Your dad takes them to his bank and submit. All things being equal ie no signature issues, the dividends not later than 12 years will be credited to his account. If otherwise the respective registrars will advice on the way forward.

N.B: For DFM your dad is getting a pay off not only dividend because Olam already bought the coy over and it has been delisted from the NSE
