@the poster, there is nothing wrong with that. In the east, electoral bodies do not build polling stations but makes use of town halls, village squares etc.

On development plans, I suggested that Asaba should be developed by the governors.
On state creation, the Igbo in Delta state have been demanding for a separate state since 1951.
If I may ask, will you be happy when states are created in future and there is no Anioma state but Ijebu, Ibadan, etc are created?.
