frosbel:Islam came to birth out of the rejection Arabian had with the version of the fiction that was spread by the Roman catholic church. There was a philosopher born out of the heart of the middle east who openly expressed reservations about the story of the bible to his fellow scholars and how the text demonised everyone except a particular group of people; but instead of him to outrightly condemn the works as a falsity that it is, he instead sought to re-invent a brand new form of the same fiction but this version instead favoured his own people. This is said to be the reason why you can hardly distinguish the quran from the bible. And yes his name was also Muhammed btw you only need to check the history of Europe and much of the Arabian history to see that idol-worshiping is what these peoples did(do) best. These are the voices of a billion sparkling stars as they reject the nonsense; ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Ones school-of-thought is determined by ones geographical inheritance, there is NO short cut. Its either we face the truth NOW or forever keep our peace. For days, months and years we have invested all our spirituality into false HOPES and ASPIRATIONS. When common sense dictates that the only TRUE aspiration is one that which can actually be achieved in its entirety. There is so much to learn about ourselves and surroundings yet we are being taught NOT to think; what kind of psychology beats continuity. We dont need to be saved by anyone or anything because God has already given that to us countless times and i dont see that stopping anytime soon. We dont need to repent because We are NOT a guilty people. We are NOT waiting for a white or tanned man to come an eliviate US from suffering because thats just NONSENSICAL if a white or tanned man was going to descend from the skies to eliviate anyone, the first people on the list would be those that look like HIM. Its not discrimination, its common sense. We dont need to face anywhere during petition but our immediate solvable problems. We dont need salvation because we were saved the day we were allowed into the world All the ethics and moral philosophy we need to navigate the planet Earth is already present in our OWN psychology. Our ancestors, heroes and saviours deserve nothing more than the best reception. What is the point in living for somebody elses GOAL. There is so much work to be done, and yet little effort awarded to a course. Let us invoke the spirit of OUR ancestors, in everything that we partake, We need to operate as if our world has been stolen and we AIM to re-take it. We have to snap out of this daze that we are in, it is us; we are the LIGHT of OUR world nobody else. |
Did Jesus really exist as the character we have been taught about or is this just a manufactured lie that a bunch of creeps used in search of world domination? OLAADEGBU:Exactly my point, Jesus the Christ is a back-drop of many older ancient Icons like Osiris, Horus, Krishna, Buddha e.t.c The Missionaries - Christ Against The Indians This is an example of the sometimes twisted ways of humankind. There was an Indian community in the Amazon region called Panare that missionaries tried allsorts of ways to convert them to christianity but failed. The reason was simple, christianity uses some basic pricipals to stupify their audience namely: * Sin * Guilt * Punishment * Redemption/Salvation But they had a problem, Panare linguistics doesnt have words that are equivalent to the above because they were content the way they lived; all the stories of that the bible could offer were received as mere entertainment. So, the missionaries forged a plan. Have you ever heard of the expression "What have i done to deserve this; it wasnt me who killed Jesus" Well if you havent, now you have because this was the story they were to go on and construct. The deduction was that before the Indians could be made to accept repentance and salvation - both equally obscure concepts to the Panare - one had to give them something to feel guilty about. Hence, they published in excess of one thousand copies of the New Testaments that expressed that it was the Panare who killed Jesus. Here is a few transcripts of that version: The Panare killed Jesus Christ because they were wicked. Let's kill Jesus Christ, said the Panare. The Panare seized Jesus Christ. The Panare killed in this way. They laid a cross on the ground. They fastened his hands and his feet against the wooden beams, with nails. They raised him straight up, nailed. The man died like that, nailed. Thus the Panare killed Jesus Christ The New Testament continued to read: burn all the animals, burn also the earth, the heavens, absolutely everything. He will burn also the Panare themselves. It is a huge fire. I am going to hurl the Panare into the fire, said , God is good. 'Do you want to be roasted in the fire?' asks 'Do you have something to pay me with so that I won't roast you in the fire? What is it you're going to pay me?' It doesnt take a rocket-scientist to realize what payment was being demanded; submission to the christian doctrine , the abandonment of their traditional lives and their customs, and the acceptance of Christianity. The Indians were terrified. This was the terrifying statement from one of the Indian women "", I don't want to burn in the big fire. I love Jesus." It seems it was a common practice among the Christian missionaries to accuse Indians of killing the ficticious Jesus. In 1795 the London Missionary Society dispatched missionaries to Tahiti. It was four years before any of them learned enough of the local language to be able to preach a sermon to a puzzled though sympathetic audience. The Tahitians built houses for them, fed them, and provided them with servants galore, but after seven years not a single convert to Christianity had been gained. The missionaries opted for a more brutal tactic reduced the local chief called Pomare to an alcoholic and then offered him backing in a war against other islands chiefs by supplying firearms (the enemy having only wooden clubs to defend themselves). But Pomare would be backed in a war against the other island chiefs on the understanding that his victory would be followed by enforced conversion. Since Pomare was supplied with firearms to be used against its opponents' clubs, victory was certain. 'The whole nation was said to have been converted in a day. These are the deceptive tactics used by the missionaries to sell their lies. The deceptive tactics would involve imitation of the religious ideas of other their targeted and or other philosophies, and to persecute people to win their souls for a ficticious character called Jesus. Again you can read for yourself: The Missionaries: god Against the Indians by Norman Lewis |
@OLAADEBU In my opinion the problem has little to do with the STORY of creation according to the bible, but rather the source from where it came. The entire synopsis of the biblical as well as the quranic narative of Noah was stripped from other mythologies; especially the ancient Egyptian narative. In short, what we have is a case of complete plagiasrism of other philosophies re-packaged. If you doubt anything that i've written, you only need check the TRUTH out for yourself. |

Please do NOT take offence with my response, but i was going to second ATLgal and add also that so that you'll "mo iyi" to the fullest my advice is you to take up a crash course or two in the basics of the Yoruba language. I think there are e-courses on the internet that could give you a head start. My recommendation is Colloquial Yoruba - Colloquial Series by Yetunde Folarin (Note: Accompanying audio material is available to purchase separately on CD/MP3 format) - and this is NOT an advert, because i dont have vested interest. http://isbndb.com/d/book/colloquial_yoruba.html Goodluck! |

ATLgal:Precisely! Did you also know that during the hollocausts there were british slave-ships with twisted names like "Good Intentions", "Good Tiding" they even had a slave ship called Jesus. Anyhow, there is new evidence that infact suggest that black Africans were travelling to the Americas even before Christpher Colombus. PAGAN 9JA:That they abolished slavery doesnt award them any credit whatsoever, Let me give an example Lets assume I am a hired assasin that is paid to shoot and kill, now throughout my "career" i have killed 1,200 peole by shooting them with a sniper rifle in the head. Now after a certain while, i choose to retire. Question: Do i deserve to be praised since i have now retired from killing people? Britain were the worst perpetrators of the hollocaust, they were so twisted that do you know what some of their ships where named? If anyone ask where i am from, my answer is determined by the tone in which the question was asked. And yes black in the UK is completely different from in the US, because in the UK the likelyhood of a black prime minister is very slim whereas the US have already elected a black president. The cultural divide in the UK is very much alive as in discrimination is rife. Inshort, nothing has changed in the UK, white folks still inexplicably hate most blacks with a passion |
PAGAN 9JA:I cannot believe i'm actually having to respond to a topic of this gravity. This is it! Most of us Africans suffer from religious psychosis. Some of us are so blinded with lies and deception from foreign doctrines that we cannot see straight. The BIBLE & QURAN are both frauds. They both contain stories that have been fabricated and or copied from other mythologies. Infact in my opinion i think i'm accurate in saying that the bible and the quran are nothing more than relative books that reflects the personnal desires of some of the most mentally twisted and sadistic rulers in history. A word is enough for the wise. Do NOT throw your heritage away because of a manufactured lie that was meant as a psychological weapon against us. Most of the stories in either the bible or the quran are representsations of other more older myths, plagiarized to suit the mood of a particular peoples. Let me give you quick examples Adam and Eve in the garden: This was derived from an ancient sumerian myth about Enki & Ninti. Please go and check this. Jesus or Isa: This character was derived from atleast five different characters i.e Budha, Osiris, Horus, Krishna, They share similarities as in twelve disciples, walk on water, immaculate birth, resurrection e.t.c Wake uP! Strides:Funny enough thats my wish too. But the strange gods i'm refering to are the one my brothers and sisters are losing their identities over. @ D Sage: I cant argue with that sir (although truth be told, daddy wasnt actually a president, he held the office of premier; but who cares we all love you Papa Awo) ![]() However, mthe point i make is that the term dictator is an allegory that EU and America use to criminalize a so-called third world leader that isnt co-operating with them. Its got nothing to do with the validity of such leaders mandate; its a way of criminalising somone who hasnt done wrong. And thats what applied to Idi Amin and Gadahfi. Did you know what they called Papa Mandela during the Apartheid regime? |
tEsLim: PAGAN 9JA:Both of you are kind of right (although the "devil" is ficticious); so if we combine both your answers we can conclude that they are both the work of evil people. I dont know why i'm arguing over a fictitious object but i just wanted to feed your thought either way. In the Sumerian tale, which predated the biblical by thousands of years, the ark was built by Ziusudra; in Akkad, he was Atrakhasis, and in Babylon, Uta-Napisthim. Deucalion was a Greek character, "who repopulated the earth after a similar story" and after the ark landed on Mt. Parnassos. Xisuthros was Armenian with the same similar flood story, "whose ark landed on Mt. Ararat. And then you got Menu from India. In the Sumero-Armenian Canon, Ziusudra/Xisuthros had three sons, including one named "Japetosthes," essentially the same as Noah's son Japheth, also related to Pra-japati or Jvapeti, son of the Indian Menu, whose other sons possessed virtually the same names as those of Noah, i.e., Shem and Ham. Prof George Henry Bateson Wright says in Was Israel ever in Egypt? "Coincidentally," it was said that the Egyptian deity Osiris was "cosy" in his own ark on the very same day that Noah was likewise so disposed, as related in Suns of God [flash=300,300] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nPXKuqLQ63o[/flash] |
I'm not here to preach to you about why we should or shouldnt love or and fall in love with black Americans you only need to look, read, see and testify for yourself about the great things a people can accomplish even in the front of adversity. |
I'm afraid there's much we dont know about African Americans; or let me put it this way, Theres much we are NOT teaching and being taught about black Americans because we are to busy trying to teach ourselves about the European ideology. I was under the opinion that we already knew the European ideology and what it represents, it represents deception, oppression, stealth robbery and everything else that can be deemed anti-African. For instance, did you know that there are more than 2000 inventions credited to black Americans that many people dont know about and those who know about them dont talk enough about. For instance; Isaac Gillam one of Nasa's former directors; Elijah McCoy a great engineer that had more than 57 patents; Madam C J Walker the first ever female American millionaire; Daniel Williams the first ever cardiologist to perform a successfull open-heart surgery, Lewis Latimer who invented the flourescent & fillaments in a light bulb and is in Americas Inventors Hall of fame for his contribution in lighting up the entire states at the time, Charles Drew the great physician that was involved in breakthroughs in blood transfusion and ultimately was responsible for the technology behind the sustenace of the blood banks e.t.c (and those are just a tip off the ice berg, ) Yes, i think Africans should be very proud of Black Americans. In my oinion, Noah's Ark is nothing but a very big and elaborate fabrication. It just didnt, doesnt and might never have ever existed in the context in which has been potrayed. Over the centuries, many people have tried and failed to find evidence for this implausible tale, largely looking around a mountain in Turkey called Ararat. The fact is that there have been floods and deluge stories in many different parts of the world, including but not limited to the Middle East. I'm a suck-up for continual success so i agree with seun on this one; if there's a fundamental need to change anything on NL, "looks" may NOT be considered to be top of the list IMHO. |
@D Sage in my book i like to tell it as it is; call a spade a spade and NOT and instrument for digging up stuff. A problem arises when we Africans have been so messed up by our opressors that we cannot even think on our own feet; we cant even identify with our great personnel. Most of these guys you mentioned are individuals that have (or are bound to have) their names inscribed into the continents hall of fame for good reasons. * Idi Amin: Africa's most decorated military leader (the last king of Scotland), it was he that drew the line in the sand regarding British micro involvement in the region. If not for bold people like him, we would be in worse shape atm. * Ghadafhi: One of the most patriotic African leaders in recent times * Bongo Omar: The continents longest serving president in history (which could be seen as positive or negative i guess). So if according to YOU these men are so-called dictators, i would like to see the list of African leaders that YOU call Great. lakal: Yorubaland stretches further than Nigeria!True talk! Apart from Western Africa, Yoruba "settlements" can be found in places like Jamaica, Brazil, Cuba e.t.c |
D sage:@D sage: I think we are misunderstanding each other, firstly in my opinion there is NOT one single African leader in the last 100years that i would call a "Dictator". In my opnion, the regimes that harbour dictators are all in Europe & North America. You only need to define the term and you might see what i mean, So if you first get rid of the smoke screen that causes you to allow outside influence define who Our leaders are then that would be great. Secondly, didyou watch the video of the brave Ivorian Young'ens that were trying to hault French tanks from driving up towards their capital? Let me remind you that the "African leader" that was the subject of attack is being branded by western media as a "dictator" - one that rigged an election; when infact most of the population love this guy. Now, if he was "as" defined by the western media machine do you think young teenagers, men & woman would be wiling to lay their own lives on the line to try & intervene? Finally, do not get sucked into the lies and spins by Africa's number one enemies of progress (because thatas what the EU & America are); they themselves are prepared to order one of their own planes to drop a bomb on country A & tell them (country A) that their neigbhours country B did it, so as to cause a ripple that they might eventually take advantage of. Thats the type of twisted people these regime harbours. |
This is what the Europeans & Arabs would happily have you forget! So they can claim it as their OWN like they are attempting with Kemet (commonly known as Egypt). How i thank our fore-fathers and fore-mothers for NOT giving up in the face of perscution and turmoil. If they had given-up like some of the north Africans did, i wonder what greater lies we would have been faced with today. Europeans & Arabs call us Idol worshipers, when they're the ones who that outfit best suits; one only needs study Roman, Greek and Arabian (not Arabic but Arabian) mythology to catch the drift. Africans have never worshiped so-called idols (its a foreign thing) and never will, we celebrate our HEROES and rightfully so!
