However, if you still want to just do it to secure a second passport for your child and probably not considering the PR you will get in brazil for you as parents, you can try countries like Chile, Argentina,Peru, Panama or some other south america countries. Actually, most south and north america countries offer citizenship by birth to children of foreign parents, just that Brazil has more advantages than others, so if you are still willing, I will advice you to try other countries asap and secure the second passport for your child and then for the next baby, you plan for Brazil so your whole family can eat and benefit from the good fruit of the Brazil land Cheers
