Look I lost my uncle on the 29th of July this year. He was a retired level 15 staff of Nigeria Airways. My uncle got his last pension under the PDP government(Yar Adua & Jonathan govt.) before his demise. APC and Buhari government killed my uncle. Last year September he approved over 40billion to be paid to pensioners, my uncle who was on his own started going to be bank regularly trekking a 1km distance to the bank to confirm if the money has been paid.

I live in LAGOS and I can mention several project he initiated and completed, numerous projects. I will list them here for all to see.
1) The LASUTH hospital ikeja.
Ambode remodernised the hospital, created a packing lot, completed the surgery center started by Fashola, built gardens by road side from under the bridge to lagos state high court.
2) He remodernised the bridges in Ikeja and almost all roundabouts in Lagos was builtified by this man.
3) He lighted up all the roads in Lagos, all majors roads in Lagos.
4) He's the only governor who has touched inner roads in Lagos.
5) Security in Lagos is almost to been perfect.
6) Modernised all government schools in the state.
7) Created new jobs for lagosians.
This man gave Lagos a new FACE

All of these and so many more he is doing. I do not see how is the governor for his family and friends, there is no story of him appointing his family and friends in public offices. What is his crime?

Prior to now he was Tinubu's favorite and puppet. What has he done wrong? Where did he go wrong? Tinubu firms was known to be handling most of the contracts in the states. Why can't he let Ambode be the governor of the people? Why can't he be allowed to perform on people's mandate given to him?

This is totally and completely against DEMOCRACY. This is WRONG! There has never been anywhere an incumbent governor isn't allowed to go for a second term

My question is should Ambode be a governor of the people or be a governor for the party leaders and the elites? I don't understand.

We are clamoring for a government and democracy free from Godfatherism.

Ambode has set up a good structure in place to develop and take Lagos to a giant stride. APC must not allow dispute, arrogance and selfishness destroy their Party chances in the poll in 2019

For your info, all associations, cooperatives, political groups etc are behind Sanwo-Olu. The entire APC structure; 50+ LCDA heads, almost all Assembly members and even Ambode's own cabinet members are all behind Sanwo-Olu. The candidate of the Justice group, the 2nd biggest caucus in Lagos APC after Tinubu's Mandate group, Hamzat, has also backed down for Sanwo-Olu. Where is Ambode's hope? In God? I don't think so. You can ask the Chapel of Light priest he threw out.

If I were Ambode, I will step down from the primaries, support Sanwo-Olu and make amends with the party chiefs. Stay as Governor till May 2019 and do all possible to support the candidate. Then take the necessary appointment that will be available at the Federal level.

I can't believe your assertion on this issue, I really can't place my head and understand the point you are trying to make. My question is has Ambode being a bad governor, has he not performed in his first term, what and where did he go wrong? All the party leaders, LCDAs heads, and legislators are only against Ambode because of TINUBU. This is a shameless and visible godfatherism playing it's politics here.

He went live on LTV immediately and told all parties to calm down and He praised tinubu and the party structure and promised to align with the party. Mind you that almost half of the party structure supported fashola but he never turned on tinubu or the party while albode cannot even boast 10 percent of support from the party.Same fashola that didn't support Ambodes candidature and even fired Ambode from his cabinet campaigned vigorously for ambode simply because he understood the party is supreme. This Ambode is throwing the party under the bus

Ambode is blackmailing the party by saying in his press conference that the only way Buhari can win Lagos is if he remains as governorship candidate. Ambode or no ambode, I as a person will not vote Buhari. Buhari has been demystified and is not the enigma he once was. Fashola was imposed. Ambode was imposed. Now sanwaolu imposed. Nothing new even though it's wrong

All in all, i have always said , tinubu is powerful but not that powerful such that 99 percent of the party structure is against ambode. Even fashola and muiz banire that are against tinubu in a way are not supporting Ambode. This press conference is a new low but I still wish him and his advisers/supporters all the best

What Ambode has done is exactly the same thing I would have done. Prior to this conference Ambode has tried to resolved all loose ends with Tinubu and other party chieftain, he has met with the national leaders of the party, and even met with the president to resolve the crises in the party but the Lagos big wigs are hell bent on embarrassing him out of office. Of course you don't expect him to go down without a fight.

what Ambode has done is the case of "Pikin wey say him mama no go sleep himself no go sleep". He is creating future damage for the party if in case he loses the party ticket and with Lagosians knowing this allegations against Sanwo Olu then he will be rest assured of loosing Lagos.

In my view Ambode did a smart thing that name calling and slandering this guy. Let's see who laughs last.
