I remember the day my girlfriend Father caught me, after her many sneaks! I was taking her home, when she spotted her dad's car on our way, Our instincts was to speed off to their house, drop her before he gets home. We did get to the house on time, came to get her stuff in the trunk, rushed a kiss and She ran into the house, while I rushed to drive off from their gate. Interestingly, the Father was standing at the Balcony, and saw everything. His car had only one occupant, the employed driver. That ended our 2 years of sneaking in and out, and the Man invited me into his house afterwards. For strange reasons, when he was talking to me I began to sweat, and developed a running stomach. His voice was too deep!
I love such twilight stories, so what happened next ![]() |
I always told my mum I was going to the cyber cafe to browse(cyber cafes were trending then), then I'd go to his house and spend the whole day. One day my mum told me, "everyday u're going to the cafe, one day that cafe will come to you and I hope u'd be ready to accommodate it for nine months". Fear catch me no be small ![]() |
pkween: And for how long should the engagement ring be worn?I think that should be a question for another day. |

walcolm: To sideload without a pc is a bit technical. Mystiqme: Update to the leaked 10.2.XXXX OS...lolI'll wait till it's officially out. Can't deal with the wahalas that come with these leaks. Thanks guys |
I travelled home from school for the easter break April 2008. Later that night at about 8pm my friends called me to come hang out with them somewhere at the end of the street since its been a while they saw me. I remember my mum asking me to leave my phone at home since it was late but I told her nothing would happen. 5 blocks down the street, I heard someone behind me calling "Uche, Uche", I turned to see that it was just two of us walking down the road as it was the Holy Thursday so everyone was in church. I stopped to tell him I was not Uche and that he was probably mistaking me for someone else, but before I could say anything he grabbed me with his left hand, his right hand inside his bogus black jeans, clutching something (whatever it was) . He said I shouldn't try to scream or he would shoot me. I doubt if he actually was holding a gun but didn't want to find out. He then asked me to give him my phone, i was hesitant but he overpowered me and took it from my hand. I asked him to let me take my sim card but he hissed and disappeared into the dark night in two seconds. I eventually met up with my friends who felt bad about the whole thing and even blamed themselves for asking me to come out. Can't even start talking about my mum ![]() Now the interesting thing about this story is that the stolen phone wasn't mine. It belonged to my room mate who begged me to use my Motorola Razor to show off at her sister's wedding that easter so we exchanged before travelling to our separate destinations. Could u believe that after narrating my ordeal to her when we got back to school, she didn't even blink nor ask what we would do knowing very well my phone was more expensive than hers 3 folds. Couldn't blame her though, she wanted the phone right from the day I bought it, and she eventually got it ![]() |
cdamsel: I for listen to u but then I remember u don't use a BB

Things like this I love seeing after a hard day at work ![]() Ok so I played temple run on someone's iPhone today and it was really sleek. lady gogo: Well. you can be engaged with a ring for 10 years without even doing proper introduction(two families meeting), and without a ring and get married in six months. hehehehe! Which would you prefer? The ring doesnt mean squat. Cheating spouses are enough evidence. Thanks my lady |
idrezee: ..........and I tot I v seen dem all #shocked# someone u luv propose wit a ring and u'll keep it under ur bed incase it'll drive oda suitors away, goodness! It means u'll b accommodating oda suitors even after u v said YES 2 his proposal den, dats bad and u know it. Why'll u even collect a ring from somebody u doubt will marry u? "The ring'll chase away other suitors" a grown woman just wrote dat. M not better dan u but pls change, dats 2 bad. God pls help me and my fwendz not 2 fall into wrong hands.Don't misquote me. I didn't say I won't marry him, that's every woman's dream, to marry someone they love. But what if in the course of the supposed "engagement" something happens and you both eventually don't get married? What happens? Who will the shame be upon? Of course it would be easy for you to ask "what could possibly go wrong?", but I tell you i've seen and heard a lot of things happening to our young girls all because they won't make use of their stupi..d brains. Look around, the most serious relationships don't propose with a ring, heck...they don't even have to propose at all because they both already know where they are headed. Giving u an engagement ring is not a guarantee that he would eventually get married to you, no matter how much you think he loves you until he has done the necessary introduction and marital rites. There is plenty of time to wear a ring after u say "I do" whether in court, in a church or under the tree . Ladies be guided! |
sheylarhh: Half of my hard earned fortune is too much... But i'll make sure i donate like 1/4 to charityEven 1/4 is too much still. Michael Jackson himself didn't do it |
A fraction maybe, but half? NO |
Even if he proposes with a ring, I just won't wear it till we r ready to head to the alter. What's the point flaunting an engagement ring, chasing away other suitors and then the wedding eventually doesn't take place ![]() |
hydrocarbon: Shuuuu after all the flenchorin and all one not,so na the woman be thisHe loves her like that! Eat your heart out ![]() |
Seun: You're lyingThis is just too funny ![]() |
Olajumokeibk: Who re dose biitches looking brighter than their futureThis cracked me up real hard ![]() |
That Toke lady is very pretty tho |
Forgive me cos am no hater, but I really see nothing about this "traditional marriage". There's no cheerfulness, no love, the bride doesn't even look happy (unlike when we saw tuface and annie do theirs). Something is definitely missing out here. Well maybe I didn't get to see enough pictures sha, just maybe. Wish them both a blissful marriage and of course more babies. God bless |
If you truly desire to win, yansh the camp commandant. Because he'll surely be among the panel of judges. Best Wishes!
People like you should not be allowed anywhere near the top, becos ur female subjects will be at ur mercy....... #smh |
Marthosky: shey na pagentShe asked for tips to win miss NYSC ooooooo, not miss World My tips: don't take things too seriously because a lot of people will be there to see if they can match your beauty with your brains....yeah,some will actually be there to watch u flop. know things like the name of ur state coordinator, when NYSC started, the names of the different outfits in ur kit (jungle boots, tennis shoes etc)....just try reading up a few things in the NYSC brochure if u have been given any. Learn a few dance moves, u might also be asked to match in ur 8/8 attire. In all, just be urself! Answer questions politely, don't waste time if u don't know the answer, just tell them u have no idea, smile and be cheerful but never over do things. Wish you the best |

Originalsly: You should leave that church....how would you benefit spiritually with such rubbish?...is the church a place to promote arguments? I guess your church is a fun place. Are you ok? |
felzylix: Blame the serpent, who was alone with an unclad gurl, n all he could do was to make her disobey the lords commandment... SMHThe serpent didn't force her to disobey, she did so willingly ![]() |
These atheists have an intelligent way of twisting people's minds Was going to blame eve for eating from the tree she was asked not to touch, but reading the comments...... Well done! |
walcolm: It's like you using your phone to call yourself on that same lineU can dear, maybe not for bb10 but u can People use it to monitor changes and delays in network by checking their own DPs, PMs and pings |
walcolm: I use screen capture and I crop off areas that are not important if the picture is very largeOk thanks |
walcolm: Cropping is currently the way to reduce the size of a picture. Picture resizing by reducing dimensions is still missingEven when I crop, they are still never below 300KB. Sometimes I have to re crop the already cropped one, but no changes. I still wonder how you guys are able to post snap shots of what you want to share here. Its a little frustrating |
Pls how do I resize photos so I can post them on here. They are never below 300KB |
IRONY OF LIFE: you see the wives of billionaires running from one doctor to doctor for one fertility test to another just so she can have a baby. Some end up going abroad spending millions of naira on invitro fertilization even when they know the success rate is about 25% Now somewhere in the same country, a woman puts to bed triplets and the husband takes to his heels as he has no kobo to take care of his family with. God help us all |
Husband of 3 years, we haven't even talked about the ones they must have had before the triplets arrived. Why do people with little or no income in the society make the most babies Why bring them into the world and then allowing them to suffer by roaming the streets begging for financial assistance? Some will end up giving them away to rich relatives who will then subject them to more suffering by mal treating them |
O2tvseries is the best!!!! Thanks to whoever shared it own here |
petaling: BB10 users, which browser do you use that can download large file? Do you have UC browser in the BB10 app world?Define large file in this context? Well the normal bb10 browser can download anything without any problems, except u may need a wifi connection |
