These are the words of Mike Awoyinfa, an ace and highly cerebral writer concerning the forthcoming election. If you're still confused on who to cast your vote for, this might just give you the clue you seek. After reading this, you shouldn't remain clueless unless you take after some people. "At the end of the day, it’s all about trust. As a voter, who do you trust between the two leaders? If they were both bank managers, who will you trust with your money? If they were pilots, who will you trust to fly you safely to your destination? If they were security men, who between the two will you entrust with the security of your home? If your country were to be fighting a war, who will you choose to lead? If you have to choose your parents among the 2 families who would you choose(mine) If corruption is the scourge afflicting Nigeria, who do you think can tame it best? Those are some of the questions that should influence our choice of who should lead Nigeria in the next four years in this battle of titans. Let’s remove sentiments. Let’s be rational for the sake of our unborn generation. Let’s vote for our future and not our stomachs." My comments: This is what every voter should ask his or her self honestly before thumbprinting the INEC ballot paper on February14....then vote for the man your conscience approves for the job! If you choose a Commander -in - Chief for any other reason than these, you are an enemy of Nigeria! |

Different things attract different people. There is nothing weird about your case. For some guys, it is the voice, the hair, the smartness, or even the wealth of a lady that they get attracted to. As long as you are alive "downstairs," there is nothing wrong with you.

jamilkb:My brother wetin we go do? As long as our direct relatives are not affected, we are almost less concerned. It pains the heart to see how helpless the nation has become in the face of Boko Haram. One wonders why we elected leaders (both in Aso Rock) and in the House of Legislatures. But then, the time for change is near. Let's do our part and try someone else MAYBE our story will change for good. Since Jonathan's administration seems incapable of handling the security challenges of this country, we should try Buhari MAYBE our luck will shine this time around.

Jisos, even as daft as I am, I will make a better president than Jonathan. |

This will be a good step towards helping Nigeria to reclaim its lost glory. I'll say this is a right step. FeBuhari, here comes the Change we longed for... |

POLICE in Edo State are searching for a middle aged woman who bit off a man's private part and spat it out in the road after the two of them were involved in an altercation after a car accident in Benin City. Over the weekend, the middle aged man lost his life following the nasty fight with a lady. The incident which occurred around Isihor area of the city shocked the residents, considering the way and manner the heated argument between the lady and the deceased resulted to bloodshed. According to eyewitnesses, the lady ran her SUV car into the deceased man's Honda SUV, which led to a shouting bout between the two. After that, the deceased, who was said to be in the company of his brother, reportedly slapped the woman several times, which led to the fracas. One eyewitness said: “After the slap, the woman went straight to the man’s trousers. She bit off his private off and spat it on the tarred road to our greatest shock.” After the incident, the man was rushed to the University of Benin Teaching Hospital, where he gave up the ghost. So far, no arrest has been made yet but it is expected that the woman will be charged with murder. - See more at: http://www.nigerianwatch.com/news/6116-police-in-edo-state-search-for-woman-who-killed-man-by-biting-off-his-private-part#sthash.xOGvnRF3.dpuf
