@ Post

You can go for your PhD and still have a family. Im afraid if you drop it, you will regret it for the rest of your life. It might create some form of 'hate' towards your husband later on in life,

Id say go for it. Marriages these days are not guaranteed. What if you and your separate 5-10 years down the line? Can you imagine how you would feel towards him or even yourself?

Politics / Re: Re: Marcdunu- Like Zuma Like Atiku: Corruption And Incompetence In Tango by Angelheart: 7:36am On Nov 27, 2010
RSA:

I don't know much about Atiku but I could comment on President Zuma as a head of State of South Africa.

Few will disagree with me when I say that under his leadership a lot have been archived both economically and socially. He has been very critical about corruption and made it one of his top priority, crime have gone down dramatically, new infections of HIV has been reduced, few AIDS related death have been reported due to his rollout of free treatment for all inffected. He took his HIV test in public. He has fired 8 or so Ministers who are not perfoming and replaced them with new ones. His govement is spending more on upgrading infrustrcture in all cities around the country, there by creating hundred housands of jobs.

Yes he came to the office with a big cloud over his head but so far he has done nothing but dedicated himself to working for his country. And yes also I won't dispute that he has his faults but then he is a human being and he is not perfect,Just like Obama.

RSA Ntja mme!!

Zuma niks!!! NIKS at all!!!
Foreign Affairs / Re: Osama Bin Laden Is Dead by Angelheart: 7:33am On Nov 27, 2010

Romance / Re: Sex Before Marriage Or Been Impregnated Before Marriage! by Angelheart: 9:25am On Aug 06, 2010
I certainly would not advise having a baby out of marriage. Too much Dramam and STress. In South Africa, if a couple is not wed, the baby belongs to its mother and her family. The baby will have the mother's surname and all the traditional ritulals will be that of the mothers. So, it thus creates friction between the two families as they also want a share of the baby. It is ALWAYS best to marry first and automatically, the baby will have its father's surname.

Child with light skin,
Your skin is so beautiful
Bathed in warm milk.
Young woman with waist as tender
As even an honey bee might envy
Your lips are soft and supple.
O, that I would kiss your lips
My lips would never part from them
And should my lips part from them
I would not wash my face again

Hello my star from the east
Where the day star comes to life.

SA LADY! O e shapile Mama!
@RSA: It sounds even better in English. Yes, ke le Model C!!
Politics / Re: South Africa Deports 47 Nigerians by Angelheart: 12:32pm On Jul 27, 2010
Chongaiman:

Na wa o! See how SA wicked us! 47 people deported! Back in 9ja, we love each other too much!
This brotherly love must have been responsible for the Boko Haram and Jos crises, incessant kidnappings and the wrestling bouts at the House of Reps.

Seriously though, I met a fellow 9jarian in Monrovia back in 2007. His job: pushing wheelbarrow! It got me intrigued - why would he spend money to move to Liberia just to push wheelbarrow as if all the wheelbarrows in Ogbete and Bodija markets had finished. I learned from other 9jarians that the guy was a wanted armed robber in 9ja and the picture became clearer. The guy was eager to get my phone number! Him don see mugu! I was also shown one who was a drug peddler. So shameful.

wink

Moreover, the ONLY deported 47!! ONLY 47! There are about 200 000 illegal Nigerians residing in South Africa! 70% of them are just messing up!!
