This is normal with access bank. The first level approval is done in the branch you selected while filling the form a, then the next level approval is rerouted to the head office for their consummation. Ghazali34: Access |

Bro when you consent to a contractual agreement, you're binding to the terms and conditions whether or not you want to opt out mid way. Meanwhile, why not read the post well, I didn't ask the client to pay the balance. KRTL: He's not obligated to pay the balance since the job wasn't complete..work never even reach mid way. IF na you,you go pay? You go pay balance of work wey dem no complete for you..lmao |

If you read and understood my post very well, you'd have no need to balance him d 100k. Unless you want to do it on a 'freewill' Only1boy: No problem is thats how it should go. I will balance him the 100k and leave the rest to God. |

Showyoung those threats were very unnecessary. You claimed your advice can never be gotten from anywhere even from online, that is a fat lie. Only1boy, all the advice you got from Showyoung, can be gotten from here free of charge, but if you're encumbered with other things and don't have spare time to go through the thread, you can employ the services of anyone you deem fit here to handle your application. MY TAKE ON THIS MATTER! Since you have already paid 100k that means you consented to the agreement of 200k, all things being equal you're supposed to pay the balance whether you decide to go on or not, but for the sake of fairness this contract should be terminated with no further obligations. Only1boy: I swear when I started with him. I haven’t got answers to some of my questions on nairaland then I was not very familiar with this platform yet but I do see him answering peoples questions and mine so I was already believing him even tho my spirit was against it. So what changed was that I refused to continue then the threat started etc. Besides we haven’t started the application yet. We have only been talking and he’s be advising and tell me stuffs. But I had to pay 100k commitment before he wants to continue talking and answering my questions lol. |

Congratulations!!! folla: WHAT GOD CANNOT DO, DOES NOT EXIST!
God has shown mercy to me and my children.
My SOWP and my 3 children's Study Visa applications have been approved by IRCC.
1st Applications
Our 1st applications made in June 2021 were all refused on 25th September 2021. The main concern of the VO, as revealed in the GCMS note, was that my wife, who is a Masters student in BC, filled on her application form that her family would not accompany her to Canada. The VO questioned the truthfulness of my wife's statement in her application, when we now applied for visas while she was still in Nigeria. VO said other things which we considered circumstantial.
I came on this platform then to seek for advice and I really obtained valuable advice from members. What did we do?
2nd Applications
We filed another set of applications on 8th November 2021 with my wife explaining the reasons for her change in plan. We filed additional documents showing stronger home ties by exhibition of pictures of our parents, affidavits of birth of our parents and affidavit of births of my siblings. I also exhibited share certificate, receipt of payment of professional dues, together with landed property. I showed rent receipts issued to our tenants.
Along the line, my wife wrote her MP sometime in February 2022 seeking for a status update on our applications. The response was that criminality check was passed and nothing more. Our upfront medicals expired in April 2022, but I refused to go for any more upfront medicals. If they are ready, they will contact us. I was drained, both emotionally and psychologically, noting that the journey began in June 2021. I only held on to God, as a lot was at stake.
There was a time I read an email IRCC had sent to someone here requesting for updated transcripts of his student spouse. I took the initiative by sending my wife's updated transcripts sometime in late April 2022. I have a feeling this had a positive impact on our applications.
Boom, medical request showed for my children and I on 16th May 2022. We quickly sent an email to QLife who gave us an appointment in about 9 days later. Medicals were updated to "pass" for my children on 7th June, while they got their PPR on 9th June. For me, my medical was updated to "pass" on 8th June, while my PPR only came on 29th June.
In between my children's PPR and 29th June, I sent their passports to Abuja the penultimate Monday and we received the stamped passports on 28th June. I almost sent another webform on 29th June with the plan to exhibit my children's visas and seeking a quick response on my application. By 9am on 29th June, 2 "donotreply" emails had come into my inbox.
My wife travelled to BC since September 2021, leaving me with 3 active boys, while IRCC kept playing the delay game. Thank God it has ended in praise.
I wish to say a big thank you to members on this forum who were responsive to my questions at the relevant times. Really appreciate.
To everyone still waiting, hang on there. It's not over until you have won. You can't afford to give up. Keep praying and sending the webforms, the golden emails will surface shortly.
Thank you All! |

1. there's a recent JR i read that states a self sponsor applicant must show POF of full tuition and LE or show concrete evidence that the remaining funds will be available 2. I have seen applicant that provided a full year tuition and LE and was rejected on financial grounds. GCMS note reads applicant is self sponsored and has successfully showed 1 year tuition and LE, PA enrolled on a 2-year program and didnt show POF for 2nd year or evidence of availability of funds.......and so on. The truth is nobody here is a canadian VO, my suggestions to you is what i feel will be most helpful to you when asked to choose between the 2 options. Also 'grace' can give you PPR with one year tuition and LE. What God cannot do does not exist. matthew080: HELLO AMILA20042001
I was made to understand that this your point is not correct, Applicant only need to show a year tuition or so Please confirm it quote author=amila20042001 post=114287673]As self sponsor, you need to show funds for 3years tuition and LE. Your best bet is to look for 1year or 2 years course if you dont have that financial capacity |

Lol @ the bolded. Read through, I have just given my humble suggestion. For your medicals, don't wait for any medical request. go ahead and send the e-medical slip via webform and emails Blakmandk: You’ve just summarized my situation. The only difference here is I don’t have a UK admission. My application was also submitted on April 26. I’ve a biometric since 2019. Mine is showing the same thing as yours. I did an upfront medical too. But I’m waiting for a medical request so I can upload my slip. It’s just 3weeks left for the 12weeks processing time to lapse. 1. I noticed that on the “Details about my application status” my biometrics section is yet to be updated and states that “We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.” I am concerned about the delay and wonder if this is the reason the review of my eligibility is yet to commence. Submit the slip given to you after biometrics via webform and email2. I recently paid the balance of my school fees for the year, when I submitted I had paid only the acceptance fees. I used funds from an account I did not submit so funds in the POF I submitted are still there, do I need to send them this additional information? Submit the receipts of the school fees you paid ASAP via webform and emails as this will strengthen your POF3. Should I let them know about this UK admission as I need to know my position to enable me not be at a disadvantage. Time is of essence I don't think you should say a thing about ur UK paroleAbi2022: Good Evening,

I have an admission in Centennial College for Fall 2022 and applied on April 26 and did an upfront medical on May 25. My medical just got updated on June 23 after sending webforms and emails. I had earlier submitted my biometrics when I applied for a visiting visa in 2018 so its valid till 2028. I currently have an admission in University of Stirling in Scotland that I must close out on by July 31, 2022. My questions are;

You should have gotten an appropriate response by now. If you intend to pay ur tuition from ur POF, there's no issue with it but using ur POF for other purposes, should be done at ur own discretion cos IRCC on rare occasion ask for updated account statement. Cheers! OYINKANSOLA66: Hi,

Few things to note: ****We used a conditional letter but wrote a letter stating that the ASUU strike was causing a delay in fulfilling the conditions of the letter****. 1. Sponsor transferred to my hubby’s account & he moved it to his mutual funds acct. We did a POF breakdown that showed the money we had was more than enough to cover the study duration. 2. For the kids LOA, hubby wrote a letter quoting the Canada immigration law that states the kids don’t need to have an admission offer before coming. Only their birth certificate was uploaded. 3. There was a table of content for every section. 4. Under my SOWP, I submitted the same SOP my husband used. Didn’t write a different one. I also added my own credentials and CV in my Client Info section. 5. A week after submission, we sent our salary bank statements & his study leave letter. 6. We have valid UK & US visas. Submitted all prior visas and stamped pages. 7. Most importantly, lots of prayers and praise.
A lot of questions were answered for me just by reading this thread. I pray that this inexplicable joy goes round in Jesus name!!!!! |
