Propaganda!!! All Foreign trips for the President are organized by the ministry of foreing affairs in conjuction with the country's embassy and the host country.
Usually an advance party of officials arrives ahead of the President to make all arrangements in preparation for the coming of the President and his Offical entourage. Bookings and hotel accomodation are prepared in advance before the President's arrival.
Thereafter payment of hotel bills and other expences incured are done by the foriegn office as soon as the President is about to leave. I have never seen a situation where a SITTING President pays his hotel bills from his pockets.
The originator of this article should find someone else to decieve.
Lol. Don't mind all these snake and monkey tales. Who believes them anyway?

A Governor that sought to pitch Kalabari people against the people of Bayelsa state? A Governor that tried without success to pitch Rivers people against Akwa ibomites and Abians? That man took billions to fund APC campaign when pensioners were being owed. That man took billions and looted it with the fraud of light-rail project. That man embarrassed Rivers state on March 28 and April 11 along with Afonja Peterside
Like I said we can score him F9 in other areas but in Education and Healthcare he passed with flying colours.

All these were in his first term. His treachery started in his second term. His personal beef with some people in the last administration was worth more than rivers state governance. In fact, the state paid dearly for it.
It's true he was embroiled in a bitter feud during his tenure but for all his faults we cannot say he neglected education. His attention to education and health care remain some of his strong points as a governor.

History will always remember Amaechi for the traitor that he is.
That's not true, under Amaechi education got a huge boost in the state. Very many schools, primary and secondary, were renovated and modernised. R/kwuta Girls was one of the few that was overlooked for some reason but on the whole government schools in Rivers state are much better thanks to Amaechi.

People shouldn't be worried that Buhari hasn't appointed any ministers yet, in fact the longer he takes the more he may be able to save the country a few bucks in terms of salaries for the ministers. smiley

Buhari was toppled 30th May 2015.
All subsequent images of him including appearance at summits were recorded between 1st April and 27th May 2015 and being presented as current events.

There are video evidence proving the president was not present at live sessions of African leaders at the recent AU summit.

Fellow Nigerians you have been disenfranchised!

You voted General Buhari but you are getting Yemi Osinbajo, you voted for change but you getting continuation of cluelessness by the backdoor.
Wherever he maybe may the gods bless our General.
This post lends credence to the suspicion that this character's grasp on reality is on the loose side.

Why are non Muslims, those who are not expected to wear the face veil or hijab, clamouring with fervour for this ban here? Even before this move by the Chadian government and the new security threat it may pose many people here had always opposed this practise. Why are they so hurt because of the way others practise their religion?

How about these:

"Which is more dangerous, the dagger brandished by an enemy, or the hidden one pressed to your back by someone you never even see?"

"When you find yourself in bed with an ugly woman, best close your eyes, get it over with."

"So many men, they risk so little. They spend their whole lives avoiding danger, and then they die. I'd risk everything to get what I want."

"If war were arithmetic: the mathematicians would rules the world "

Most Noble Families do not see him as a threat whatsoever because of his humble beginnings. We all know he can NEVER be King but Hand of the King is very possible. As for slitting his throat, goodluck with that.
Word. Disappointments are greatly reduced when supporting House Baelish. If there is anything that is constant in Westeros it is chaos and House Baelish thrives on chaos. While others are destroyed and shattered through conflict and chaos we only get better and stronger - the uber antifragile house. Petyr is the most underrated player in this game and yet he has stood the test of time and is even poised for more greatness. And if he fails? What do we lose... " a mere brothel keeper".

People should join House Baelish. It is the only House where one is guaranteed minimal heartbreak. The Lannisters, Starks, Baratheon and Martels have all left their supporters in tears and disappointment. Wise up guys

Ignorance is bliss but before u accuse, ask questions.

How many companies were part of the Ajaokuta steel company?. How many employees do they have? Calculate the contractors and all their employees. FYI they worked for Ajaokuta steel indirectly.
Kindly show how you arrived at a workforce of "over 150,000". So you mean that the steel plant had more staff than say the Nigerian Army? Substantiate your claim by citing some kind of evidence. I know you just made that up so we'll let that slip for now lest we derail this thread with this side issue. Just don't do it again.

My brother, its wise to understand people before you talk rather than pouring out insult. I sure won't speak to you in same Manner because you sound childish.

One quick point against urs. Ajaokuta steel company was built and managed by Russia, it was booming, employed over 150,000 people. Today, its managed by Indians, its completely dead and the workforce is less than 3000. They're struggling to resuscitate it nevertheless, but the rot is massive.

So when the Nuclear plants are transferred to Nigerians, 30years after what will happen? Think about the future before you defend the indefensible.
Where do you people pull out these figures from? Lalaland? Ajeokuta steel plant employed over 150,000 people? Na wa.

The episode was an hour long. Showing everything won't make sense. They used the time to show sansa escaping which is better than watching an enemy win in battle. Also, they had to show Cersei's walk of shame.
Do you really want to watch the enemy win in battle? I know I don't want to
This House of Baratheon guy. Lol. There were no favorites for me during that battle. Neither Stannis nor Bolton deserve Winterfell. You better move to House Baelish, while sitting on the iron throne might be beyond him he will always continue to rise and find relevance no matter the situation. The only play that will see House Baelish knocked out is if the white walkers conquer all of Westeros.

A MATHEMATHICAL ANALYSIS OF THE PROPOSED #5000 STIPEND FOR THE UNEMPLOYED NIGERIAN YOUTHS WITH A SUGGESTIVE WAYFORWARD......falemara bidemi.

Now let's go mathematical, 5000naira * 20million proposed beneficiaries = 10billion naira monthly..
10billion naira * 12months = 120billion naira expended on this social scheme.

Error.

5,000 * 20,000,000=100,000,000,000 not 10,000,000,000

You're pretending to be intelligent.
There is nothing in those tweets worth rereading twice. No one can force you to take money you find obscene. It is not a criminal offence to reject allowances.
So the tweets to your mind looked like sly justification or acceptance of the allowance?

If this is what people understood from it then, the situation is worse than I feared.

As in! I'm reading all the comments above and wondering if our people can't comprehend simple things at all. How do his tweets translate to "changing mouth". Jeez.
I have long since given up on the comprehension capabilities of most of the people here. The bulk of them are steeped in ignorance spite and senseless prejudice beyond redemption. It's best to leave them to their devices, hopefully with time they will tire of seeing the world through the lopsided lenses of bias. Or maybe not.

Lol, sharp guy. He's now hiding under RMAFC to justify the bogus allowance he and his colleagues are about to receive. I taught he said he will go to the senate to fight this same bogus allowances and same old way of doing things. Huh, he now realises he needs consensus. Anyway, anybody who takes this man serious as regards fighting corruption is just wasting his time. He's not different from the rest.
Obviously the thrust of his tweets flew right over your head. Reread them one more time.

Ah but readers do appreciate the tv series, many of them sure do. It's been an interesting filler while we wait for the next installments. And we have been told that the series will run on a different plot from the books in a marked way next season. I want the books out quickly because, well the wait has been too long, the last book was released in 2011 I think. I want to see how the pending plot lines are resolved and get back to many of the characters (who are still alive) that we have come to like that the tv series killed off. Hopefully we'll get some type of satisfactory closure before the series gets back on the air.

We were discussing Jon's death and someone dropped the statement below.

No, Jon Snow is pretty much Azor Ahai, the Promised Prince
He has to 'die' to be reborn in salt and smoke.

How true is this? Book readers....
At this point no one knows for sure, even book readers. The story in the last book left off Jon on the ground bleeding... but it didn't expressly say that he had died, just that he was mortally wounded. A cliffhanger ending. It is in the much anticipated new books that readers will be certain of Jon's fate.

I hope the author GRRM drops the new book(s) before next April before season 6 is likely to start.
