Make Uzoho no near that pitch. I will rather they leave the post empty.
Unfortunately, he is coming on now.

Super Eagles needs to defend 3 times better now.

I just pray Nwabali's injury is not that serious... If it is, then that quarter final is gonna be something else.

God help us.

As it stands, Uzoho will have to come in for Nwabali.

Same time Vincent Aboubakar of Cameroon is coming in.

Double wahala!!! embarassed

Sigh... Dem wan wound our keeper o.

Abi Uzoho pay them?!!! embarassed undecided

Cameroonian players are trying to take out Nwabali... They need to find a weakness in Naija defense at all cost.

Ekong and Aina should wake up.

Our keeper has not been tested
That clueless Cameroonian attack can't test even an average keeper, except the team they are playing is piss poor.

Nigeria is through to the Quarter finals, except they choose to go to sleep in the second half.

Dna is not needed.. Onana and this guy are truly cousins.
It's the entire team abeg.

Attack is clueless
Midfield is non-existent
Defense is all over the place.

A better attacking team would be leading by 3 goals now.

This is the worst Cameroonian side I have seen in over 2 decades of watching Afcon.

I kid you not.

The cameroonian keeper caused it.
I know... Still, credit to Osimhen.

The keeper was so focused on him that he neglected the danger from Lookman.

Chukwueze and Simon would never have squared that ball to Lookman... Never!!!

Can't believe this goalkeeper is the best goalkeeper in the whole of Cameroon
Just look at their defense and attack as well!

This is a disgrace... Cameroon should be playing better than this.

No wonder they stood no chance against Senegal.

Cameroon attack is just clueless and laughable... Song should better do something.

No wonder Senegal cruised past them.

God bless you Osimhen for not being selfish.

Lovely goal... That was great of Osimhen to stay on his feet, and not try to score.

Ademola Lookman! You are awesome to watch.

How is that a offside? someone should explain to me cos I don't get it
The goalkeeper left his line swapping positions with a defender, and Ajayi was in that line after the keeper when the first shot came in.

That is clear offside for Ajayi according to FIFA rules.

Goal cancelled... Sweet life line to Cameroon.

Super Eagles need to keep up this pressure, and they will get their goal before halftime.
Sports › Re: Nigeria Vs.Cameroon: AFCON Round Of 16. (2 - 0) On 27th January 2024 by Angelfrost(m): 9:09pm On Jan 27, 2024
Naija defense has been solid so far... If they remain alert and committed, Cameroon will really struggle to score.

We just need to find a way to convert chances.

Cameroon defense seems all over the place... Wise of Onana to hide on the bench.

Goal number one for Naija!!! We have done it!!! cool

Which one be five defender?.

Attacking what?!! Without a creative and working midfield...!

The coach failed to work out the midfield before the tournament. He has no choice but to go this route throughout the competition.

The fact that the first choice goalkeeper of Manchester United doesn't even start for Camerooon shows how badly Onana has fallen off.

Simply pathetic.
When we tell good players to avoid that club and Chelsea, they think we are joking around.

Onana is the scapegoat for Man United this season. cool

United always has one every season.

Maguire has handed over the mantle to him. grin

Super Eagles drew with Equatorial Guinea, and scrapped past their last 2 opponents...!

Do we call them average too?!!

Angola is more or less in the Quarterfinals... That's more than average, Chief.

Sorry bro... This comment is meant for @yemmit90

Lolz, that is how an average team looks like when playing a poor team. If not for Namibia, Angola is not a candidate of quarter final.

Anointed kini??! Mtchewwww.

I understand that his wingers have been selfish and stupid, especially Chukwueze, and they have no link up play from defense to attack due to the glaring absence of creative midfielders...!

Still, for a top striker in a top league, he has been bang average. undecided

Senegal and Morocco might even get knocked out before semifinals.

What do you have to say with the current result?

He saved his Nation from a goal deficit, and now his nation has a 2 goals surplus.

Life is all about RISK !
That was an unnecessary and unprofessional risk, especially when nothing was really at stake so early in the game.

If a player tries such in Guardiola or Ferguson's team, they will chop bench for the rest of the season.

They showed so much promise in the victory over Tunisia, only for them to go and ship in 4 unanswered goals against South Africa.
South Africa is another team that is not messing around...!

Good for them...!

My question remains... How long before this happens again?!!

At what point will the entire nation become secure and free from terrorism?!!

This can't be rocket science na.

Nigeria under the military rule didn't have terrorists running haywire all over the nation...

Nigerian soldiers literally had next to nothing to do that they only saw action when drafted under Ecomog to maintain peace in other African nations.

What did they do right back then, and what are we doing wrong under this civilian rule?!!

All y'all do is pray and curse... Yet, things just keep getting worse.

You Nigerians make atheists seem believable that God doesn't exist.

When we should take action and compel change, we rather take the lazy and brainless route of praying and cursing...

As if prosperous nations where such nonsense don't happen have prayer warriors praying round the clock.

If Israel chose to solely hide in their temples and houses to pray against Hamas, would their nation not have been overrun by now?!!

If all America did after 9/11 was to pray and curse Bin Laden and his group, would America still be standing now?!!

Imagine the First Lady and other leaders calling for prayers as the only way out for Nigeria!!!...

This nation is just irredeemable.

SMH!!!
