooting pass anything, always releasing bullets into the air. They do arrest people massively too. There are rumours flying around that they kill people in the bushes behind their station. Na God know. However just as we fear them na so criminals fear them. Their presence gave us small peace for here sha.

Family › Re: Why Do Most Women Enjoy Humiliating Other Women (both In Public Or In The Home)? by Amhappy(f): 10:04am On Aug 27, 2014
OP's eg is not directly a woman to woman problem but madam -maid. I bet the woman will do same thing if her servant is a boy. That said, women are still their own worst enemies. Envy and unncessary competition are the major factor.
Health › Re: BREAKING: Nigeria Successfully Blocks Ebola, Has One Case Left- minister by Amhappy(f): 7:40pm On Aug 26, 2014
Great news. However lets not celebrate too early. Its time to make our borders water tight before infected people will start trooping into the country for treatment thinking Nigeria have a cure.

Family › Re: The Ordeal Of Staying With Your Uncle's Or Brother's Wife by Amhappy(f): 6:00pm On Aug 25, 2014
It took me 6months to forgive and another 6months to recover. Two years of agony, blackmailing, backstabbing, insult, putting down and slander. Even after i left, the slander continued but i simply chose to ignore. It was an unnecessary experience,i lost my self esteem in the process. It was easier to forgive the woman blc she ttc then and took out her frustration on me but it was tougher to forgive the man i have called my brother since when i was a kid. Today when i accomodate people who need a home,i pray everyday to love them.
Family › Re: Why Are Some Wives Been Denied Next Of Kin Status By Their Husbands? by Amhappy(f): 5:37pm On Aug 25, 2014
The Spouse by default is supposed to be the next of kin. But when there is no trust people use their kids, although this is irrational if the children are still very young. Using your father or siblings as next of kin is kind of silly and your family will suffer for it.

This program have been on for over 5yrs now. They are not Americans but Anambra doctors in US. They come once a year to offer free treament including surgeries. I once benefited from their treatment. The state govt is fully aware of their operations. They also cooperate with local hospitals.

Family › Re: Some African Parents Destroy Beautiful Love Relationships With Their Prejudices by Amhappy(f): 7:22am On Aug 22, 2014
I dont advice marriage without parental blessings unless your parents are very unreasonable and you have tried all options. My parents were against my choice at first and tried severally to discourage me with examples of ladies who got married to people from that area and how they eventually ended. Men,i was scared but my hubby did his best to win them over. And yes parents can destroy a beautiful love story. But the truth remains that you can never know how a so called beautiful love story will turn with time and nobody want to lose two things at a time.
Politics › Re: APC: An Ally Of Corruption by Amhappy(f): 8:06am On Aug 21, 2014
Ukochukwu na the same people. They only keep changing camps. We need a tough govt for corruption to end. If the state didnot prosecute corrupt people then we are in for more poo. Because by the time this generation get into power, the present looting will be childs play.

Politics › Re: Jonathan Administration: An Ally Of Corruption by Amhappy(f): 7:07am On Aug 21, 2014
wellmax: @ OP, common stealing, you are calling corruption.

About six months ago, innocent job seekers were asked to pay certain amount of money for Immigration job. At the end, about 16 lives were lost. Till date, no refund has been made to the applicants, no indictments and the minister is still occupying office. What message does that send?
It means the Minister just did the right thing in the eyes of his oga at the top.
Health › Re: Lagos Records 5 new Suspected Ebola Cases by Amhappy(f): 6:51am On Aug 21, 2014
This news of secondary contacts infected is really scary. This is tougher than imagined. We still thank God ebola chose an enlighten and financial capable state like Lag. I still imagine if it started in a place like Gombe/Kastina/Anambra. Before people will even believe that the disease is real 500 would have been infected. Even the doctors strike is a blessing in disguise for Sawyer would have been treated at Luth and spread massive.
