We never underestermaited them. We over estermaited the regional peace keeping force. We assumned they would do there job. SA never went in to CAR to fight the rebels. We where there to protected asserts. And we succssed in protecting them.

People need to get this notion that SA was there to stop the rebels out of there head. There was a group for that and they faild. Chad alone had 500 solders there in total there where about 1000 regional solders who had AFV. Yet they bolted when the rebels attacked.

SA was forced to fight a fight it niether wanted to or was prepaird to do and did a verry good job.
